Yes, I am resigning. I know I haven't done anything, but the events that happened after my application were very unfortunately timed. I have recently gotten hooked into the scandal with B3lle and am more concerned for my friends than I am a 'job' on the internet. I hope someone who has more time to dedicate to the Council than I do applies for Council Faction Leader. Although let me state something: I am still willing to be the Council President since the Council has been fairly inactive recently and I don't think I would miss much.
