What is your Minecraft username?: The username for my main account is Pop1ezius, but the one I am applying for is Cynciel.
Do you have Discord (If so, what is your discord username?): Popiezius
How old are you? (Optional): 17
What is your time zone?: My timezone is GMT+3.
Describe your activity on the server: At the moment being i'm consistently active on the server, logging on for multiple hours every single day. I had a short break in which I quit SRP, but before I quit I was actively engaged into team RP, as I was the co-captain of the volleyball team, some time before that I was also a Teacher and a Receptionist. That experience gave me a good understanding of faction responsibility which led me to applying for this job. Overall my alternate account seems to be left out and I don't really use it, mainly for the purpose that I can do the same things on my main account, but having a job will make it more interesting and different, while also becoming an adult there will be more opportunities to engage into different kinds of roleplay.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?: Yes, I fully acknowledge that if my activity drops, I will be demoted. However I don't see that being an issue as I plan to remain consistently active.
School Employee Role you are applying for?: I am applying to become a Librarian.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: A librarian's job is to keep the library organized and easy to use so students and teachers can find what they need. That means keeping track of the books, putting them back where they belong, and handing out library cards to those who need them. They also help people track down specific titles, point them towards books that they might like, and overall make the library a space that would encourage students to read more. But it's also not just about managing shelves, the librarian is there to support students with research, suggest new genres or stories to get into, and keep the library a quiet but reliable place to just study or take a break with a good book. Librarians also take care of the school trouble-makers if there isn't any other employees to do so.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: My roleplay experience, both on the server and in general, is pretty extensive. I've been playing actively since 2021, and over those years I've picked up a lot when it comes to creating realistic and engaging RP. I'm completely comfortable with detailRP and plan to use it often as a librarian, not just for immersion but also so students have a proper experience when interacting with the Library. Along the way I've also learned how to handle stressful or chaotic situations calmly, which I think fits well for a school employee role.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: I want to join because being part of the school staff opens up a different kind of roleplay that I haven't fully explored yet. I've done sports and team RP before, and I've also worked as a receptionist on this account, so I already know how school roles function and how to stay consistent. The librarian role feels like a natural next step, because it gives me the chance to be involved with both students and staff in ways other roles can't.
The job itself isn't just about sitting at a desk. It's helping students find books handing out library, and being someone people notice when they come in. My goal would be to make the library an active part of the school environment even if it's not really possible, but I still want to make it a place students and staff actually interact with instead of it just being background scenery.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: Daichi would stay calm and composed if a student started cursing at him, not letting the insult affect his demeanor. He would address the student professionally, letting them know that their behavior isn't acceptable. If the student continued to act out or escalated the situation, Daichi would follow school protocol - such as giving them detention, or simply reporting them to the principal. He'd do all that while maintaining his composure and ensuring the situation doesn't get out of control. His focus would be on de-escalating the conflict and keeping the library a safe and respectful place for everyone.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: Daichi would act quickly but calmly. He'd step in between the two students, putting himself at a safe distance while using a firm voice to command them to stop, if they don't listen immediately, he would alert nearby staff or call for assistance. His priority would be to de-escalate the situation, separate the students safely and ensure that the proper disciplinary steps are followed afterwards.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: Daichi would stay calm and assess the situation first, making sure no one is in immediate danger. He'd step in and address the employee, telling them to stop what they're doing and explaining why it's unsafe. If the behavior continued or was severed, he would immediately report it to higher authorities, ensuring the safety of students and staff comes first. He'd handle it professionally while still somewhat trying to keep his composure and making sure the library or school itself remains secure.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act? He would keep his demeanor calm and collected in the break room, using the time he has to relax without drawing unnecessary attention. He'd chat casually with coworkers when appropriate, keeping conversations light and professional, but mostly he'd use the space to recharge, maybe sipping a drink or scrolling quietly on his phone. Even during his break he tries to maintain a respectful presence, aware of his role and the example he sets for students and staff.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
(THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS ARE WITHOUT ANY COLOR CODES OR APPENDS SO IT'S EASIER TO UNDERSTAND)
/me sits at the main desk, one hand resting on a stack of returned books while the other flips through the checkout log. A student approaches, hesitating at the edge of the desk, and Daichi leans forward slightly, tilting his head as he offers a steady, but somewhat reassuring look. "Need help finding something specific or just browsing today?" he ask his tone patient as the student explains, he reaches for a book on a nearby shelf, handing it over with precise movements and a soft but encouraging, "This one's good, you're sure to like it!"
/me walks through the library aisles with slow steps, pausing occasionally to straighten books that are slightly out of place. He notices a group of students clustered at a table, one of them fumbling to reach a book on a higher shelf. Without a word, Daichi moves closer his long frame allowing him to reach it easily. He hands the book down to the student giving a small nod and a neutral, "There you go," before continuing on his route, keeping the library organized and calm without drawing any unnecessary attention to himself.
/me leans back in the break room chair, one leg crossed over the other, a half empty cup of coffee resting in his hand. He scrolls through his phone lazily, eyes flicking up occasionally to watch other staff come and go. The hum of the vending machine and the faint chatter in the hallway are background noise, nothing that pulls his focus too much. He sighs softly setting the cup down with a quiet clink, then leans forward, elbows resting on his knees, just observing the room and letting himself unwind for a few minutes before heading back to the library.

Full Name (First & Last only): "My name is Daichi Asugawa, It's nice to meet you."
Title (Mr, Mrs, Miss): "Mr. Asugawa is fine for students though staff can just call me Daichi."
Preferred Name: "Daichi works just fine."
Age (Minimum is 25): "I am 27."
Gender: "I am a man."
Academic Degree: "I earned my bachelor's in education, focusing on student development and learning strategies. It gave me a real appreciation for how people grow when given the right guidance. Being a librarian wasn't something I originally planned, but the j*b felt like a chance to combine my love for learning with helping others in a more hands-on personal way."
Major(s): "My main focus was education, particularly understanding how students think and learn, it taught me patience and communication skills, things that I now use daily in the library.
Minors: "I've also studied library science at an associate level, mostly through self-directed learning. I've always preferred learning by doing, rather than sitting in formal classes, and that's what shaped my path to supporting students."
Nationality: "I'm Japanese, born in Osaka. I had a fairly ordinary life there, but moving to a place like Karakura really pushed me to adapt and grow. I think it definetly taught me independence and resilience, which I carry into my work every single day."
Known Languages: "Japanese is my first language, but I've also fully learnt the Japanese Sign Language for better communication with the minority of people. I've also learnt French during the time I've spent there."
Backstory
"Books and quiet spaces have always felt like home to me. Growing up in Osaka, I was more comfortable in a library or tucked away in a corner with a notebook than in a bustling classroom. I loved reading, organizing, and learning how to help others understand things in ways that made sense to them. That curiosity eventually led me to pursue a degree in education, focusing on student development and learning strategies. I enjoyed it immensely, but the traditional classroom environment never fully suited me. I wanted a role where I could help people in a more personal, flexible way, without being constrained by strict lesson plans or some hell of schedules.
Even so, I wasn't entirely the quiet, unnoticed type. When I attended Karakura High school, I became quite popular among my peers, largely due to my participation on the basketball team. By the age of eighteen, I helped lead our team to victory in the summer tournament, a moment I still remember vividly, the cheering, the energy and just the sense of teamwork left a mark on me. That experience taught me the importance of collaboration, and stepping up when it matters most. Later in college, I joined the volleyball team, enjoying the challenges of a new sport and stuff that came with it. Sports gave me lessons I could never learn from books alone, balancing my love for quiet studies with teamwork and leadership.
Beyond sports, I found myself frequently involved in the social stuff of the school. From helping organizing events, I often became tangled in small dramas and conflicts between my friends and the people I know. Sometimes unintentionally, sometimes by choice. I learned how to navigate through the different personalities people have. Those experiences while occasionally chaotic, strengthened my ability to observe situations better and respond thoughtfully rather than straight off the leash.
Through all these experiences - sports, academics and social life, I realized that my true strength lies in connecting with people, understand their needs and helping them succeed in ways that suit them best. These lessons shaped my approach to life and now guide me as I pursue a career where I can make a meaningful, quiet impact on those around me.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective): "Honestly... I needed somewhere that felt like more than just a place to work. Somewhere I could grow, be useful, and actually feel like what I do matters. From what I've seen here, the students can be a handful, sure, but the staff? They care. They put real effort into helping others and that's something I respect a lot. Being part of that kind of environment... it just feels right. I want to contribute, to make the school feel welcoming, organized, and like a place people can actually enjoy being at."
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
"I'm someone who doesn't give up easily. If I commit to something, I see it through, no matter how complicated or frustrating it gets. I work carefully, I plan ahead, and I try to treat everyone fairly along the way. I think that kind of mindset - patience, persistence and being willing to put in real effort is exactly what this school could use. I don't just want a j*b here. I want to make a difference, and I'll do whatever I can to prove that I deserve the chance."
