that document is outdated; it only counts for the time conversion of weekdays, being 4x speed, excluding the 6x speed on weekends.
we can conclude that the average time speed, including weekdays and weekends
= ( 4 x 5 + 6 x 2 ) ÷ 7
= ~4.57 speed
therefore, a whole OOC month would convert to 4.57 months or ~139 days ICly

Every day in SRP is 4x, so 1 minute Oocly is 4 minutes ICly during the week, while on weekends its 6x as fast. To simplify things, one month Oocly is 4 months Icly, which is agreed on by everyone I'm pretty sure.
