What’s your motivation for applying?:
I have a couple of reasons to apply for a surgeon position. One of the key reasons is that I want to be a Real Life doctor and my profession as a physician is like being the next best thing. In addition, I like to help most people so that I can become a surgeon and help others that are injured. I would also like to have a new type of roleplay and gain experience as a physician in roleplaying. I think this will lead to improving my medical knowledge because it will be a job option in the future for me. It's also something I'd attend school for in my next school year.

What do you know about the role you’re applying for?:
Surgeons are a Vital role in the EMS community. They Perform all surgeries (IF they’re available) Though they can also do basic EMS actions. They can do Check-ups, X-Rays, and Midwifery (When a Nurse is not available to do it).
Do you know the basic Color Codes for medical emergencies?:
-Code Red - Fire
-Code Blue - a medical emergency is occurring in the hospital
- Code Black - Means Bomb Threat
-Code Pink - is an Infant or Child Abduction
-Code Orange - Is a Hazardous material or spill incident
-Code Silver - Active Shooter
-Code Violet - Is Violent or combative individual
-Code Yellow - means Disaster

I know a lot of basic medical knowledge. I was a doctor in schoolrp earlier and worked a lot. However I'm capable of learning how to work I Physical exams I realize that the caregivers take a detailed medical history, listening to patients and ****yzing their physical or emotional needs, advising patients and providing education in health care, communicating healthcare with other health care providers and specialists, staying abreast of progress in healthy options, medications and treatment planning.

Head Physician - The head-physician is known as Chief-Physician, Senior-Physician or Chief of Medicine. The Head-Physician enforces the Code of Conduct, pays the employees, gives out promotions. They are the head of the hospital.
Clinical Manager - The clinical manager is second-in-charge of the hospital, basically managers for the Head-Physician. They are in charge of every role except the Chief of Medicine. If the Head-Physician is not available then report to this role.
Clinical Leads - The Clinical Leads are only in-charge of their set role. Clinical Leads have the power to temporarily suspend people in their set job. They are in charge of managing their role and keeping them in check.
Surgeon - A surgeon is a physician who treats diseases, injuries, and deformities by invasive, minimally-invasive, or non-invasive surgical methods, such as using instruments, appliances, or by manual manipulation. Examine patients to obtain information on medical conditions and surgical risk.

Nurse - Nursing jobs require not only treating patients who are sick and injured, but also offering advice and emotional support to patients and their families, taking care of the paperwork (lots and lots of paperwork), helping doctors diagnose patients and providing advice and follow-up care.
Psychiatrist - Physicians who diagnose, treat, and help prevent disorders of the mind. Prescribe, direct, or administer psychothe****utic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders. Treat patients using psychological therapies.

Arlo's work is hard and his career is concentrated. The patients and colleagues would be polite and compassionate. When he talked, he was sociable, caring and attentive, as he acted well. Arlo is still a well-preserved and respectful while away from service. During duty or service, he was not going to cause any mishaps. Arlo was just off duty a few hours, and then he would return to work.
How would you describe your personality in summary?:
Arlo is a hard-working and a self-driven person. He is not afraid to speak his own mind when he has an opinion or feels strongly about something. He is a interesting and very talkative person once you get to know him. Though he does not like to show his personality with those he does not know he is not afraid to be himself.
How would you describe your appearance?
A gay Irish male standing at 5’3 would have black hair black with an angelic voice. He is native to Ireland. He would smell of Roja Parfums Amber Aoud. The male has blue eyes and has a strong Irish accent.
Do you have any mental or physical illnesses we should be aware of?
No, Arlo does not have any illnesses that prevent him from working.
As a child, Arlo was always interested in the needs of others. He got exceedingly good grades in his classes for someone apart of his family... His mother fell ill when Arlo was 10. She had fallen ill with some sort of cancer that was unknown during the time. Doctors did their best to fight off this illness while Arlo focused on his schooling and not really paying much attention to his ill mother. It was only later when she was on her “Death Bed” he paid attention to her. He realized she wouldn't be there for much more of his life so he tried to spend time with her. She later died in Arlo's arms (Her head was in his arms). After such Arlo wanted to become a doctor to treat the ill making sure people didn't have to go through the death of a close family member. After the death of his family, he was adopted by the Fawcett family. On the other hand, during the time his mother was ill, his father did nothing but drink and went out with his “Friends” which later he died during a car accident on the highway back to their residency. At the time of his father's death, Arlo was 17 in his Junior year of high school, Which he finished later on. he became much more interested in becoming a doctor. Still hoping to work somewhere in the medical field, he had the want to become a Doctor inside of a hospital. He took a liking to one of his teachers Mr. D who helped guide him through High school and who also shows again later within his life. Passing all his classes with high grades he became part of the honor classes the following year. (Senior Year) After Graduating Highschool Arlo decided to go straight to college to start his life as an adult. During college, Arlo got multiple degrees. A few degrees he obtained were Psychology, Human Genetics, Medical Studies (Medications)
