What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I feel as if people want to experience what a classroom feels like, and I want to make sure people come on the server to experience school. I want to make sure the classroom is fun for the players/students when they come into my classroom.

Yes, I play on role-play servers a lot. I get to become other people and create my own story.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs is a questionnaire which a teacher has to fill out once they have done a class. This is important because it shows that the teacher is doing there role and they are active.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
You need to write a note to the principal, a fortnight before the actual field trip and he will either accept or decline the field trip. If it gets accepted, the teacher will have to follow a format.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
I have played through a few other old maps from this server, I have also played on other servers where I have role played as a teacher on another server and also role-played as a doctor.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: You are the Head of Department. You will be going over lesson planning and consulting the QTLS, and NQT about them. You're also in-charge of training/preparing the NQT's. You will consult/teach them and be their instructor.
- QTLS: You've achieved of passing NQT. You are able to host classes alone, and be able to freely teach but will be over watched by the HD. You will also consult the NQT, and if needed to help out frequently to do so of the NQT.
- NQT: You've been recently entered into Teaching with the Karakura School system. You have to complete a total of 25 classes to become a QTLS. You also achieve to run a class during school hours, although you will need to be assisted by the Head Department.

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teacher's have to be able to present and teach students knowledge to be able to complete end-of-topic tests and end of year tests. They also have a role to help people's maturity to grow. They get paid 200,000 - 260,000 Yen a year. Teachers can teach in different ways. They may teach through just talking and presenting the information. Some teachers may present the information then ask questions randomly to make sure people understand. Some teachers may teach through practicals and the student's requiring there own knowledge. In there spare-time they may grade anything they have set and they also make sure people are behaving on school grounds, until school closes.

The whole part of a school role-play server is that it is based around people going to school. When people go to school they expect to be taught at least once a school day.

The teacher has to make sure they have planned there lesson before-hand and if they are sick, they have to make sure they have sent the lesson plan to a substitute teacher so they teacher knows what to teach. If they can't create lesson plans this could result in a demotion and can be breaking the code of conduct.

My character will look smart and will represent a teacher's style. They will be unique because they will be a teacher who will be extremely caring and will show passion for the students. They will make sure they are all okay and if they feel as if a student isn't okay, they will speak to the student first and keep an eye on them. I will make sure I will respect other teachers and there way of teaching. There plan for the future is to be well-known teacher where students can easily walk up to them and say if they are having an issues.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Firstly, I will ask for them to get rid of the language and if they either refuse or carry on I will set a detention, if they still carry on I will remove them from the school grounds and make sure they walk away. If they come back on and still carry on, I will speak to the principal or vice-principal about expelling or suspending them.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Firstly, I will ask people to listen. If they still carry on talking, I will yell listen, if they are still carrying on I will issue a warning that I'll be setting a detention. If they carry on I will set a class detention depending on the day so it could be a break detention, lunch detention or an after school detention, where I will carry out my lesson. Although, I have set this detention, I will still keep them in my class and attempt to teach my lesson.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
It will act professional, but also making sure I have friends which are teachers and I am not a teacher who is all about seriousness.

Backstory
Freyae grew up in Nottingham, England and once she had finished her first years of school, her parents decided to move to Japan. Her life was quite peaceful but during her teenage years she felt a lot of pressure at home. She decided that moving away from her family was the best thing to do. She moved to Karakura High School and the area. She got the instinct that she knew she had to be there. Once she had been a student at Karakura, she knew that becoming a teacher was the best thing to do. She wanted to make sure the students there weren't going to have the same life as her. She then went on to get her degree as a science teacher! She got a bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Physics and a Master's degree in Biology. Once she knew she wanted to be a teacher, she moved back to Karakura High School (near the area) and started getting used to the new area. Once she got used to new students, she still felt as if this was the right job. In the future, she hopes to become a teacher here and to also, change student's who may not enjoy school, perspective on school. She also wants to be able to live and grow old into the area, and to also have kids and further grand-kids live and go to Karakura High School. If she hopefully becomes a teacher, she will know that she will create a good future for the kids and that she will be a mother-figure to those who don't have that type of person in there life! She will want to be the teacher, where a student stays behind because they don't get it and they can tell her straight. She wants to be a teacher where students stay behind to talk to her about personal things.
