Add a thumbs down emoticon to forums
idk why this doesn't exist already

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
Could probably be used in the same way the thumbs up one is...as a -1

I don't really think this is a big problem anyway but it could benefit the forums feedback section because often there ends up being a lot of pages on the thread that are just posts with +1/-1 rather than comments on the feedback (could just generally be annoying if you're trying to respond to someone)
