School Employee Role you are Applying For: I am applying to be a Teachers assistant.
How often do you log onto the server?: I am usually on after school hours in real life when I am not doing homework or doing my current sport tennis. But when I am online I am on for several hours.
Do you have TeamSpeak3? I do not have TeamSpeak3 but I am willing to get it if needed.
Do you have a microphone? I do have a microphone in my computer.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I have never been banned.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes as I already do but I will try to come on more hours than usual.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: I do recognize that.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: I would describe a teachers assistant as a very willing and determined because he/she would have to dedicate their time and effort to help the teacher they are assisting and I as a assistant would always be making sure I can help any teacher with the students and making sure all the students are controlled.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Yes I do have lots of experience from this server and a few others that I have been a member of for a while.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have done roleplay for 2 years and I have done all different kinds of roleplays.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: I am familiar with being a teachers assistant. A teachers assistant helps out different teachers chores around their room or around the school. A teachers assistant will also help teach a lesson if asked and can also do the principles work.

~Helping the teacher by record taking, such as taking attendance or marking down grades
~Helping teachers by setting up lessons or used items in lessons such as books, computers, paper, ect.
~Watches over kids during class, in the hallways, field trips, and outside on school property
~Go over school and or class rules to the students in order to keep their behavior in control

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I will give them a proper explanation of what could happen and give them a first warning and if it continues again I will give a second warning and then I will give them a consequence if it happens 1 more time.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I will accept the call with caution and I will make sure no other students,staff, or pedestrians get injured.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I will warn them what they are doing is wrong and either help the person is the situation myself or get somebody who can fix the situation if they are needed.

Motivation for Joining YHS: My motivation for joining YHS is that when i was in Elementary /middle school a few of my teachers made it very hard for me and some of the other students who needed a little more help than they could give to make it so us students could understand our work and I want it so all the students and understand what their are working with and not have as many difficulties as I did at their age.
Age: 21
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I should be accepted over other applicants because I am a very determined and hard working person. I would like to give students that extra help that I never had to make sure that they can fully understand what they are learning so life could be a little easier. I can keep all the students motivated and make sure they all believe in themselves. I would be most happy and honored to be working as a Teachers assistant at Taketatsu Highschool
