Warns: I know I have been warned at least two to three times, I only remember one. It was cosmetic abuse. I don’t really remember what else I was warned for as it was a while ago.
Kicks: I’ve only been kicked for Role changes, and AFK.
Bans: I was Banned for Bypassing on an alt, if I was banned before that I don’t remember as it was two years ago.
Shop wanted:
The shop I want is Esteban 1981. The reason I want this shop is, it is currently the only shop available, and I think it is a reasonable size for a shop.
Why do you want to own a shop?:
I want to own a shop because I’m very active on the server, and i think this would help as sometimes I see some people complain that shops are never open. Mostly, the reason for this is because of time zones, that’s what I think the reason is because I usually see a shop open. I would like to own a shop so i could open it and there would be less people complaining about this matter. Another reason is I know that being a shop owner is no easy job. That’s mostly why I’m applying, I want a challenge, I know that being a shop owner isn’t just selling items and getting money. In being a shop owner, there’s math involved, there’s different skills you’ll need to know when being a shop owner. I really want my shop to be a nice place for people to go and buy items that they love to have. I’m hoping people will enjoy the things they get from the shop. I want them to have a fun experience with them too, either if it’s food or little items. I want my shop to be a nice place where everyone likes to go to get items. In all honesty, I just want to have fun with having the shop. I don’t care too much about the money I’ll make, I care more about having fun than anything. I would like to meet new people too, it’s always nice to make new friends!
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
My plan for the shop is to change it. Instead of it being a diner, I would make it into a shop where you go to buy stuff. I want to sell things that people would enjoy that are cute or that are fun to cosplay with, I want two different kinds of sections in my shop. I want a food section and a section with MISC items. I want to have many things in my shop including food, I think it would be a cute idea to have in my shop. I also plan to add custom models in my shop. I think adding things like custom foods and items would be a really cute idea for my shop and to make sure it doesn’t get so boring with just regular items. Of course, I want some normal items that you can usually find in other shops like phones, as these are items that some people will need. I was thinking that it would be a nicer and cuter idea to add them. I want my shop to be a mix of cute and chill/cool. I do enjoy stuff that are for cosplay for example the axe for cosplay in game. It was a nice model and I would love similar stuff like that in my shop. I think players like items like that and also like items that are cute, for example the Hello Kitty Plushie. I myself enjoy the model. It is really cute, and a nice item to have.
How will your shop be unique?:
To be honest, It’s was pretty difficult for me to come up with unique ideas for a shop as there are a few different very creative shops already in place, but I think my ideas are pretty good and would be nice for my shop. I plan on hosting events in my shop, the idea I had for this is a raffle. To enter it you’ll have to pay a sum amount of money (maybe like 1k,) then there will be a drawing of three winners they will get either an item or a sum amount of money. Another idea I have is to do some events with other shop owners. I would love to interact with them and plan a collaborative event with them. I think this would be very entertaining for players as well as shop owners. Lastly, I think adding some custom items would also be pretty cute and unique to my shop. As, I've said before adding custom items like cute plushies and other cosplay items fwill be a nice thing to add in players roleplay. Maybe, someone could buy an item from my shop and dress up and cosplay with it. That'd be a nice sight to see. Anyways, that about sums up what unique plans and things I have for my shop.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
I’m hoping to have at least 5 people that will work for the shop and at least 2-3 of them online when I’m going to open the shop. I want my employees to be very active, and if I see they haven’t been showing up to the shop for a while, I’ll have no problem demoting them unless the dm me before, stating why they are being inactive. I want my shop to be successful, and I really want it to be filled with only the best employees.
Cashier: A cashier is a person who handles payments and receipts in a business.
Amount wanted/needed: 2-4.
Security: Helps watch out for anyone that is doing any suspicious activity around the shop or inside the shop. (protecting a building against intruders or damage.)
Amount wanted/needed: 2-3.
Co-owner: Helps the shop owner manage the shop, and helps manage the employees. For this role I might pick someone I trust instead of putting an application for one.
Amount wanted/needed: Only one.
Adding on to this, I plan on paying them every two weeks, I haven’t decided the price as I don’t know what profit I will make from it. So, if this is accepted after getting the profit I will of course find out how much to pay each person.
