His overall appearance would belong to the one of a person with a somewhat muscular body-build. He would stand at a somewhat tall height (6’1 ft.), which would be average in his workplace. In addition to this, he would have a slightly muscular body-build, given the training that he usually goes through in the police force. His hair would be bright brown, which would not quite match with his non-saturated celeste eye-colour. If there would be anything that would stand out of his appearance, it would be his prosthetic tongue.

Strengths
Sense of Leadership +++
This being one of the strongest points in Sebastian, he is able to quickly react to situations that require as much cooperation as possible. As a matter of fact, he may have sometimes carried this a bit too far by trying to implement things that are unnecessary, which could have given off the wrong impression of him to some of his colleagues, although when he is the one leading the operation, he is able to show off an incredible understanding of the situation, and has always been able to convey any necessary information to his colleagues. An example of this would be in the many situations where suspects are liable to run away, in which case he would quickly ask his colleagues to go to certain areas and block off said escape routes, while also planning a way to cut off the runner’s path
Reaction ++
Reaction, although hasn’t been one of the things that he has been good with before, ever since the incident where he was stabbed and kidnapped, he has always made sure to pay attention to his surroundings, and to take sensible decisions when danger is near. In order to do this, his utility belt is something he has at his quick disposal when having to confront someone directly.
Psychological Understanding ++
Once joining the Detective Division, his mind was trained to understand human’s brain process. Far from only being some simple training about some theoretical knowledge, what he learnt during these days have greatly aided him when interrogating suspects. To show this off, more than 80% of his interrogations have ended up in the suspect being arrested for having been outsmarted by Sebastian
Thoughtfulness +
Although this may not be his strongest point, he usually thinks twice before saying something that could possibly harm somebody, or even his well-being. Whether this can be proved in suspect interrogations, or victims’ questionings, his choice of words is a clear advantage when talking to people
Flaws
Patience --
Although he may be patient when trying to let his colleagues know about some stuff in the middle of a situation, he does not quite have the same patience with, for example, dealing with loitering people at the front desk. They can easily get to his nerves, and it might reach the point where he needs to yell at them to leave
Selfless -
Even if KPD does imply sacrificing yourself for the safety of some citizens, he sometimes bring these ideals to the point where he might take decisions that might physically damage him for the sake of others, even if said sacrifice is not worth it.
Taste (ZERO)
He has a prosthetic tongue, so he can’t taste. Sad.
Behaviour
Sebastian would usually be a calm guy who you can have fun with if you get to meet him enough. At first sight, he may seem like a cold officer who will be strict with whatever they're told to do, but in fact, they usually tend to modify his language to an appropriate one so that he can reach his purpose, as can be seen when talking with victims. Furthermore, he is a caring person who will do his best to protect the people he loves, although, besides these emotional things, he always likes to mess around with his partners, usually pulling pranks on them, although with no intention to cause harm. In addition, he will also put everything into helping his fellow officers with anything they may have struggles with, whether that's training, or an ongoing operation
Mindset/Ideals
His beliefs revolve mainly around the thought of determination. No matter which situation you are found in, you should always keep on going, not because it is what other people expect, but what you want to do. He shall always find a way to keep fighting, given that not doing so would equal to giving up on all of the achievements he has made. He does also think that it is true that there may be times when one is feeling down, and one wouldn’t feel like doing anything at all, but his thoughts on this state that this is only a temporary feeling, and succumbing to such emotions wouldn’t be a sensible decision to take
Life Motto
“If you think you’ve reached the bottom, rejoice, since the only way left is upwards”

Section Four: Skills
╚═══°∴,*⋅✲══〖✰〗══✲⋅*,∴°═══╝
Speed 10/10
Being one of his greatest skills, Sebastian has always been a fast individual. Before he joined the Karakura Police Department, he had always scored high grades in terms of speed back in his native country, due to the way that his body was built and, mostly, his leg length. However, when he joined the Karakura Police Department, doing laps would be a common task to see, and being ordered to run/swim laps every day certainly increased Sebastian’s running speed. This has helped him when evading criminals have tried fleeing from him, but failed due to them not having enough knowledge nor preparation to run as efficiently as how a police officer could
Stamina 9/10
As it was mentioned before, the amount of laps that he would be ordered to do helped a lot in the development of this skill. This allowed him to run several miles without having to stop to catch breath, which is something that helped him when having to chase down criminals that made their way through the whole city.
Endurance 8/10
When talking about pain endurance, Sebastian can take pride in this. Although this may not be his strongest ability, he has trained for months in order to be able to handle situations properly even when a considerable amount of damage has been dealt to him. More specifically, ever since the time he was tried to be killed, he has always made sure to train his ability to endure the pain and make sensible decisions regardless of the pain he’s going through
Accuracy 7/10
Although this may not be a constant variable, he has gone under multiple training sessions involving gun shooting and taser usage, which helped him to get better at aiming and reaction to certain stimuli. However, he might have some miscalculations revolving the range of some tools, though these do not usually occur
Logic 7/10
Ever since he joined the detective division, he has trained his brain to comprehend the mindset of other people. Besides teaching him how to talk to certain people so that his goal is reached, it has also helped him develop his cognitive skills in a way that lets him take logic conclusions upon encountering a specific situation
Strength 7/10
Although there may be people in the force with more raw power than him, he is currently able to take down an individual who is posing a direct threat without the use of a tool, by using his body weight in a way that it is directly opposing his enemy’s force.
Memory 6/10
Memory is something that Sebastian has always had certain struggles with. It is true that in his informational and detective training he has developed many cognitive skills that led to him exercising his brain, though this does not quite reach the amount of memory skills that a teacher, for example, would have. However, he does rely on recording devices, documents, and body cams in order to reach out to information that has been said in the past

Section Five: Backstory

Chapter 1. "Origins"
The Martinez family goes back to the year 1946, when Alberto Martinez and Elena Lopez (Later changed to Elena Martinez when married), were a simple couple living in the society of a developing country called Paraguay, in which, although they weren't quite the rich family, they had enough to survive and afford some luxuries. Regarding their lives, they kept this lifestyle for pretty much the rest of their lives, and there wasn't any remarkable event that would be worth mentioning. However, their morals regarding the police force wasn't quite good; they were completely against it, and would distrust their help due to the way that they had treated latin-american people over the past years, not to mention that World War II had picked one of their sons, Ramiro Martínez, who was forcefully taken to fight in the german fields.
After the war was over, the economy was devastated, which forced the humble family to move to the countryside, where they would spend their next years living off and earning money out of their farming and their cattle raising knowledge. It is here where they would have their second child, Ernesto Martínez. Although his childhood was nothing out of the usual, he grew up in a context with less economic possibilities than his parents. Therefore, his education wasn't the best one either, so his grades suffered a decrease in comparison to his parents. However, there was something that stood out, which would be his physical strength. His scores on most physical tests would be formidable. This would lead him to take the decision of applying for a job that would not need much specific knowledge, and that someone with common knowledge and enough physical capabilities could learn with relative ease: Police. This, however, was not really a decision that his father approved, given his hatred towards the police force itself. Despite this, he would keep studying to achieve his dreams and, it wasn't until Alberto found out about his great improvement in this field that his mindset changed. Although he still distrusted the efficiency of the police force, he, as a father, realized that he would need to approve his decision, no matter what he personally thinks about said job.
After some years of studying and training, he would finally get to be recruited in the Asunción Police Department, where he would rank up to Corporal. It was in these months were he would meet Adriana Díaz, a colleague of his. They would carry out operations together and grow closer together as both of them would rank up. Out of this, the spark of love would happen, and, eventually, they would end up together, which would later lead to them getting married. After around 12 months, they would then decide to leave the police in order to be able to live a peaceful life together, where they would eventually give birth to Sebastian Martínez
"Our son's name shall not mean servant to others, but loyalty to his own values and what he thinks he is right." - Ernesto Martínez
Chapter 2. "Youth"
Although he doesn't quite like to talk about his young days, Sebastian's childhood was somewhat similar to what his father had to go through. Since very little, he was told by his parents to help with the farmwork, but of course, as long as it wouldn't interrupt his studying basis. Their parents would make sure to give advice to him about what to do in his studies. Even if he wasn't the best student in his class, his marks were decent, and thanks to the physical work he had to go through everyday, he would have great scores on PE.
Leaving school aside, he would also be told about the experiences of being a police officer by his parents. His father would tell him situations where, even if the outcome was almost imminent, he came up with ideas to solve them, whereas his mother would teach him about basic first aid, as well as measurements to take when encountering a direct threat.
Even though they didn't quite tell him what career to choose, they were indirectly leading him to opt to a career that would have something to do with the police force. It is here when it's necessary to understand their mindset; most families would disencourage thier children to join the police force due to how risky it is, though, thanks to Sebastian's parents experience about how things can turn out, they completely agreed with the idea of their son being a police officer
However, at the age of 15, an economic crisis hit the country, which made the economy abruptly fall. This would be decisive in our young one, given that financial issues started to become normal in the family. However, there was still a glimmer of hope for Sebastian to succeed in the future: a scholarship to a foreign country, including residence, and educational programmes that just so happened to contain the career he was aiming for.
Although the decision was hard to choose, due to the fact that he had to leave his parents behind, deep inside he knew that it had to be done, and that it was about time he would get independence off his parents. It is then when he decided to fly off to Karakura, starting a whole new stage in his life.
"Sebastian, long as you know that we support you, we will still be with you, no matter how many continents will set us apart." - Adriana Martinez
Chapter 3. "Karakura, a whole new lifestyle"
Ever since he arrived to Karakura, one of the most difficult tasks for him was to communicate with people. This would be normal, given that the only language that he had studied was English, and he wasn't precisely excellent at it, either. In fact, he would always carry with him a diccionary that he would name "Sabiduría" (Wisdom, in Spanish), in which he would note any interesting expression that he would usually hear from his fellow classmates. Having said that, it is fair to say that his first classes were equal to hell for him to understand. Thankfully, he would also have a support guide for people who didn't know the language so well, so that helped him understand what was going on, instead of aimlessly looking at the teacher without any idea of what she was saying.
Three years passed until then, and he would finally be 18 years old. Up until here, he had made several acquaintances with many of his classmates, although none of them could be considered as true friends, since he didn't have the chance to do this, given that he had to deal with learning a new language and, at the same time, studying for his degree.
As hard as it was, Sebastian actually managed to score relatively good marks on his tests, which allowed him to finally get to college, where he would study further on about the work of the police department. Contrary to what many people would do, he did not apply to be an intern before applying to be an actual officer. The reason behind this decision is his thought of not wanting to be treated as someone new, as well as the fact that he wanted to experience how to be an officer without any previous preparation, even if it would be counterproductive. Not much is known about his life in college, although what's clear is that sunlight wasn't a thing that he usually saw, and it wasn't precisely because of the weather.
Having said this, after four years of intense studying, he was presented with the opportunity of joining the Karakura Police Department, to which he gladly accepted, starting his new work as a police officer.
"I may not be the better, but I will make sure to get gooder than my past me!" - Sebastian Martínez

Section Six: Relationships
╚═══°∴,*⋅✲══〖✰〗══✲⋅*,∴°═══╝
Sebastian Aldridge
One of his first trainers. Although he is no longer in the KPD force, he still appreciates all the work he has done for him. It is necessary to take into consideration that he was his first physical trainer, not to mention that out of all of them, he was the most chill one, in his opinion. He views him as someone who has majorly led him to what he is right now as a police officer, thanks to his great task as a trainer. Although he is no longer in the force, both Sebastian's talk to each other sometimes and spend some time talking about the Karakura Police Department
Beaux Zen
Being from his same wave, Beaux Zen was an officer who has always been there with him, and has always been in the same line, more or less, with him. This has resulted in a bond in which he considers her one of her best partners and friends, and will not hesitate to help her when she needs any kind of help. He genuinely cares for her, and does not wish for anything bad to happen to her, although he does not face this with fear, but with confidence to protect all of the people who he cares about, Beaux being one of the most important of them. In a way, he does consider her as a sister, which would be quite strange, given that he was an only child, though understandable due to the fact that the feelings that he has towards her match with the ones that two siblings would have
Nashelle Ruiz
Nashelle, who is Sebastian's KPD partner so far, has been by Sebastian's side for as long as he has been in the Karakura Police Department. As for their relationship, it is kind of odd, given that Sebastian often picks on her, and makes fun of her incapability to run. However, he does not mean any harm to her, and is willing to see what she is capable of. This is why you can usually see him encouraging her to do more exercise in a fun way, but with the intention of him wanting Nashelle to overcome her weaknesses and become a better officer.
Daisuke Xiao
Daisuke, being one of his higher-ups in the Detective Division, is one of the few officers who Sebastian can rely the most on. This is because of the way that they communicate with each other, not to mention the fact that his way of talking to people is something that Martínez looks up to. This relates to Xiao's social skills, and how he is able to create bonds with citizens to a chieve a determined goal. Furthermore, he does also admire the perseverance that he puts into his interrogations, as well as the success rate that Xiao hsa in his interrogations.
Takumishi Abe
Takumishi, who was the first cadet that Sebastian had ever trained, is one of the KPD partners to whom Sebastian can rely on the most. He consider him as someone he needs to teach, and will always try to help them by advising them through the right way. This is why you will usually see both of them cooperating together and working to achieve a determined task. Other than that, they both get along, and will usually talk together whenever they're on their breaktime
Hendrick van Dalen
Hendrick van Dalen is one of the officers who Sebastian appreciates the most. Despite him being a lower rank than Sebastian, he was astonished with the speed to which he learnt police information. Regardless of whether this was pure talent, or skills, what's clear is that Sebastian looks up to him as someone who should be an example in the Karakura Police Department, although, of course, he may usually commit mistakes. Other than that, Sebastian enjoys calling him "Gingie" or things alike to that which have no other purpose than to make fun of him in a non-harmful way
Malachi Moralez
Although he was in the Detective Division when Sebastian applied for KPD, he appreciates his actions in trying to lead him through the right way. One of the things that he will remember the most will be his patrol with Mariana Moralez, in which he certainly was confused (pulled a taser on a random citizen) but certainly learnt the main things about patrols. Furthermore, they both work together in cases, helping each other as much as possible to solve and take conclusion in interrogations as detective buds. If there was one thing that Sebastian appreciates the most on Malachi would be his charisma. In addition, he appreciates to be part and having been invited to a secret society called the "Bouncil", which he enjoys partaking in.
Mariana Moralez
Mariana, being a retired member of KPD, was a great influence on Sebastian's development in the force. Although there weren't many moments where they were together in a police situation, they certainly got to know each other more in certain off-duty meetings where they would talk about life and have some fun alongside other friends. Although he does not remember much from her, he does look up to her thanks to her protective attitude towards him.
Lorelei Leto
Lorelei was one of the first trainers that teached Sebastian about the main physical points in the KPD force. He does consider her as an outstanding officer who not only made sure to get their job done, but also to invest time and effort into making their trainings entertaining and appealing to cadets. Unfortunately, due to the fact that she resigned the force, he does not get to see her much, although he still remembers the trainings that his cadet wave had with her, as well as the drippy characteristic glasses that she always wore
Lukas Blackwood
Lukas, being the substitute for Levi Ocin, is one of the biggest roles for Sebastian. Not only due to his rank of Head Lieutenant, but also thanks to the fact that he has always been there since the first moments to help him with any doubt that he had, to which he would confidently answer in an astonishingly clear way. What he admires most about him would be the huge responsibility that he carries upon his shoulders, to which he shows no trace of exhaustion or anxiety, which is precisely what Sebastian looks up to
Preston Herrington
Although the interactions that Sebastian and the Commissioner have are quite limited, his view on him relies on respect towards someone who has made his very best to reach his position, and help every single officer that he now works with. He thinks that, if it weren't for him, he wouldn't be where he is now, which makes him respect him even more, which can be seen whenever Preston and Sebastian are together in the same room. He also loves his bow tie
Fumiaki Yamashiro
Although this was the substitute to Sebastian Aldridge, this did not mean at all that they do not get along. Contrary to this, their relationship is based on pure respect to each other, which would be shown off by helping each other in many of the operations that are carried out and involve them. Although he may be somewhat more strict than his previous trainer, he will not let this affect his point of view towards the Vice Head Lieutenant, to whom he'll try his best to give a good impression
Junoha Ikezawa
Junoha, who is the leader of the detective division, is a person that Sebastian aspires to be someday thanks to her abilities as a detective. He personally thinks that the work that she has made to reach her position, as well as the mental and psychological tasks that she has gone under is unarguiably impressing. This is why, whenever she is in his presence, he will try to give the best of his abilities to word things out properly, and to communicate properly to give a good impression on her.
Vera Angelica
Vera has been one of the officers to which he looked up to, yet felt close due to their range. When he joined the police force, her rank at the time was patrolling officer, which would make both of them be relatively close, yet with the difference of knowledge, of course. Therefore, he would usually rely on Vera to answer some of the questions he had during his process of training. Nowadays, they both help each otbher with Informational Training, which Sebastian usually gives suggestions about, thansk to his previous experience as an informational trainer.
Tsurugi Tokushima
Tsurugi, or 'Tsu', as she was usually called, was one of the cadets who were in the same wave as Sebastian. It is remarkable that both of them usually carried out operations together and, unlike other officers, they both had the same knowledge of the force, which allowed them to learn together as partners. However, this partnership would be cut short when she fatally died to the hands of Nicholei Popovich. In her funeral, with words filled sadness yet pride at the same time, he would pronounce his words regarding how much he appreciated her, as a sign of respect to his deceased partner. Up until this day, he still visits her grave to salute and honor her services for the KPD
Ichiro Chizuru
Ichiro, one of the fellow cadets who was on Martínez's wave, is someone who Sebastian actually looks up to and, at the same time, cares about. Ever since they joined the force, they, alongside other cadets, usually responded to calls, which would make their coordination one of the best ones within the force. Furthermore, he does also like to mock him with nicknames like "KPD Child", referring to his energetic attitude which, actually, he does admire.
Sean B. Gray
Sean, who was and still is a Detective ever since Sebastian joined the force, is someone that Sebastian does deeply respect. The main reason why he does this is the fact that he is the officer that has remained in the force the longest. It wouldn't be the first time that Sebastian has usually watched many of the body-cam recordings to witness the great performance that this officer can do. In addition, they can sometimes be seen together preparing busts to some illegal dealerships, which somewhat contributes to their coordination and way of thinking.
Musubi Takeyori
Musubi, who was a DCI ever since the first contact with the KPD, is quite an interesting officer for Sebastian. What this means is that, if he had to compare it to a profession in real life, that would be an "idol". Despite this, he does acknowledge her dedication to the force and, behind some rather odd decisions when training, he does realize that all of her actions have motives, which truly amazes him. In addition, her curious way of acting is something that, far from confusing him, makes creating a bond with her in a more easy way
Kaito Ikezawa
Kaito Ikezawa, a resigned higher-up from the KPD, was, and still is an example of what a great officer should be. He sees most of his decisions as wise and well-thought and, despite some troubles that happened in the first days of training, he didn't take long to realize the huge amount of effort that he put into making all of the informational documentation for cadets. Though, up until this moment, he wonders how he manages to keep his hair white despite his young age
Arisa Tenshouin
Arisa, who is one of the latest additions to the KPD, is what Sebastian would consider a good cadet. Her dedication and effort to the police force is admirable, not to mention the skills regarding informational documentation and physical skills, specially aiming, which he looks up to. Now, he hopes that she reaches far in the KPD force, and that she can keep up the good work that she's shown so far.
Andre Sakurako
Andre Sakurako, old Lieutenant during his wave, and recent Patrolling Officer, is a person that Sebastian greatly admires. The domination that he has over most situations and his knowledge of the force surpassed any expectatives that he had of the police higher-up team. That could be seen where he would usually be the officer to whom he would ask some of his questions to. Although he was demoted, he is relieved that he is back, and is willing to give his very best to aid his old higher-up
Aster Kojuro
Although Sebastian didn't quite have the opportunity to get to know most of the EMS workers, Aster is an EMS worker that he certainly understands. He sees in him what he could see in himself when he was a cadet, given that the dedication and the time he placed into his job was considerably high. He usually visits the Hospital just to have short talks with them, and talk about life for some minutes. In addition, they tend to cooperate quite well in situations when EMS and KPD need to communicate properly.
Paola Kodama
Paola was one of the EMS who was there to assist Sebastian with the complementary help that KPD required from the EMS services. He considers her as a nice friend to spend time around, as well as someone beloved to a friend of his, Takumishi, which makes Sebastian appreciate her and care about her for meaning a lot to his beloved ones. Furthermore, he may sometimes mock her, but he's fast enough to leave the hospital in time before she can react
Luciel Saiky
Mr. Saiky, as he's usually called, is an EMS worker that, from his point of view, is a hard-working person that will do whatever he can in order to achieve his goals. And this is normal, considering how he is practically the highest current rank in the EMS faction. Furthermore, although he may be slightly creeped out by some of his... rather scary looks, he does get along with him and respets him for the tasks he has accomplished
Eva C. H. Sasaki
Eva is one of the very few citizens to whom Sebastian usually talks to. Although his job doesn't allow him to get to know many people, Eva would usually be texting him over trivial stuff to his phone. Even though the timing of these messages may be wrong, it is thanks to this friendship that Eva recently came out alive of a situation, which certainly relieved Martínez, showing off the concerns that he has towards her

A note...
On 21st May 2021, Sebastian Martinez passed away by the hands of a yet unknown gang to the Karakura Police Department, making this one of the many officers that have fallen for this same gang organization. Although this brought a lot of sadness to many KPD officers, there was an event after that that was quite shocking. The officer that took his seat, Shian Lussier Kihara, happened to open the chest, just to find a note, placed deep in the container...

Strengths
Sense of Leadership +++
Reaction ++
Psychological Understanding ++
