I always check the forums when I don't have anything else to do. I usually go on the forums and read applications that reacently are posted.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: My motivation for becoming a teachert is because there are not enough teachers now, and I want to be a part of making the High School the main part of SchoolRP. I want to be part of something really big and I want change. I want High Schoolers to have something to look forward to, and I want RP'rs to have something to do instead of running around bored on the server.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes I have lots of experience on the server, I've been playing for over a year now and done most of the things you can do on the server.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes I have.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Classroom logs are a log the teacher fill out after doing a class to tell what they have done this class and it is important because, teachers show that they actually are active doing their job. This makes it easier finding out who is worth it and not.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I would have to fill out the field trip application, and I would have to explain and know what I am going to do on the field trip.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1.) No food or drinks in the class.
2.) No violence.
3.) No speaking without raising a hand.
4.) Respect all peers, and teachers.
5.) No misbehavior.
6.) Do your work.
7.) No foul language!
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I like the server really much, I feel like I have a good name in the community, and the community is just one of the best things with it. I've met si many people OOC in the community that have become close friends. Everyone I've met so far IC'ly are good RP'rs that know what they do, they are also really nice.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: It means Head of Department. You are the Head of Department in the subject you are teaching, this is the highest rank you can get as a teacher. When you have this rank you must plan what lessons will be thaught in your department, including the lesson plans.
- QTLS: It means Qualified Teacher Learning and skills. This means you are qualified enough to start classes whenever you feel like it(inside the school). When you have this rank you should not make as many mistakes or errors as the Newly Qualified Teacher(NQT). You are seen as a good teacher,
- NQT: It means Newly Qualified Teacher. This is the first rank you will receive. You now have all the qualifications to start a lesson on your own, but before starting a lesson you have to check with the HD and in the roleplay documents to check for what you have to teach. If no lessons yet are planned you can teach what you'd like in your subject. In this rank you are allowed to make errors.

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
The purpose teachers serve is to educate students and feed them with knowledge that will help them through school, work and life in general. The server wouldn't be working without teachers, thats what purpose they have on SRP, help the server hold its main RP. I've heard that teachers make around 60.000 dollars per year, depends on your degree. All teachers have different ways of teaching, some make it fun, some boring and some make it interesting, and you have to choose your way of teaching. In the spare time they just do normal things anyone would do in their spare time, grade tests, plan lessons, relax, maybe go out for a walk.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: They are one of the main roles in the RP, they keep the whole meaning of SchoolRP, regular schools wouldn't work without teachers, teachers are the main source to education. Teachers give life a meaning, they give us education.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: Introduce the students to the lesson, give the class work or activities, en the lesson with a rerun of everything they've done today and what you teached them, maybe throw in a short quiz too.

Andrew Jamie Waters is a 30 year old male born in Karakura, Japan by his parents, Steven Waters and Michelle Prose Waters. He sees himself as an English man due to learning English at home by his parents speaking it and speaking it to him. When he grew up he watched a lot of Footbal from England with his dad, growing a passion for the English national team.
He has a serious facial expression with short brown hair on top. His walk is filled with energy just like him, he is a rather upbeat person. When he socialize with others he feels a joy to be able to be around nice people. In class he is a jokester, making the students laugh and giving them a fun class. He treats the students with respect if they give him respect. He lives by a rule "Give respect, earn respect." That rule goes for anyone he meets, teachers and students.
His plans for the future are big, he is planing on becoming a principal at a highschool, but first he will enjoy the years of being teacher. He will enter the study for principal when he feels ready.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I'd confront them and tell them that foul language is prohibited at Karakura Highschool, and will not be tolerated by you gang of delinquents, if I catch you using that type of language again I will report you to the principal or vice principal.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I announce to the class, that there will be a test on Friday so listen up to your directions, and follow instructions as to what I give you, If nobody then listens I will give a test as of that day, to show that paying attention in class is important.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
He would be talking to all the teachers, maybe take a cup of coffee and prepare for his next lesson if he has any left of the day.

My character Andrew Jamie Johnson grew up in a good home with good parents taking well care of him. Andrew was never the best student in the class, he was actually one of the worst students with no interest in school due to him not having many friends in school. Every day he was left out of every group, just finding a place to sit alone. The teachers did nothing about this and his grades just fell, he even thought about dropping out of school but his dad, a college professor told him "Do not drop out, keep on studying and you will change the world." He felt the motivation building up, he wanted to become a teacher and give all students what he always wanted. After the day his dad had told him this, his grades grew and grew, he became the best in class. After his graduated he went straight to college studying to become a Teacher. His path was long but he made it, with all this motivation nothing could stop him. While in college he met a girl named Clementine, he became good friends with her and they ended up dating. As the years went by Andrew got to his graduation and got his diploma. After the gradutation he went in the news papers looking for a teaching job, in a joy he screamed out to his parents "There are a job on the highschool a few blocks down for hire." He followed the instructions in the newspaper and went to the website that led him to the place he could apply. He needed this new job to be able to support himself because he lives alone now after divorcing with his wife. Now he is crossing his fingers in hopes of getting the job.
