Basically: Edmund was born in America, he soon was kicked out of his original family. In doing so, he was put on a flight to Karakura, Japan where he felt very comfortable. He soon made many friends, he joined the Golden-Leos, he had a house, friends and a somewhat family who accepted him, that is where he met Brendan MacLeod. They became close to the point of brotherhood, Brendan soon invited him into the MacLeod family, ever since then Eddie has made a great addition to the MacLeod family.
