What is your motivation for applying?: I want to experience a new way of roleplay, and to ‘teach’ kids on school. I have a lot of free time on my hands now, and I feel like experiencing a new way of roleplay, and I think being a teacher would be a great way to experience that new way of roleplay.

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do?
OOC: I would contact Ducks and ask if I could start a field trip, tell him all the details, and if he said no, then I would thank him for his time, but if he said yes, then I would tell him all the essentials we need ICy.
ICly: I would walk into the headmasters office and ask him about starting a field trip, tell him all the essentials we need, the location, cost, supervisors, etc. If he were to decline I would thank him for his time and then leave. If he were to say yes, then I would thank him, and head on out.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:
- Do not swear.
- Do not eat in class.
- Be involved in the class, do not sit in the back and doodle.
- Do not use your technology unless told otherwise or in a state of a crisis / emergency.

I know teachers are supposed to look around, and are supposed to help the student if they are struggling, or if they ask for it. Teachers are generally supposed to be nice to the students, and shouldn't yell at them, but should be strict when a student is misbehaving.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that? One thing I would change about teachers is, how most of them are never active, I haven’t seen many teachers on whenever I get on, (yes, I am aware of timezones.) But when Im on during the weekends, I don’t really see them on.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. Teachers purpose in game is to teach the kids on SRP their chosen subject. They teach the students the material, and make sure they understand it. If a student is struggling the teacher is supposed to help them. Their salary is 250000 Yen a month, in their free time they usually plan lessons, grade papers, and may or may not talk to other students / teachers.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:
Without Teachers A SchoolRP server would not serve its purpose to imitate a real life school; if teachers weren’t in a SchoolRP server then what would be the point of that server? Granted, in a SchoolRP Server some of the kids don’t show up to classes, but still, without teachers, a SchoolRP server wouldn’t serve its purpose.

Trainee - Trainees are new to the job, they are not allowed to start lessons, or work for the teacher. They can attend classes with the content of that classes teacher, and while they are in that class they must take notes on how the teacher acts. Trainee's are not allowed to disrupt the class in anyway, or else they will be kicked from the class.
Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) - NQT's can teach lessons, they are allowed to start one on their own. Although, this teacher will have to use the lesson plan the Head of Department's lesson plan that they have planned out.
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) - These teachers are normal teachers, they generally do not have to worry about mistakes. They can start classes without the consent of their Head of Department, they are allowed to have trainees in their class, but are not allowed to train them.
Head of Department (HD) - These teachers are the boss of everyone in their department, they make lesson plans, they give teachers lesson plans. They are basically the boss.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:

Matthew (Matt) Valentine is a kind man, who would very much sacrifice his life to save his students, stands at 5’7, not that tall, but not that short, and weighs about 154 pounds. Although, he is not fat, he’s also not very skinny, kind of round (If you can’t visualize anything then ‘google not skinny but not fat men’). He loves his students, and he is a very relaxed man, he allows students to joke around in class but only as long as they are focused and can ‘pull it back together’. In the future, he hopes to get married and to teach at the local college in the town. He has dark black hair, which is combed to the side, and beautiful coffee colored eyes.
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Calvin would politely ask the delinquents to stop fooling around and get to class, if they refused, then he would give them a weeks detention.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?
Calvin would clap out a rhythm, something like, 1, 2, 3 and 4, or, Ti-Ti-Ti-TiTi-Ta.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?
He would greet the teachers in the room, and chat with them, asking basic questions like, “What are you doing during spring break?” or, “How was your class?”.

BACKSTORY
Matthew (Matt) Valentine was born in 1974, on the 12th of October, he is the illegitimate child of one the Valentine's and their mistress. After being born, the Valentine's took him in, and he was raised with the Valentine family and Children. They treated him like a Valentine, so he thought he was a legitimate child of the Valentine's. Music always had a part in Ben's life, from when he was a toddler banging on the table making a rhythm, to when he was a 18 year old, when he was in a band, or, to when he was a 32 year old, who's finally open about his sexuality, hoping to teach students.
When Matthew was 16, he applied for one of Britain's prestigious music schools, although his family wasn't a very musical one, they supported his decision to go to music school, but even though he didn't get accepted into the school he wanted, he was accepted into the University of Bristol. While there, he majored in Music and Teaching, finishing his studies in 2012, and, he met many unique and different people, there, he met a girl who would later, give birth to his daughter, Jania. Later that year, His brother told him that their dearest mother was sick. He immediately left Bristol, and drove back to his small hometown, and, later that night, his mother died.
When Matthew woke up the next morning, he went into his mother's room, and, she was, lifeless. 'She died in her sleep, most likely due to her cancer.' The doctor said. Matthew went into a deep state of mourning. After his mother's funeral, Ben set out to return to Bristol, starting the day after his mother's funeral.
When Matthew did return to Bristol, he was more determined to finish his studies more than before, In 2010, 2 years before he graduated, he applied to his first teaching job as a student teacher in an elementary school in London. He got accepted, and was in that class for about 2 years, for 3 days a week, getting a steady salary to support his college funds. After he was done with that job, He worked as a music teacher in the same elementary school in London.
Now, he applied to Karakura high as the music teacher, he stands there, at his mailbox, opening it, finding a envelope titled, "Karakura High School", Anxiously, he opens it, waiting to see if he was accepted.
