To be fully honest my "activity" is really weird often im on at weird times but none the less im on a lot. Often ill be online at like pm to 5 am as well as like all day on weekends since I don't really have a life. Im a night person so often im online when no teachers or staff are which I feel could be beneficial in some aspects as well as helpful.

What is your motivation for applying?:
I have always been an eager headstrong and driven person and when I joined this server I fell in love instantly, however, there are some flaws like any great server has. And the flaws that this server truly faces is the lack of classes maybe its due to the fact that I am fairly new or on at bad times despite the fact im on almost all the time now. But anyway my true motivation of joining is to create solid classes in this case science where students can actually come and roleplay a neat and organized classroom that will be constant instead of might happen or might not I also come on at weird times so it works out.

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do?
If I was a science teacher which I am aiming for I would take the students to the kid's park to study nature and trees as well as relax and play while talking about how the world works due to science and when done we could go into small groups to conduct small lab experiments such as this.
(Since im an overachiever and a loner with nothing better to do then writing and homework in real life I decided to make a layout plan lab on the server for fun!)
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:
As a teacher the best way to get your students to respect you is to be chill, have rules but not hundreds. My rules would be simple and these would be them,
1) Be respectful to everyone no discrimination or bullying what so ever.
2) No phones or food in class unless told otherwise.
3) When you go to class come prepared.
4) Stay in your seats and don't talk unless told otherwise at all times no yelling!
5) Last but not least have fun and SCIENCE!

Well In the real world I am not a teacher and don't plan to be since I am studying to go into forensic science. However every day at school, I currently tutor numerous students as well as a volunteer every day at a learning center for kids which is so much fun. And I've always been an adventurous and helpful person and simple love to teach and share my knowledge and terrible puns with the world.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
I have a lot to change in my mind no offense but the one that sticks out the most is more organized classes and class assignments. And to change this I suggest making a teacher committee that works together to polish all assignments or simply to recheck all teachers assignments before it is given to the students.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:
A genius once said that a surgeon can physically fix a person's heart and save a life, but a teacher can grab someone's heart and teach them things no other can. Education is key, whether or not people agree or disagree on the matter. This is a roleplaying server, teachers are there to discipline and teach these students and in this case, the roleplayers teachers are there to teach and to support students promoting this wonderful community.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Well, fully I don't understand the ranking system all that much so im assuming it's like the chain of command where trainees follow teachers and teachers follow the head of education.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
1) A teacher must report to do lessons regularly
2) Time for work may only end when only told to do so by a higher official, such as a Principal
3) A teacher may be required to do additional work
4) A record of attendance for you as a teacher will be kept, if broken you'll be sanctioned
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Mr. Harpswellis a semi-young but eager teacher coming from a rich family in England. Originally he was born in England but decided to go abroad to Japan for foreign adventures on his adventures he began to fall in love with the country and eventually found himself in the position to follow his passion, teaching. Mr. Harpswell is eager and outgoing brave and sometimes sassy. He's not afraid to call people out on what is wrong and what is right he is one who always has the answers. Instead of fighting with his fists he uses logic and science to help him. His outlook on the students is that they are the future and as a teacher, it is his obligation to teach and support them on there journey. And how he reacts to others and other teachers is a simple outgoing and friendly guy. Mr. Harpswell is athletic as well as smart and with that he has a nice open easy going personality naturally drawing others to him. However, he can be extremely sarcastic and sassy so often people don't like to get on his bad side. Coming from a rich family his life has had little to no struggles but none the less he would always get picked on for being a "nerd" but as he says success is the best revenge. And plans for the future have already happened he loves to teach and he loves science and he would not want to be anywhere else, ok maybe on a ralaxing beach but none the less he loves what he does and the people he works with.
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Like any rational and smart person, I would first observe instead of making any rash conclusions and ask what is happening. After an explanation due to the scenario, he would either warn them if they are new or if it gets worse or increases he would call the head of the department of education or the police.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?
Hopefully, this never happens since my classes will mostly be hands-on learning instead of lectures and tests I would sit down and tell everyone to be quiet. I would then simply tell everyone that they have a 2-minute break. Ever kid gets rowdy sometimes and the best way to help this is to allow them to have a small break or stand up to stretch between lectures. If the students or a student continues to talk despite a warning they will get detention.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?
Despite Mr. Harpswell very outgoing and friendly personality you can always find him huddle up with a nice cup of hot cocoa or coffee reading a novel or book. Other then science reading is one of his many passions. So in the teacher lounge, he would probably keep to himself reading in a corner or at a table unless spoken to.

Declan Harpswell was born into a billion dollar inheritance by his father, mr Harpswell. Declan's childhood was anything, but hard it was perfect, or well it looked that way. Ever since Declan was young growing up in the wealthiest part of England, he always wanted adventure. With his mother divorced and his father continually remarrying it was never easy. As high school went to Declan attend Harpswell academy his father being the headmaster his life was perfect. But he always wanted more he wanted a life of his own one that was not recorded. He begged his father to allow him to go to college in America and after lots of consideration, his agreed sending Declan it the most prestigious science school in America, MIT. For only two years he graduated early at the age of 16! He was smart, a genius even and one with a large amount of money once he graduated he sought a better life having freedom away from his dad and home made him overjoyed and the painful thought that he would one day have to go back hurt. So with haste, he bought a ticket to Japan where his adventure truly began. For six years Declan lived peacefully in Japan going to another college to finish his majors and minors living a peaceful life on his own. With little to no money, he gave up his lavish life starting from scratch hiding his past behind him. Without anyone to recognize him as he lived a new life everyone could do anything they liked. And Declan naturally smart and a nerd got bullied. Over the years in Japan, he finally decided to start into teaching at the age of 22 now he is 29 and a successful science-based teacher with a lot to teach. He may be extremely young, but he's just as much smart as anyone else with an IQ Of 212.
