A couple things that I wish to note down here is the fact that these shifts that I've displayed are merely T4's ( night shifts ), despite that, there are also day shifts in my workplace that start from 8 AM - 5 PM ( GMT + 3 ). The reason as to why I haven't displayed them is because I mainly work night shifts ( like 90% of the times ) but when I do work day shifts then it's most likely because they couldn't find someone else to fill in. Even so, by the time that I return home from either a day or night shift, I not only synchronize myself perfectly with players abroad, but I still have more than enough energy to hop on if needed for a meeting, roleplay scenario, continue/fill in quota, etc.

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:

Yes, I do.

School Employee Role you are applying for?:

Librarian

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:

A school librarian's job revolves around the importance of showing the said school's students the importance of reading in order to enrich their knowledge and reading comprehension which is a must for becoming a proper and future member of any kind of society. A school librarian must manage and keep in check the library they work in itself and help out the students that wish to acquire a book temporarily and to identify the said book to know where to find it or give it ( through a process ).

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:

I have been roleplaying on this server for the past four years ( soon to be five ) and have plenty of experience coming from the many different sides of SchoolRP itself. Whether it is ( in chronological order of me partaking ) the stereotypical gangrp ( back in 2021 ), CrimeRP (2022 when I was part of the Akihito Clan and most of our activity was done merely for lore purposes and character story expansion instead of JUST acting upon permissions ), RivalryRP ( 2023-2025 where I've been a member of the college football team and co-captain of the college volleyball team ) and TownRP ( 2025, Governer ).

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:

The reason is very simple. I've always had a strong feeling that school roles are underrated and underappreciated by the average player, despite the fact that the server is quite literally named "SchoolRP" other people are still drawn towards other roles. I was too, up until now when I've decided to try this new side ( to me ) of SRP. The Librarian is an even more underrated role ( again, to me ) since I rarely seen and can count on just one hand the times where I've had the chance to roleplay with one ( mainly to rent a book or have one of those fancy looking library green cards ). And that is exactly why I wish to apply for it. The school itself, as an employee seems a very fun ground to be a part of that I'd be more than happy to witness under the title of a Librarian.

It really doesn't matter to me whether I have to sit at a desk for hours without anybody coming in to get a book or not. I have a good idea for what I am applying for and really wish to try it out. Every time I have gained a role, whether it was football, volleyball or governer, I've always done my best to be an active and useful asset to the faction itself to not disappoint my higher ups and show that I haven't applied just to be active for the first week and a half then have a very sudden decrease in quota.

Situations
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:

Cristian is a relatively calm and very grounded character with the ability that sounds very easy to say that you have but in reality it's very hard to apply in stressful situations, that being to place yourself in other people's shoes. Cristian would tell the individual how insulting a school employee is not only uncalled for but disrespectful and not to do it again. The relationship between an employee and a student cannot really be forced so he'd be aware that he can't just make one's mind flip like a switch if they continue disrespecting him.

Despite that, Cristian would still go out of his way to give the student a very boring and parent-like ( but friendly ) lecture to the student which may be very effective to bore the student out of insulting him and have him leave before the situation escelates any further. If the said student continues to keep at it, Cristian would signal the radio for any available caretaker to come settle the situation but again, without forcing anything.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:

Cristian would instantly quit whatever he was doing and get out of his working spot ( in this case for a librarian it'd most likely be the libraries desk ) to check the situation out for a very brief moment ( a second or two while walking, not just going to stare at them while they're fighting each other ) and tell them to seperate. Usually when an adult or any form of school figure is present the students start behaving, but if that's not the case Cristian would try to gently seperate the two.

This situation is relatively tricky because it heavily depends on who is fighting. If it's two young students then it won't be much of a problem for Cristian, if there are two jocks fighting it out ( although the library is rarely used for such occurences ) then Cristian would most likely lecture them until they get bored of the fight, they insult him together briefly then leave ( most realistic depiction I could think of ). But if it's an extremely agressive situation then before approaching the two he'd make a brief signal to the radio to call for an available teacher, professor or caretaker for backup in case if things escalate further while he himself adresses the situation ( again, not JUST waiting for backup while watching students fight, he wouldn't do that. )

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:

Much like the other two situations Cristian would approach the said situation calmly ( this heavily depends on how grave it is but the idea still revolves around the same execution ) and talk them out of it. From the top of my head I could think of a teacher leaving the stove on or insulting a student or even hitting them back ( never saw something like this happen, just trying to create situations for myself to not leave any kind of vague explanation then call it a day ).

If that's the case then the way Cristian would react looks something like this, in order. First Cristian examines the scenario briefly ( mostly to not get the wrong idea ), adresses the situation ( based on how grave it is ), communicates with the employee ( a solid way to get them to stop or prevent them from escalating any form of situation further to not jeopardize their carreer ).

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?

I can't say that Cristian Morris was ever a cool or popular character despite being the co-captain of the college volleyball team so there would be no way for him to really go out of his way to socialize or act out of the ordinary when given the chance to, not to mention that as a librarian he will most likely be isolated from the rest of the staff during working hours but he will most likely just be sitting in a corner by himself while eating something basic, like a sandwich or drinking a can of soda. There isn't much that is out of common coming from him, he behaves, acts professional if needed and overall minds his business.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

/me
Morris sat quietly at his desk, watching over the area of the library that he had access to while stationary. The job he applies for itself didn't really require much physical effort, at least, not the same kind he used to give off back in his teenage years so this transition surely put him in quite the spot. However that didn't matter to him as he simply wanted to do something right for himself and give back to society, one way or another. Even if it had to be as a librarian, waiting for students that were keen on studying or to read a book.

/me while patiently waiting for his shift to end, Cristian allowed himself to look towards the right, outside the window to be more specific while still remaining stationary inside his working station ( the librarian front desk ), reminiscing of his youthful years that he spent training alongside his teammates back on the volleyball team. While doing so, he was quickly hit in the head with reality, as sharp as a needle to burst his bubble with the idea that he was never much to go home about of a player. Even if he was a co-captain, it felt more like he was chosen for that position in order to do all the chores that the captain himself wasn't too fond of doing like keeping the players in check, managing events or training hours. While waiting, Morris wondered how much had changed since as he was just one window away from his past.

/me in order to not look like he was completely wasting time by not doing anything, out of curiosity Cristian started using the school-issued librarian computer just to check whatever there was to be checked, whether it was the computers specs to make him look or sound smart, old records of students acquiring books or even reading articles online. Whatever the case, spending more time on the computer seemed to help him get more comfortable around the school-issued equipment, slowly but steadily helping him to do his job faster, whether it was typing in the keys, student names or finding/identifying a book faster for a keen, studious student that wished to receive one.

Full Name (First & Last only):

"My name is Cristian Morris, pleased to meet you. I look forward to working here and proving myself a useful asset to the school itself."

Title (Mr, Mrs, Miss):

"Mister Morris will be just fine, I've never had somebody adress to me so politely but that isn't something that I dislike."

Preferred Name:

"Cristian is good enough, although I used to be called Cris by my closer peers. No matter the case, I do not have too much of a preference when it comes to calling out for me. Whatever will do."

Age (Minimum is 25):

"I am 28 years old."

Gender:
"I am a male."

Academic Degree:

"I have my bachelor's in management which. . by far might have been my most enjoyed accomplishment so far in life as I've grown fond of what many call 'white collar' jobs. Even so, I'm more than happy to be working as a librarian."

Major(s):
"I have uhh. . two majors, one in management and the other in bussiness. For business this is where I've completely dropped any form of studies and approaches to gain more knowledge out of as I wasn't that fond of any physical or online courses for it, not to mention that the study environment I was in at the time wasn't as friendly."
Minors:
"At the given moment I have an associate degree in Psychology, Management, Business. For the degree in psychology I had to learn about the basics when it came down to understand of the human behavior and cognition. Funnily enough I believe that for the degree where I had to stress out the 'least' will be the most beneficial for me as a librarian."

Nationality:
"I'm American, straight out of LA, you could say that I am a mere suburban kid that moved up in to live in a stilt house in the hills after moving out from his parent's home. Despite that, I'm not really spoiled and still behave just like any other professional and hard working employee."

Known Languages:
"I speak english fluently and know my way around japanese, I believe that I've spoken the most back when I was on the volleyball team and had to communicate with my team, that is when I've used a certain amount of words in my vocabulary up to the point where I've got the hang of the accent and way to express myself just fine, not perfectly, but just fine. At the same time I'm quite fond of giving out directions, something which I strongly believe will help me on the job."

Backstory

/* Describe how your character ended up becoming an employee including their previous life. It's optional to include earlier life. Make sure this is over 300 words and remove this comment after posting.*/

"This will take quite a while but uhh. . I was offered a place to stay here by an old friend of mine that no longer wished to be affiliated with. . well, anyone or anything in this town. I was still in LA trying to figure out some things for myself while still working for my most well-prized and hard earned diploma when I received a call and was given an irrefutable offer. A house, a job, a team position and a future in a foreign country. I was far too comfortable in American and I really wanted to pass it up but this acquaintence of mine. . I had a favor to cash in for him so I eventually gave in.

That is how I came down here, the house? It was I believe. . 404? Somewhere around the town hall, well- no, very close to it. The job was to be the uh. . right hand man for the old Sayonara shopkeeper, Xiaolu Saiky, I had to fill in some big shoes as her personal secretary while managing the employees, and opening the shop itself. As for the team position? A co-captain straight out of the bat for a sport I've never even played before, volleyball. I've often times made myself a fool and only later on realized that I could've just left the team. But despite those negative feelings? I've really grown attached to each and every single member despite the constant teasing and bantering. That is exactly why I never quit. Sure, it was. . . way, way, wayy to hard for me to accomodate myself in this town. I had to continue my studies in a foreign country, look after myself, keep the house in check and clean, pay rent, attend my job as a secretary which oh by the way required me to do stock checks twice per month AND to fill out the role of a co-captain for a team I never knew even existed? All while studying my butt off to speak this foreign language.

It was hell for the first three months but. . I managed to do it. I've always made time for each and every single thing that I had to fill in, and this 'friend' of mine? Before leaving he left me this 90 paged guide on how to 'survive' here while he told me all about his early life as a mere football goalkeeping 'legend'. Said how he had two tournaments under his belt despite losing them and his team only grew fond of him the moment he showed his skills on the second and his last tournament as a goalie. The passion he had behind each one of those words really coursed through me and it felt like a touching moment. I never had that kind of passion up until now, and degree wise? He wasn't even close to me. And yet. . he felt much more accomplished than me. Perhaps it was this harsh town that really made him crack and that is when he was given the option to either pull himself together or leave.

Unfortunately, given the fact that I am standing right here in front of you should answer the question of what he chose to do."

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):

"Well. . I had to do something with my life at the end of the day. Even if I did move out of America that didn't mean that I could suddenly just stop studying as a whole. And as I've said previously I really had to work hard to come up to the point where I am now in the present. I've quickly learned the stereotypes of the school but despite the angry jocks, misbehaving students and all? The teachers, professors, nurses, caretakers, chefs, and librarians as whole seem to be. . normal. Like, very normal, they're kind, helpful, passionate about their work and I suppose that is the motive why I wish to be a part of this privately funded institution."

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:

"I am a hard working and honest individual. I believe that I've always gone out of my way to do what was right or. . at least felt right to me without harming or talking down any other individual in my way much like other people. It really takes a certain level of difficulty to make me back up from something that I wish to accomplish or achieve in life which makes me far more determined than the average individual. Despite all that, I am extremely organized and passionate for the things that I like or wish to approach, whether it is a hobby or a job.

I wish nothing more but to be given a fair shot at this, and I promise you, I'll prove that I deserve a chance."
