I've been playing on SRP for a very long time, but what exactly do I do on the server? Previously, I was always very busy with various activities related to shops, like managing Henki do Pinkumo and other things. I noticed I was starting to lose motivation, so I stopped playing SRP for a while.
Recently, however, I've returned with renewed motivation. But with renewed motivation comes a new adventure. Right now, I'm mainly roleplaying within the Nakazumi family; it's all quite new, so I'm slowly building up my skills. Outside of that, I enjoy roleplaying with old friends and see opportunities to discover new factions, like the school employee faction!
Finally, I love the sports SRP offers. Developing skills in the sports plugins is a fun aspect of SRP, allowing you to develop both independently and with others on the server. I always invest a lot of time in this and definitely plan to do it again after my return.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Tutors are the faculty members who guide students through difficulties they encounter at school. This could be related to subjects, but it could also be a problem they're struggling with. It's a tutor's job to help this person as best as possible and to enlist other support if needed. It's also possible that one of our colleagues needs help, such as a professor who creates a great class but needs assistance! We can step in and support the professors/teachers. Finally, a tutor also has the opportunity to interact frequently with students, which can be very enjoyable. This makes being a tutor very challenging and varied, which is extra motivating!
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Over the years, I've built up a wealth of experiences and memories in SRP. I started in 2018, at which point I was mainly focused on roleplaying as a student and didn't do much in factions, but these were some fond memories I created. After that, I took a break and returned around 2020. Here, I primarily started with the shop faction and the sports faction, which have been a great passion of mine for a long time. I've been on various sports teams and always enjoyed the roleplaying moments I experienced there; the rivalry between the Bobcats and Spartans was always a lot of fun. In the shop factions, I started as an employee and quickly evolved into a management position at various stores. I always enjoyed this and have fond memories of it. Now, we're at the present, where I'm with the Nakazumi family and mainly developing my skills in family RP.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
As I mentioned above, I recently returned to SRP to start a new adventure. With a new adventure comes new challenges, so I started exploring the factions. After exploring, I discovered that the school employee faction really appeals to me because of the unique opportunities it offers. There's a lot of variety, and you can put your own spin on things. You're also part of a team, which I really enjoy. Finally, I really enjoy the tasks you can do as a tutor. I've already explained them above, so I'll keep it brief, but assisting students who are struggling seems like a really great job!

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
As soon as the insult reaches Kaiya, she puts down her things and turns toward the student. She raises her eyebrows and tries to look at the student with a gentle yet stern expression. She says softly, "Oh my, that's not something you can just say." She walks over to the student and sits/stands at the same eye level. Her demeanor remains calm but professional. Kaiya takes a step closer and says in a caring tone, "I'm sure you didn't mean it like that did you?" While waiting for the student's response, she gives a welcoming smile. She listens carefully to the student's answer and says calmly, "Still, actions have consequences, so I expect we can proceed together in a mature and friendly manner." When the student continues with the insults, Kaiya raises her voice and says, "If this keeps up, I'll have to write you a detention slip."
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Kaiya walks through the halls and hears shouting. She picks up her pace and sees two students fighting. She immediately notices several wounds the students have inflicted on each other. Her face remains professional but also has a worried look. Without a second thought, she calls for backup. Once she does, she walks over to the students and says, "Stop both of you now." When she sees that the students are unmoved, she raises her voice and says very sternly, "I expect you to stop NOW, or there will be severe consequences." After having the students' attention, Kaiya takes one student away to listen to her story. She says in a caring manner, "Fighting is never the solution." After making sure the wounds are treated, she finally gives them a detention slip for breaking the rules.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Kaiya's eyes widen considerably as she observes the dangerous action unfolding before her. She wasn't the type to rush in but when it comes to safety Kaiya's protective instincts kick in. With a graceful and calm approach to the employee, her voice steady but filled with concern "Excuse me" She'd begin, making sure to keep a respectful distance as she addressed him. "I don't think that's safe. . . Do you mind if we talk about it for a moment?" She would try to soften her approach knowing that people could overreact when called out.
If the employee continued with their dangerous actions Kaiya's would remain composed but there would be a strict edge on her tone "I really must insist that you stop. Its not just about your safety its also about our students their safety. Please step back and reconsider this.
If this wouldnt work she would ask for backup and report it with SLT.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Kaiya is sitting alone in the break room until a professor walks in and sits down next to her. Her eyes widen, and a warm smile spreads across her face. She speaks calmly but seems enthusiastic. "Hey, are you on break too? That's great. How are your classes going!" her colleague responds, but Kaiya's caring personality kicks in. She immediately stands up and asks softly, "Would you like something to drink?" After completing her duties, she calmly returns to her seat and curiously asks about the professor's day and if she can help him. Then, you hear the bell ring, and she says, "Oh dear, duty calls me!" She gets up and heads off to her duties!

/me Kaiya is standing in the hallway with papers until she sees a student sitting against the wall with his head down. She slowly walks over and sits down at eye level. She says softly, "Hey, you look a little off today, are you okay?" She keeps her voice low so as not to make a scene. She listens attentively to the student and responds with understanding, "It's okay to sit down if you're dizzy, but maybe it would be wise to go to the nurse's office." She helps the student up and walks with him to the nurse's office.
/me Kaiya is typing on her laptop when she notices a student to her left. She turns her head and asks in a gentle but caring way, "Hey! Is there anything I can do for you?" "Oh, you're having trouble with your homework, can we take a look at it together?" She points to the chair next to her and reads the assignment together with the student. "Aha! I see, I'll explain it." After the explanation, Kaiya says, "Glad I could help you. Have an educational day at school."
/me Kaiya is organizing papers on her desk when she hears two students arguing loudly at the door. She sneaks up on the students and says, "Hey, hey, hey, this isn't necessary, what's going on?" After saying this, Kaiya crosses her arms and listens attentively to their answer. As they both start talking, Kaiya says, "One at a time, please." After listening to both sides, she nods calmly and says in a soft tone, "I think we can solve this without being so loud, shall we solve it together?" The students sit down with Kaiya and they figure it out together.

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
"After working at various schools, I've come to the conclusion that true education goes beyond reading textbooks and passing exams. What truly matters are the memories a student makes and the steps of personal development they take within their learning process. That's what motivated me to join Karakura High School.
When I first arrived, I noticed that the school felt like a strong community with great respect for both students and staff. It reminded me why I started in the education department. I saw students who were ambitious but also overwhelmed by all the new experiences and new curriculum.
This inspired me to work as a tutor. My biggest goals are to help others with their academic studies, but also on a personal level, and of course, as a professional. I want to use my years of knowledge to achieve this and guide the students as effectively as possible"
