Dorms Or Apartments!

It would be awesome if there could be a place for us students to stay. You can charge rent every month and if we don't have the money you can kick us out. Because of the rent that we have to pay, we should be able to work! Let's make this more realistic. A lot of high school students have jobs, and a decent place to stay. Not even one student stays up all night, because let's face it. No parent would allow them.

About twenty people ( or more ) have made threads about students having houses, from what I have heard, it's not happening.

It's not that it is impossible, or even difficult, its the fact that it would require ALOT of apartments/Dorms for even a certain percentage of the community to have apartments/dorms. A renting system where the apartment/dorm goes back for sale when the player runs out of money or dont repurchase a certain amount of time would fix apartments/dorms from becoming vacant, but would still require a high amount of apartments/dorms.
Another system is having apartments/dorms to be in seperate worlds (like certain other popular servers.) This would fix the previous problem, but it's quite costly to both produce this setup and maintain it.
Their current system where the houses are open for anyone works with a RP server.

Sorry kiddo, dorms/apartments aren't happening for students anytime soon. It would be strange if a high-school student had a house.
