How do I apply to work as an employee? I don't want to own a shop because that's a lot of work but I want to work for someone else to earn money.

If you want to work for a shop you have got to wait for them to open applications, so either you join their Discord server's and wait for an announcement ping, or wait in-game and you'll recieve an advertisement saying so.
