Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are extremely important! Acting as part of a vital foundation to SchoolRp, teachers serve both a roleplay and functional use to the server. Being a main factor to the school side of how the server plays out, teachers now influence players from nearly beginning to end! Allowing the gateway for roleplay to open to new and older players alike. AND, teachers are one of the main ways in which a student can graduate from high-school, to college. Being the credit givers, teachers are one of the few ways that one can level up in the school, which is extremely sought out from many role-players who look forward towards the SRP college life!

What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?:
WELL, if I’m being honest, I miss it. It’s always the ones that I leave that I think of the most… I applied to be a teacher before and I actually enjoyed interacting with multiple students who looked forward to my classes. People who said I was their favorite teacher, who interacted with my character often and even had me looking forward to playing my past teacher, I miss it a lot! And I know it’s an odd turn and a sudden turn of events so I accept any verdict that comes my way, but I wanted to try again if I had the chance!

Describe your character:
Vergel Villanueva, an eager man in his late twenties standing at 5 foot 9. A gentle light with a warm aura that seemed to spill about him. Earthy tones that fell onto warm auburn skin and beachy waves of strawberry blonde, Villanueva could be seen lulling about the campus grounds. Friendly to a fault and reluctant to confront, the heartwarming Vergel sought out the opportunity to teach his love of cooking to all generations alike. Hopefully, passing his thoughts and feelings of adoration towards good food down to his students and those around him.

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Vergel sauntered around the classroom, his eyes taking a peak at each student who was whisking away at their duties to finish creating their own culinary meals. Viewing the sights that the students had to offer, his gaze focused on quality and progress. Though, in a turn of events, a clatter and clanging of sorts would catch his attention. Turning over, he’d notice a student that seemed to be struggling in their work!
Now it may have been a slight mishap, maybe tipping over a pan on accident, or placing things that should’ve been left out… So he’d watch a little longer, and after accessing the severity of the issues, Villanueva would make his move!
“Hey there kiddo! What’s goin’ on? You doin’ alright over here?” He’d wait, letting the student express their troubles over understanding what to do, when to do it, and why! Vergel nodded along, taking note of every word spoken. “Ahhh, I get’cha. Hey, no worries, things like this can be tough! Let’s work through this together, yeah?”
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Vergel stood at the counter, letting his lesson play through as he moved on from step to step. The constant buzzing of a particular student replayed in his ear, and yet, Villanueva would attempt to disregard the distractions that came his way. But sometimes, some people just can't be ignored.
“Hey man… listen, it’s not cool to interrupt class over and over again, ya know?” Reasonable, and understanding. Villanueva would start with a warning and move on. “Let’s calm down, yeah?”
Though, the distractions would not stop.
“Alright, I’ve tried to tell you… but if you don’t fix the ‘tude, then you’re gonna haf’ta leave! And I don’t wanna do that man…” Tapping his fingers on the table top, Villanueva continued. “Much less hand ya off with detention, right? So let’s just focus.”
And if it persisted…
A heavy sigh, pointing to the student as he signaled to the door. “Tried to tell ya, out you go!” Watching as the student was kicked out the classroom. Too many distractions, too many chances. But hey! The classroom is at peace again.

Greens from a Garden!
Atop the school roof lies a flourishing garden tended to by none other than the school’s own daily residents, the students! Why not take the fruit of their labor and turn it into something good! Guiding the students to the top, Vergel would instruct the class that they would need to carefully pick a few fruits and vegetables for a healthy meal to prepare back in the culinary room!
After sparingly picking a few ingredients from the garden itself, Vergel would bring his students back over towards their class and start the meal making! From cleaning, to peeling, to chopping and more, Villanueva would work with his students to make delicious and nutritious salads with what they have all gathered!
Farm Field Trip!
In the mountains of Karakura lies the wondrous Shinsei Seinaru Monastery! A place of delicate worship, praise, and growth! Literally! Up the monastery stairs and towards the left, visitors are met with the Shinsei Seinaru Monastery Farm! Here, Vergel would explain all the work that goes into rising crops from the ground up, and how to use each crop inside the farm itself.
Maybe with the help of the shrine staff, Vergel could invite his students to assist in taking care of such crops! Explaining as to how to work towards growing and maintaining food sources, leading such lessons into delicate care of food, preparing and storage the like. Culinary moves past cooking after all!
