You want to start a school field trip, what would you do?
I would ask the principle for permission then I would then give the students a 1 week notice about it
and then when the week comes I would get all the students prepared.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:
1. No backchatting/disrespecting class mates or teachers.
2. No phones or any electronic devices in class.
3. No talking to any other class mates unless assigned to.
4. No swearing, racism or any insults of any shape of form.
5. Hands to yourself, and yourself only.
6. No eating or drinking while in class

I dont really have an experience being a teacher but I am currently a private tutor and have tutored some kids.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that? The teacher group is doing a fantastic job but some of the teachers let students get away with things that should have penalties.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:
It wouldn't be a school without teachers. Kids would not get a proper education rp wise.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Trainee: A teacher that is very new to the system, more of a teacher assistant.
Newly Qualified Teacher: A teacher that is fresh out of school and has been studying teaching for a while.
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills: An expert teacher. A teacher that has been working for years and has been getting through it with no struggles or mistakes.
Head of Department: Teachers that are head of department. Professional teachers that have been working for years.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The must have, could have, should have system
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future? Kristen is a healthy female with light skin. She'd have dark brown hair with grey eyes. Kristen loves kids and art, She was a professional at Art and got A+ in highschool. Kristen loves kids, her dream job is to be a lovely teacher that helps alot of kids in their lives. She doesnt care about the money, all she wants is a happy life and to make others happy too!
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I'd tell them to politely stop, If they continue to swear and curse then I would give them a firm warning, If they continue it then I will contact higher staff to deal with it.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?
I'd tell the class to listen and try and make the class more fun for the students but still learning.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?
She'd act calm and nice. Try and make friends with the teacher and be as social as possible

/me Writes on chalkboard what we are doing today
/me Walks around the classroom, putting their supplies for what they need for the lesson

BACKSTORY
Kristen was born in Arizona, America. She has grown up in a lovely family that have taught her well. She has always been the friendly type of girl that would help anyone out. When Kristen got into school, she straight away wanted to socialize, make new friends etc.. She was a bubbly girl who is very creative. In highschool she studied art, she got A+ and nailed her exams. In Grade 11 she opened her own business of selling paintings, such as, portraits, abstract, etc.. She made tons of money for her family that was struggling with money. She donated half of that money to the poor and people who are making money for cancer and the rest fed her family, paid bills etc.. Sadly her dad past away so it was her and her mum. The starting of grade 12, They wanted to move to Japan to start a new life. Kristen was very sad that she had to quit her business because she moved. It didn't stop her from doing paintings and drawings in her spare time though. She went to an amazing highschool called "Taketatsu High School", She loved it. She got A+ in her art. When she left the highschool, She got offered an amazing job as a private tutor. Kristen of course said "Yes!". She was so excited for her new job. She studied even if she was out of school for the things that they needed help with. She had many appointments for people who needed tutoring. She helped some disabled kids, and normal kids too! She absolutely loved it! Kristen loved helping kids nail their tests and come back with such high grades. She honestly loved the job so much. Kristen wanted to take her career higher though, so she decided to apply for a teacher at "Taketatsu High School" . Now she waits
