School Employee Role you are Applying For: Private tutor.
How often do you log onto the server?: I am on the server from 4 P.M to 9-10 P.M on week days and almost all the day in breaks and weekends.
Do you have discord? Yes I am.
Do you have a microphone? Yes.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I have not been banned before.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes I can.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes I do recognise that you can be ICly fired.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: You will tutor school age children on a one to one basis, usually for an hour at a time, so you need to be able to prepare activities for them that will hold their interest, and you should enjoy working closely with individual students. You will also have to respond to the demands of the parents! They will have a firm idea about what they want a tutor to achieve. This might not always be in line with the abilities of their son or daughter so diplomacy and sensitivity are also required skills.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Yes I do.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have played on the RP server for a long time and I have applied many times and the applies has been accepted. I have been a teacher, school councillor, Head-Chef, Police and currently am a Shop-Owner on my other account on the RP server. So, I have a really good experience with RP.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Tutors make use of their knowledge and expertise in a specific area to teach students outside a classroom. In most academic institutions, tutoring is considered an extra-curricular activity for both the Tutor and the student. Tutors may teach individual students or small groups depending on the demand. In many cases, the Tutors and the students may be peers of the same age and grade, although, in most cases, the Tutor is older than the student.
Tutors may be hired by schools, colleges, libraries, and community services to assist students having difficulties with any given subject. They may also work independently giving private lessons to students at their own residence or at the student’s home.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would ask the students to stop being rude and curse. If they don't stop I would call in the Principal, or the Vice-Principal.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would do the job as safe as possible not possibly hurting anyone including myself.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would talk to them about how dangerous it is and tell them to stop doing it.

Motivation for Joining KHS: My motivation to join the KHS is to help the students that are in special needs. To give the students that are having a hard time learning an education that are helping them in what they need. I wan't to see every student walk out of this High School!

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I know I'm newly educated, but I know for a fact that I can help the students in need! Any task I get will I get through, even how hard it is!
