What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I want to make rp for players really fun, I feel that I could be a good addition to the staff team and I feel that it will allow me to get away from all the bullies that are rude to me in real life, I will have something to look forward to and I just want to meet new people and share information with the and make them happy on the server and just to improve people’s rp and mine
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Not really, I normally just log on rp servers and meet new people and just rp for fun, but now I want to be a teacher because I feel that a teacher role would really suit me on the server.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: It tells us what happened during class and what was taught, this is important for the staff to know teachers are doing their job and to see if all students/players are being well behaved etc…
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: Firstly I would get permission to do it, then I would tell the class about it, look out for well-behaved students who are always doing the right thing, in the lessons and I would give them a letter about all the info they need about the trip!
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: Stay seated, treat everyone as you would like to be treated, one voice policy, no swearing/rude comments… I would give the students 3 warnings… on their 3rd warning they would be sent out the class and told to come back at the end of the day for a detention.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I just talk to “friends” and we just go to the park pretend to study and just basically go with the flow on our rp’s…
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Head of Department, they give the permission to the newer teachers and supervise them.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher and Learning Skills, are the teachers who can start classes without permission of the HD of the Department they are teaching.
- NQT:Newly Qualified Teacher, these are the teachers who are newly hired. They must always ask the Head of Department, when they can start classes. After certain amount of time, they are moved up the QTLS and must not always ask.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
- Teachers teach students/young people information that helps them get a job, which leads to them getting a home and having a good life. They teach maths, art, engligh, science, geography, history, music and loads more! Teachers purpose is to educate children to the best of their ability. I have no clue what salary teachers get, I suppose it varys on how often they attend classes and their ranking within the school… Teachers have their own way of teaching, so say a prize goes to the best piece of work etc, while others could make the students write and write and write down all infoamtion. Different teachers have different ways of educating the class. Im not sure what teachers do in their spare time, I guess they would plan the next lesson, mark books/homework and spend time with their family (if they have any), they are normal people at the end of the day so they would probably do shopping, go kfc or something along those lines…
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: In my personal opinion, I think that teachers are important to the rp server, because they add a whole new vibe to the server, they are important because they teach mineraft players, while they are playing… it also makes the rp less boring and make it more fun to go to school etc…

My character has Blonde/Brown lush wavy hair and deep blue eyes with dark lashes and perfect eyebrows, a cute button nose and thick lips placed central on her pale face that has rosy cheeks on her strong and visible cheekbones. The one thing that makes my character different is that they are amazing at writing books, they have an amazing imagination and writes books in her spare time, which she hopes will one day get published. My characters outlook on students is that they all have emotions that she needs to be careful of, as she only likes happy and positive vibes in her classroom, she thinks of them and people who need to learn and be educated so they can get a good job and have a happy and strong life, she loves to meet new people so she treats each student like a new acquaintance she wants to help out. Her outlook to teachers is that they could be potential friends and they are all in the same situation, she likes to learn more things about people she might be working with at school, she tries to get along with everyone at the school… She has a quirky personality but however she can be pretty short tempered when she gets stressed, although she handles these types of situations in a calm, lady like way. Her personality is a one of a kind, she is there for every situation (sad, happy etc) she is great at giving advice and can cheer up the room in a single joke (normally). Her plan for the future is to write life changing books for people going through rough situations, whatever they might be, she wants to teach as long as possible and she wants to someday be head of the English department and just have a happy life in general.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I tell half of them to go to a empty class, get a teacher to look after them till Im ready to talk, take the others to me office/room and find out the situation, If I need backup I will send out an announcement, I will sort the problem out but also punish them for their bad language
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I turn the lesson into a little game and make them want to listen to get a prize, after that the people who are not listening will get sent out the class and I will ask to have them back at the end of the school day for a detention in my room and I will go through the lesson again and it won’t be fun!
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: My character would act in a casual way, you would probably find my character curled up on a chair reading a book deeply engrossed in its content or marking books/homework, or she will be socializing with other teachers just chatting and just spending that time resting until she has to teach a class or until she is needed elsewhere…

Backstory
My character was born in 1995 and is 23 years old, her birthday falls on the 27th April. She grew up in a small run down cottage with a smokey brown thatched roof and blistered white walls, this wasn’t much, but it was all she knew as home. The first memory she has is being driven to the outskirts of town to a forest that had a deadly silence, she stepped out the car expecting her family to do the same, instead the car slowly got further into the distance leaving her behind all alone. At this point in her life she was 5 years old and all she knew was her 1,2,10,11,9 times tables and that nobody loved or wanted her. She walked as far as her legs could take her gripping her only companion, My Snuffles her teddy bear. Her legs carry her to the nearest home with a burning fire lighting up the sky with its smoke, her frozen fingers gently tap the door and warm air floods her soul as a new beginning does too, she spent all her life with this family. On her first day at school she was walked to the large building filled with brightly coloured classrooms and happy students walking down the halls to their next lesson. It felt amazing to be part of the whole thing, her life was just starting to take a happy turn. Well that was until the reality hit her in the face and threw her face first into 6 years of hell…Deep bruises dug into her skin blood thirsty, searching for the last layer of skin. Cuts scared her face, her soul was teared into two. At the age of 7 her mother ran away leaving her and her dad to survive without the figure of a mum and a dad, This left her feeling unwanted. Ren and her dad got into a huge fight about nothing, this led to her leaving her old life behind and her dad, with desperate shouting asking her to come back she ran into the jungle of the woods and lived off a small supply of food she had packed the day she ran away. No one but the person who loved her the most (her dad) noticed she was gone, days flew by like hours on fast ticking clock. The day had arrived, Tuesday 23rd March, her dads birthday. Ren raced her shadow back home to find the door open and ambulences carrying a dead body which marked her father’s body out of their home. Guilt came over her like Heatstroke, a sudden shut of the van’s door and the sirens starting up was just the cherry on top of her life. The ambulance took off to the road with her legs scrambling after the vehicle, she couldn’t be too late, she just couldn’t! Slowing down with the ambulance speeding up her voice broke out into a pitchy screem, she had to get to her father, she didn’t mean what she had said in the fight. Her vision was blurred by tears, she couldn’t give up. She ran, and ran faster than ever before. The sky dimmed its light as the sun began to rest, her determination caught up with her and led her to the hospital and to the main desk where she demanded to see her father, the lady at the desk came around sat Ren down looked deep into her deep blue eyes and explained that he didn’t make it, he had overdosed after the fight. Ren’s eyes filled up with not much but a single tear reaching her cheek, this was then wiped away by the receptionist. She had been too late, her fathers death was all her fault, there was no way she would ever be able to tell him how thankful she was for him and how much she loved and adored him.
Ren quietly cursed herself for letting that happening to her father, while the hospital rang her mother. Ren stepped down from the blue seat saw the figure of a tall lady with lush golden locks and knew that was her mother, she dashed into the women’s arms falling apart in every way. Embarrassed the women gripped the wrist of Ren and shoved her into the car, driving at a reasonable speed Ren glared out the window and wondered if her dad forgave her, no tears came but her eyes where steamed up of salty emotions.
They had parked up at Ren’s mothers new home, her hideaway where she had hidden for all the years. “You traitor”, Ren repeated to her mother who ran into a new mans arms. After being slapped silent by her ‘mother’ she walked up the stairs dreading school the next day, every nightmare comes true, well for Ren it did.
The stars began to wake as Ren stared into space thinking of how God will have welcomed her dad back to heaven. Her heart was broken nothing could fix this, not even a magic fairy god mother.
The sun arose the next day marking the early hours of a winter morning, Ren dragged herself to school dreading the day ahead. In Period 3, English (her favourite class) they all took a quiz, one question stayed drilled to her mind for the rest of the day, what do you want to be when your older? Her answer was I don’t know, however the more she thought of it she realised she wanted this, well not the bullying of course, but to teach others, educate them give them the life they deserve, she wanted to be a teacher.
Then Ren found herself applying for a teacher in the school she grew up in to try and give others a better life…
