What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: Ive always wanted to help others in any way and I think this could be my chance. Ive achieved some goals from this server and I'm hoping that this will be one of them. I really want inspire others to chase their dreams and never give up.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: A way to keep track of things that happen in the classroom
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I would make an announcement so that every student would hear it and then I would make everyone line up and count to make sure I have everyone and I would set out some rules that they need to follow.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: Rule#1: No phones, if you do not follow this rule, I will take your phone and give it to you after school ends. Rule#2: Raise your hand if you want to speak. Rule#3: No yelling during class, especially if your handed an assignment. Rule#4: No Swearing, it could get you into a fight. Rule#5: Do not make fun of people if they miss the question.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I have a full experience on SchoolRP. I have done many roleplays that include MugRP, GangRP, FearRP, SchoolRP and many more. Whenever I'm alone it gives me time to think about the roleplay and what has happened or what will come next.

- HD: Head of Department, they can teach what they want to and don't have to ask for permissions.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills, They don't have to have permissions.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Teachers are important to a SchoolRP Server because every school needs teachers to teach their students, even though this isn't real life, even minecraft school servers have a little bit of education.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: The school works on a lesson plan called moSCo, it stands for Must have, Should have, Could have.

Jade Loon has Gray Dark eyes. Her hair is a light brown with a tad bit of dark gray. She has tan skin with a tad bit of pale. Red lipstick covering her pink lips below with a bit of mascara. She always has her hair up in two buns but still has her hair partly down.
Jade Loon was always good with other students that never caused trouble, she was good with younger kids aswell, as she had a little sibling herself. She grew up in a family of 4 with her two sisters and one brother, Kayla Loon, Mikayla Loon, and Mason Loon.
Jade Loon is a forgiving person but if you get on her bad side you won't be able to get out of trouble that easily. If you make her mad she will punish you or make you stay in her class after school to pay up for what you did.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I will cough twice and raise my voice, saying "Excuse me class, you have time to talk during lunch or out of school, when I'm teaching a lesson, you listen or there is no point for you to be in the classroom right now."
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: She acts calm and chill, and listens to what all the other teachers have to say.

Backstory
1987, Jade Loon was born the same day as her sister, Kayla Loon. At the age of 2, Her parent's marriage was at the edge. Every day she'd hear shouting, crying, glasses breaking as she sat next to her sister, crying and hugging her tight. She'd always try to calm down Kayla and make her feel better by singing her their favorite song. Her siblings Mikayla and Mason were always there to help her calm down Kayla.
As the years went by when they become 17, Jade and Kayla were the bestest friends as they went to highschool. They never left eachothers sides. Jade started doing better with Kayla and calming her down, as a matter a fact, she got Kayla to never worry about their parents. Jade always told Kayla she would never leave her side.
At the age of 21, Jade heard that her sister, Kayla Loon, got into a car crash with a teacher, smashing into a car. Jade was heartbroken, she would never be able to live knowing her sister might not survive, but she stayed strong and waited every day to welcome her sister home.
2 years later she found out Kayla had survived but the teacher didn't. Jade would sit at Kayla's door everyday hearing her cry. It made Jade heartbroken. She was with her sister Kayla, and then out of nowhere... SMACK! Everyone started shouting and screaming, insulting him, but that didn't stop him, he continued abusing her. after 10 minutes he stopped and they went home. Later that week Kayla and Jade left for their college master degree. Kayla and Jade were accepted and they traveled to NYC and settled in Stanford University. Jade took 2 years of Drama, 2 years of Math, and 1 year of History.
