Describe your activity on the server:
I spend a few hours a day on the server and have first joined on february first but started playing in march after going on a long break because SRP time felt like a whole OOCly day, I try to be on SRP everyday but it’s difficult to do that due to school and OOCly stuff but I try my best, my playtime is currently 8 weeks and 1 day and on my alt probably around a day due to me not really having alot of purpose to play on it yet. Below you can find the times I'm available:

What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying is that I want to experience new roleplay scenarios and explore a completely different side of the server, especially since I don’t interact with the Town Hall that much. I'm also motivated because of the roleplay scenarios I have seen and have experienced before, like doing adoption papers. I want to be a part of that side of SRP. Joining the government faction would be a fresh start and a great opportunity to grow as a roleplayer

What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
My goals for being in the Government Faction are to be in some engaging roleplay scenarios like marriages, adoptions, etc, but also contribute to the improvement of the city, and help bring new ideas into the community. I would also love to meet new people, collaborate with different factions, like maybe with KPD or EMS, and of course, be part of larger projects that shape Karakura.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
⋆ Governor ⋆
Governors handle everyday civic duties that keep the city and town hall running smoothly. They help the people of Karakura by handing them their ID cards, officiating marriages, inspecting shops, and much more. They also participate in discussions or decisions that help improve the city and its services, making sure daily life in Karakura runs efficiently.
⋆ Lawyer ⋆
Lawyers act as legal representatives for citizens who need help when they have to go to court, but that's not it they also file restraining orders and do front desk work. Their responsibility is to understand the law really well to help their clients.
⋆ Judge ⋆
Judges run the courtroom and ensure that every case is handled orderly and fairly. They will be checking the evidence given in court by the lawyers, and once everything is done, they will determine the decision of the trial. Judges can not be biased, meaning they have to be neutral in the courtroom.
⋆ Deputy mayor ⋆
Deputy mayor assists the mayor with the city's management, they also help organise the tasks, help hire people for the town faction, and keep the different departments in order. If the mayor might be unavailable, the deputy mayor might fill in as mayor for the time being.
⋆ Mayor ⋆
The mayor oversees the whole faction and is responsible for the future of the town. They work to keep Karakura safe, functional, and, of course, also make sure the town keeps improving

She looked at the interviewer while playing with her fingers. "My name is Yumi Akori, my friends call me Yu!" She said in a confident tone.

She stopped for a bit and then responded to the interviewer's question. "I'd like to be addressed as Mrs. Akori."

She stared at the interviewer with a surprised look, who asks for a woman's age these days... "Oh- my age, I forgot I was going to be asked that question… I’m currently 42 years old."

She stopped talking for a bit, you could see her doing the math in her head to see what year she was born in. "I was born on October third, 1984."
Academic Background:
She looked enthusiastically at the interviewer, she was rather proud of her academic background it seems. "I have a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science which I got in Japan, and then I went to a college in Belgium and got a Master’s degree in Public Administration"
Work experience:
She smiled thinking back about her past work places "As a teenager and well a few years into my adult life I used to work at a local gardening shop, it was a really fun place to work at but due to me moving to Belgium for a few years I had decided to quit that job" She stopped for a bit before continuing to talk "In Belgium I did have a job for only a year since getting my Master's degree was alot of hardwork, I couldnt manage working and studying at the same time, after I had gotten my diploma for my master's degree I instantly got a job offer as a governor at a town in Belgium, which I ofcourse accepted." She looked at the interviewer and said "Well, that was it. she just kept going "After a few years I did quit my job as governor since I wanted to be closer to my family in Japan."

She again looked at the interviewer and said "Well, my nationality is Japanese/British and I was born in Japan.
Criminal record:
She let out a small gasp, oh no... "Oh... well I guess I'm not allowed to lie during an interview, I don't really have a criminal record but I used to steal my sister's makeup and my brother's clothes..." She let out a sigh of relief, finally she confessed her crimes
What makes you a good candidate for this job?:
"That's a very interesting question" She said in a soft voice

"What I think would make me a good candidate is ofcourse me having a past experience as a governor. I understand the needs of families and children and that's because I come from a big family and I have 4 kids myself." She stopped for a bit and played with a strand of her hair "I also studied political science and public administration, which gives me a better understanding of how this job works. I love working in a team which I find important while working at a town hall, I'm really professional and kind of a workaholic but that doesn't mean I can't have fun. I am eager for this job because I care about people, not just the 'power' this job gives meI used grammarly to fix my grammar mistakes, hope thats allowed
