I have never been banned nor warned on SRP or Roleplay Hub in general.
Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:
I am on the server everyday from when I wake up to when I go to sleep. If I break it's for school assignments or I do school at the same time. I'm usually on for at least 6 hours a day. I also have two different laptops that I use. Sometimes I will use one for school and one for SRP at the same time, or I will have two SRP accounts on at once. This is to maximize the use of my time towards the server.
I'm also on the forums multiple times a day to check what's new. I am incredibly active here, trying my best to be in the loop of what happens and what is posted.

Private Tutor
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A private tutor is there for the students who may need a little extra help. Their main goal is to help them understand what they may be behind in. Most of the time they can be by appointment or a walk in. They usually specialize in one subject or multiple. Private tutors are there to help the student figure out their issues on their own as well as giving them guidance when need be.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?:
Yes I recognize that I can be fired ICly.
Do you understand how to seriously roleplay?:
Yes I understand how to seriously roleplay. Most of my roleplay is serious and detailed.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've been roleplaying for 8 years now (I'm 17 going on 18). I started on games like Minecraft in 2012, and moved to forums. I've also been dm roleplaying for the past 4 years. My style mostly consists of semi-lit, which is multiple paragraphs connected together as if it were a book. DetailRP is what i'm best at and love to do.
I've been on SRP for a few months now although I've been on other minecraft roleplays for longer. I also used to own a few with my friend before they shut them down.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would first calmly warn the student for their disrespectful behavior, attempting to correct them back towards the situation at hand. I understand everyone has bad days and would take these into consideration. If they continued to swear I would have no choice but to send them to detention. They would be wasting not only my time, but their's as well by cursing.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would do my best to complete my job to the best of my abilities as well as making sure everyone around me is safe. I would attempt to offer different solutions to the issue in case there was a way t avoid the dangerous task.
If there was not, I would make sure anyone else involved knew the risks and what to do if things went wrong. While I will always do what I am asked of it's important to make sure no one would get hurt if it could be avoided.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would attempt to learn the reason why to their behavior. Was there a certain event that triggered their dangerous outbursts? I would also do my best to explain that what they're doing was out of line and could land them in trouble.
If my co-worker continue their behavior against my advice, I would have no choice but to report to a higher up. As school employee's it's our job to make the Karakura school system as safe as can be. Anyone who jeopardizes that should face the appropriate consequences.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
When in the employee break room, Makoto would be quite sociable. He would often be found conversing with other employee's or offering to get things for them. Makoto enjoys his break time by catching up on the latest books series, being an avid reader.
He would also spend time preparing extra lessons for those who needed it when he left, finding pride in his job as a private tutor. Or he would be found preparing items for other teachers to make their lives easier in advance.
Provide us with at least 3 detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me He'd pull several textbooks as well as binders onto the table, sorting the materials into piles. Each subject would have it's own area as to make it easier for the students to study.
/me He'd smile at the student who came into the room before pulling out a chair. He'd then direct them to a sheet to sign them in, and tell him exactly what they needed to learn today. Afterwards he would begin to collect the materials needed.
/me He would look over the work the student had given him, thinking for a moment. He then pulled out a few practice worksheets similar to the homework they were struggling with. Looking over the two he would make sure they understood the concept before moving on to a new set of papers.

Backstory
Makoto Fubuki was born on November 22nd, 1982 in Karakura, Japan. He was born to two loving parents and an older sister. Growing up he was always curious to learn about the world around him, and was shown to be quite an intelligent child. He learned all his skills faster than most children, and skipped a grade early in his school years.
It was around his first few years of elementary school that Makoto was diagnosed with Autism. While it didn't affect how his family saw him or his teachers, it did affect his relationships with his peers. Many looked down on him when they learned this fact or straight up rejected him. He would find it hard to connect with others at his age due to their belittlement.
Despite all the challenges he faced, Makoto continued to thrive in school, albeit it with little friends. Once he was in middle school his parents gave birth to his younger twin brothers. The three of them became extremely close nearly immediately and were never apart.
He graduated high school a year early in 1999 and went on to college that fall. He majored in political sciences and took a minor in history, his two favorite subjects. During his time in college he ended up making many more friends than previously in his life. He was able to thrive in ways no before seen, and graduated in 2002 at the top of his class. Everything in life was looking up for the now young adult.
He bounced between jobs for many years as he was unsure what he wished to do with his life. For a few years, he moved to teach in America. Afterwards he moved to England for another 5 years teaching there. After his teaching contract had run out in 2012 he decided to move back to Japan.
The past 8 years had Makoto lost. He had several part time jobs and free lance work, dabbling in art. He felt as if he wasn't right for a full time teaching position yet still missed working with kids. It wasn't until he saw that his old high school was looking for private tutors that it hit him. This was his calling, and he decided to apply.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for joining KHS is how amazing the staff is. All the experiences I've had with them were amazing, and truly made my view of SRP that much better. I want to be able to help others like they have helped me in the past. I also would like to see another side of roleplay. I currently have a high school student in a sports team. I've gone through college, and am part of EMS on another account. The school staff is one aspect I've always admired but never joined. I hope by being a private tutor i'd be able to glimpse inside this other world of roleplay!
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe I should be accepted over other applicants due to many factors. One being my activity. I am on the server from when I wake up to when I go to bed, and have two different computers I use for it. This means I am on for several hours at a time!
I also have experience being a tutor in real life. I worked part-time as a private tutor at my high school during my free periods and after school. I did this for about 2 years until Covid hit. I believe my experience of this role offline can benefit greatly in the roleplay aspect of it.
