Most tailors don't just mention out that they are open for requests, you'd probably get better luck joining some of the tailoring discord servers available to the community!

Some creators usually announce when they're opened in some tailoring discords. If you go to the roleplay hub discord server and go to pinned in #skins, then there should be a few tailoring servers which include tailors.
