Previous warns/kicks/bans: I got banned for a misunderstanding which was ERP by ducks, and I've appealed for it and it got accepted, the warns are basically all on my main, mostly was when I was a new player and quite immature with warns like PG in OOC or Metagame, but I promise I changed now, However, I was warned last week for saying AIDS in OOC as PG on my ALT (Iwashmysoap, and I had no idea saying AIDS was PG)
Shop wanted: Shop 8, also known as Club Vibe, the only shop / entertainment center in Karakura where it's target is to sell drinks for youth, making teenagers meet others while dancing and drinking while having vibe to jam to some music, also for people to hang out with their friends and chill when they're upset or bored.
Why do you want to own a shop?: Basically, I have various of reasons to own a shop, but I'll only write 3 reasons which I hope you find very efficient.
Firstly, I want to own it because I've legit worked as in all roles that's possibly available in the server, except for the Delivery Man job. I would love to own this shop as It's the only shop that focuses on opening shops at night, including the nightclub for youngsters and college students and wants an active, mature player who has been on the server for quite a very long while now. Not only that, but also It would also improve my experience in shop owning, as I'm not new into shop owning as I was formerly the Co-owner of Shop-7, Sooubway and currently the Co-Owner of BlockyMart too. This shop needs an owner that has a background on how shop owning works in the server and someone who has management skills and how to lead a group of employees for a successful business plus that I took Economics, Business and Accounting OL GCSE irl so I know how shop owning runs and it sounds fun, and I believe me owning the restaurant would make it very alive and become one of the best shops around the server, as the shop itself is already unique for being the only nightclub in the server and I'm assure that it will be the most active shop on SRP as I feel I can be a responsible, active shop owner. I already know how stuff works like for example, restocking the shop. It needs much money to pay for them, including the taxes which Delivery men get paid for, making me aware where to spend the money and when to restock when items get low. Plus I have the skill of hiring trusted people as Managers to overseer the shop when I am away or busy and that can look over other workers and get paid for them, because of when next time I'm available I can save the money for the next restock, . Although, I seem as a nice person, but I'm very strict on workers to make sure they do their job done and pay a portion of what they make, further information on how the shop works will be mentioned later, plus I really don't have to worry about restock prices as my alt is a dealer and has tons of money, that would pay off the restock easily, however the restock would be aimed at drinks and cigarettes only, which isn't a big deal.
Second of all, I'm a fan of parties and nightclubs and events like Tomorrow land IRL, I'm also a fan of some DJs like Dixon, Solomun, Black Madonna, Hardwell, Tale of Us, Eric Prydz and Carl Coxx. I have a background on how nightclubs work IRL as Italy has many nightclubs and Pubs around that are alive during the nightlife of many people and tourists. They basically advertise by posters, blimps, social media, T.V or even radio when a famous DJ is coming into town, plus they get paid really good once they do a show for like 2 hours, which is estimated like 12k USD a shift, for like events like Tomorrow Land (I'm a fan"boy" or girl or whatever about these types of Party Events) plus I believe that I know how would owning a Nightclub background would be like as one of my cousins is a Manager at a nightclub in Catanzaro, Italy. He usually explains to me how stuff works, by managing, and how to contact a DJ, and how to basically attract customers with offers, such as selling VIP entrance cards for people, that's worth lots of money, yet worth it, with discounts, free entrances, VIP lodge and more stuff like meeting a DJ face to face.
Third reason is, I would love to co-operate with other shop owners, who are my close friends, which really would promote the business for each one of us, like if one of us are away, the online shop owner would advertise the other shop he's co-operating with and also would help us in finding more workers who are trusted and connect stuff. They would also help us making special events that are sponsored by the shop owners, like for example, a party night at the nightclub that has the food from the restaurant that also sells toys and other accessories from convenience store, this would get a huge profit on each of us, and the profit will be divided into 3. This would also help entertainment and events increasing around Karakura, and this shop will be mainly focused to open after the evening. Oh and I almost forgot, shop owning is a popular shop where it's like the 2nd best job after being a dealer on how to get money, if you have good investments, business and management skills you'd go just fine and make easy money. This shop already has beautiful interior which can be edited a lot like probably adding an eating area, plus I want to own a shop mainly to spend my free time on it when I'm not busy as a dealer, as deals run low and slowly, and I spend like 70 percent of my time doing nothing as a dealer, just sit around 11-7 or chill with friends, however If I get to own this shop, I'll be assure how to time manage between getting on this account or my ALT, plus I really want to own the shop, not just for myself, but for the community's best, for example, I want to make some of my workers extremely motivated to start to work at the nightclub with good wages, a respectful boss, and not many stress being loaded in them, they only have to do one thing, is to work hard for the customer's best to increase the popularity of the shop. Basically that's a key factor to own the best entertainment store in karakura, as it helps with players both oocly and icly, oocly basically comes when you're in free time, bored, being a hobo at 11-7, why don't you just come around with the best music and entertainment center at 11-7 and find a true love, get a lover on a date with a drink, have a laugh with your buds while in a depressing day by clinking drinks together and try to get addicted to the server where the Income of SchoolRP oocly and Icly increases for more suggestions to be done and more updates?
What do you plan to do with the shop?: Ohhhhh where do I start exactly? I have many things going in my mind on what to do with Club Vibe, for example I'll keep on going and going about what to do with it, however I'll just list a few of stuff that I REALLY want to do with it. First of all, I think that what my cousin told me about what he does when he manages his nightclub. For example, adding an area where food can be served away from drinks, just like somewhere where looks modern and fashioned, yet cozy and comfortable for all ages if they want to have a date. A V.I.P room with drinks and bars would be added, the DJ spot would be edited a bit, however the decoration will be mostly the same as it is, except I'd just add the employees room or the CEO/Owner private room where he can "Hire new DJ's and employees", advertise, manage restocks and basically chill out alone for privacy. Drinks and cigarettes would be at the legal age of 19 or older as this nightclub is 100 percent legal, and doesn't promote or accept anything that's further from law limits. I plan to do lots of events on weekend ICLY, getting some famous DJ to work while I let people enter a discord call to listen to the music that's being played by the DJ which somewhat sounds dope. I plan to hire the most active workers and trusted on my list to keep the shop open and active at all times, making a group of a team working in different time-zones, so that I can assure that the shop would be the most active on SRP. I plan to make this Nightclub also some prices that are unique, for example, Making the normal entrance worth 2500, while the VIP entrance worth 6000, however I also to plan to add a Custom Nightclub gold membership card, for people who pay like around 40k-100k (prices will be decided soon) to have like, permanent discounts, entrance on either normal or V.I.P for free, chance to meet famous DJs and becomes apart of surveys which will be decided to what to do on the nightclub and to vote which song we should play. However I see some parts of the shop is slightly dead so, I plan to make some parts of the nightclub like a dinner area, a shack for gifts and stuff like roses and flowers and sells musical instruments, and also probably adding 3 casino slots on these area, probably add like card games like Black Jack. Plus I would wanna add a system to do deals with other shop owners for co-operations where their restaurants sponsor the event for a little fee and where they can get some free restock on drinks, plus I plan to open it mainly at nighttime, as that's when nightclubs open, as nightclubs has a word night for a reason, plus there's no such thing as an open nightclub 24/7, however weekends will have longer opening hours, plus I plan to do some competitions in the club that's quite unique from other shops which is like, karaoke, comedy times and etc. My competitions would be face to face dance-off competitions which is where competitors show us the best dance moves, moving from the beginning of the tournament, to the middle, to the quarter finals, semi and finals. There would be various of prizes due to the rankings of the competition, and bonus prizes would be given if an outstanding move has been made. Another event would be the DJ dance off, where a trusted and a favorable buyer, who's probably a V.I.P or a Gold Member of the club would try to use the DJ setup to make his own beats, if he fails he would serve the bar with the employees and STILL get paid for his work for once, if he passes, he would get paid as the DJ for the shift as a prize, while the DJ also makes a mini-game which is like musical chairs, but instead of chairs being in the dance call, they keep on dancing until the DJ stops the music, and they stop dancing and freeze at their spot, if they don't stop and fail or caught unfreezed, they're disqualified, or a drinking competition when you try to chug all the beer without throwing up, however I don't think that's a safe idea. SchoolRP isn't only about school, it's also about Shops, gangs, businesses and entertainment, it's a server that's special where you can live your fantasy virtually, the events and the employees of this club promises SchoolRP players and the community that it would be the best entertainment spot around entire Karakura, where it's also a source of new players to invite new friends over the server and hang out and meet inside the club itself, meeting new people, and chill, and it also prevents players getting bored and leave the server, as I notice many players log in as a grade-7 then quit and are never to be seen again, as no friends, school might be closed as they think this server only means school while they are wrong, this server appears to be school at outside, but once you enter the server from the deep inside, where you find various activities, you'll be locked in an addictive paradox, where you'd find this shop will be your own drug. This club would prevent all this happen, and will promise to keep the new players from leaving and to attract more players, meaning, more income to the server by rank donations and models which can be used to make new drinks, furniture, moving DJ screens, colorful iced smoke for DJ events, more popularity to the club, by more players coming in, and feel that they're at home, where they don't feel they're in danger, once you enter the club gates, you are family.
How will your shop be unique?: There are various of reasons why this shop will be unique, first of all, of course this shop is the only Nightclub on SRP and the only place with mostly a different environment than other shops, it would only aim to sell drinks and soft food and stuff that are mainly targeted for teenagers only, and a place where people can chill their mind off and not care about what to do, unless it's inside the laws and rules' borders. Mainly, this shop will have a unique advertisement, where some famous advertiser talks and says new offers, and announcements and if a DJ is resident nearby, this shop wouldn't have much workers, at about 5-6 trusted workers at their role and to assure that they're active, this area would also make co-operations with other shops and business and partners that will probably help each-other stand up, Plus I'm planning to hire shop owners to do events sponsored by their restaurants, brands, and other famous key holders. I plan to add a custom playlist for dope DJ playlists, that don't sound as over-rated like Marshmello or DJ snake and etc (Ill send you the playlist Via DMS if you want). Plus I plan to make my discord more lively for announcements, voice chats where Rythm plays the custom playlist I made, and etc. Not only that, but also the shop would also sell scratch cards for people for winning lotteries and other stuff, while I would make the shop the only place where casino slots are available. I'm also thinking about making the nightclub have a room where it send's DJ music on air and have its own radio station where you can listen to the beats, anywhere, anytime, and this shop would be an Italian styled, where it has its old name still as Club Vibe, but I'd name it Nightclub Vibe, where I'd also probably translate it into Italian " Atmosfera da Discoteca". A huge event would be probably played outdoors too for the DJs where it would feel like you're in TomorrowLand, where some entertainment events would act such as, violin players (not formal) that dance, girls dancing and performing and etc, plus other reasons are mentioned above where I mentioned above and I don't want to repeat them again as this might increase my word count. I've been thinking of making residential DJ's and their living quarters somewhere around the server instead of the teacher houses where the celebrities can live on their own, plus at my V.I.P area, it would feel a lot better in the atmosphere with the chill electric blue room, where the speakers are quite more advanced by raising the tune of the music or lowering it, it will also have a cafe that will give out pipes that are fully legal to smoke to chill out (more like a hookah, or even a cigar if it won't work out) with tables and seats that look like a box), plus I feel making alcoholic brands for the club and also sell items like, cassettes and music tapes about the music played in the DJ where it can be used anywhere anytime, besides the radio station, plus I plan on making the area from the V.I.P with glasses and somewhat like a bar serving more stuff like coffee, tea, and other beverages, more like a special service and a unique one, where the V.I.P room can also have a big screen table, with more like computers, live cameras, the big screen will be used to play a roulette, for being a chance of winning one of a thousands of our prizes, laser beams would be played during events while at every event at the end, the V.I.P and Premium members will have a chance to get a photograph with the DJ and it will be posted at the nightclub's website and album (discord group).
How many employees are you planning to have?: I would plan to have around 5-9 employees where the list of Jobs would be mentioned right now:-
Co-owner: The one who leads the shop when I am away, they're allowed to open whenever they want, and hire whoever they think they're fit, the Co-owner should have the Shop owner tag and own another shop so they already have a background on how shop owning works, and that they can advertise for the shop when I am away.

2 Managers: They are the ones who pay workers what they think they deserve, they watch-over workers on how they get their work done correctly, they can fire and interview workers, they aren't allowed to hire a worker without the owner or co-owner's permission.

3 Bartenders/Cashiers/Waiters/Cooks : They should be 19 or above to get this job, they serve drinks and food and other items, while they're the ones who collect the cash, their salary would be depending on the store's income and the work paid off by them

3 Private Bodyguards/ Gateguards/ Security: They should be 19+ to work due to their strength and maturity, their job is to keep the nightclub clean from any issue caused by customers and keep it friendly for public, they're also the ones who protect the owners/ managers from any mugs or gangsters, and they keep an eye on the gates and open up for whoever paid the entrance fee, they can keep a portion of the money made by the gates, depending on the customers entering.

2 Janitors: The only job that's available for people who are under 19, they clean up the mess caused in the nightclub for example, broken glasses, vomits, bathrooms, mess and etc. they get paid by a wage from 1-2k each shift.

1 DJ: This job is only played by either the owner (me) or staff members, where they're assure of acting out as professional DJs and get to play the music in /audio or on call, age is varied from the DJ's age. Salary would be depending on the music and performance played (if staff is the DJ)

Why choose F1re_ as the nightclub owner instead of others: I am 100 percent guaranteed sure that I know what I'm doing as a shop owner. I have a sense of leadership and management going well, for example I lead a good family, and know how to keep it in order, plus I am active and know how to calculate prices and probably do everything I said above due to motivation, and not just say it like "yeah yeah whatever just accept me" just like other shop owners do with their apps, plus I've done lots of researches about nightclubs lately, and I plan to put them all further once I get the shop, Ill just make a few edits at the room on the right that has a bed, and I'll make it a formal Traditional Italian office for the owner where he does businesses like, advertisements, hiring DJs and employees, updates, conferences with other shop owners and VIP people in Karakura, or maybe an area where employees can rest and chill. The dress code for the workers are also made by some of my friends, which will later be revealed, as it's under construction, the atmosphere the club will have is between techno / red electric, the V.I.P lounge would just be expanded for future minor plans to make it more like fun to become a V.I.P member, as a motivation to pay for the V.I.P entrance, such as special services and work along with few activities to be done there, this might have little renovation to be done to, along with probably the dead areas of the nightclub would be added with more comfortable rooms that are guarded for Premium members to get their privacy with whoever they want, and maybe I'll add an outdoor area for events, grill, smoking-area, and etc.
Are you sure you'll know how to balance your time as a Dealer on your ALT and own the shop successfully on this account?: Yes, I am 100 percent sure as I said earlier, that I spend most of my time doing nothing as deals are running low, plus I get on everyday so I'm sure that I'm active and open it like Once a day at least when I am on, plus as I said before, restocks wouldn't be something big for me, as I have loads of cash on my ALT and other shop owners and supporters to help deal with restock.

SchoolRP isn't only about school, it's also about Shops, gangs, businesses and entertainment, it's a server that's special where you can live your fantasy virtually, the events and the employees of this club promises SchoolRP players and the community that it would be the best entertainment spot around entire Karakura, where it's also a source of new players to invite new friends over the server and hang out and meet inside the club itself, meeting new people, and chill, and it also prevents players getting bored and leave the server, as I notice many players log in as a grade-7 then quit and are never to be seen again, as no friends, school might be closed as they think this server only means school while they are wrong, this server appears to be school at outside, but once you enter the server from the deep inside, where you find various activities, you'll be locked in an addictive paradox, where you'd find this shop will be your own drug. This club would prevent all this happen, and will promise to keep the new players from leaving and to attract more players, meaning, more income to the server by rank donations and models which can be used to make new drinks, furniture, moving DJ screens, colorful iced smoke for DJ events, more popularity to the club, by more players coming in, and feel that they're at home, where they don't feel they're in danger, once you enter the club gates, you are family.
How will your shop be unique?: There are various of reasons why this shop will be unique, first of all, of course this shop is the only Nightclub on SRP and the only place with mostly a different environment than other shops, it would only aim to sell drinks and soft food and stuff that are mainly targeted for teenagers only, and a place where people can chill their mind off and not care about what to do, unless it's inside the laws and rules' borders. Mainly, this shop will have a unique advertisement, where some famous advertiser talks and says new offers, and announcements and if a DJ is resident nearby, this shop wouldn't have much workers, at about 5-6 trusted workers at their role and to assure that they're active, this area would also make co-operations with other shops and business and partners that will probably help each-other stand up, Plus I'm planning to hire shop owners to do events sponsored by their restaurants, brands, and other famous key holders. I plan to add a custom playlist for dope DJ playlists, that don't sound as over-rated like Marshmello or DJ snake and etc (Ill send you the playlist Via DMS if you want). Plus I plan to make my discord more lively for announcements, voice chats where Rythm plays the custom playlist I made, and etc. Not only that, but also the shop would also sell scratch cards for people for winning lotteries and other stuff, while I would make the shop the only place where casino slots are available. I'm also thinking about making the nightclub have a room where it send's DJ music on air and have its own radio station where you can listen to the beats, anywhere, anytime, and this shop would be an Italian styled, where it has its old name still as Club Vibe, but I'd name it Nightclub Vibe, where I'd also probably translate it into Italian " Atmosfera da Discoteca". A huge event would be probably played outdoors too for the DJs where it would feel like you're in TomorrowLand, where some entertainment events would act such as, violin players (not formal) that dance, girls dancing and performing and etc, plus other reasons are mentioned above where I mentioned above and I don't want to repeat them again as this might increase my word count. I've been thinking of making residential DJ's and their living quarters somewhere around the server instead of the teacher houses where the celebrities can live on their own, plus at my V.I.P area, it would feel a lot better in the atmosphere with the chill electric blue room, where the speakers are quite more advanced by raising the tune of the music or lowering it, it will also have a cafe that will give out pipes that are fully legal to smoke to chill out (more like a hookah, or even a cigar if it won't work out) with tables and seats that look like a box), plus I feel making alcoholic brands for the club and also sell items like, cassettes and music tapes about the music played in the DJ where it can be used anywhere anytime, besides the radio station, plus I plan on making the area from the V.I.P with glasses and somewhat like a bar serving more stuff like coffee, tea, and other beverages, more like a special service and a unique one, where the V.I.P room can also have a big screen table, with more like computers, live cameras, the big screen will be used to play a roulette, for being a chance of winning one of a thousands of our prizes, laser beams would be played during events while at every event at the end, the V.I.P and Premium members will have a chance to get a photograph with the DJ and it will be posted at the nightclub's website and album (discord group).
How many employees are you planning to have?: I would plan to have around 5-9 employees where the list of Jobs would be mentioned right now:-
Co-owner: The one who leads the shop when I am away, they're allowed to open whenever they want, and hire whoever they think they're fit, the Co-owner should have the Shop owner tag and own another shop so they already have a background on how shop owning works, and that they can advertise for the shop when I am away.

2 Managers: They are the ones who pay workers what they think they deserve, they watch-over workers on how they get their work done correctly, they can fire and interview workers, they aren't allowed to hire a worker without the owner or co-owner's permission.

3 Bartenders/Cashiers/Waiters/Cooks : They should be 19 or above to get this job, they serve drinks and food and other items, while they're the ones who collect the cash, their salary would be depending on the store's income and the work paid off by them

3 Private Bodyguards/ Gateguards/ Security: They should be 19+ to work due to their strength and maturity, their job is to keep the nightclub clean from any issue caused by customers and keep it friendly for public, they're also the ones who protect the owners/ managers from any mugs or gangsters, and they keep an eye on the gates and open up for whoever paid the entrance fee, they can keep a portion of the money made by the gates, depending on the customers entering.

2 Janitors: The only job that's available for people who are under 19, they clean up the mess caused in the nightclub for example, broken glasses, vomits, bathrooms, mess and etc. they get paid by a wage from 1-2k each shift.

1 DJ: This job is only played by either the owner (me) or staff members, where they're assure of acting out as professional DJs and get to play the music in /audio or on call, age is varied from the DJ's age. Salary would be depending on the music and performance played (if staff is the DJ)

Why choose F1re_ as the nightclub owner instead of others: I am 100 percent guaranteed sure that I know what I'm doing as a shop owner. I have a sense of leadership and management going well, for example I lead a good family, and know how to keep it in order, plus I am active and know how to calculate prices and probably do everything I said above due to motivation, and not just say it like "yeah yeah whatever just accept me" just like other shop owners do with their apps, plus I've done lots of researches about nightclubs lately, and I plan to put them all further once I get the shop, Ill just make a few edits at the room on the right that has a bed, and I'll make it a formal Traditional Italian office for the owner where he does businesses like, advertisements, hiring DJs and employees, updates, conferences with other shop owners and VIP people in Karakura, or maybe an area where employees can rest and chill. The dress code for the workers are also made by some of my friends, which will later be revealed, as it's under construction, the atmosphere the club will have is between techno / red electric, the V.I.P lounge would just be expanded for future minor plans to make it more like fun to become a V.I.P member, as a motivation to pay for the V.I.P entrance, such as special services and work along with few activities to be done there, this might have little renovation to be done to, along with probably the dead areas of the nightclub would be added with more comfortable rooms that are guarded for Premium members to get their privacy with whoever they want, and maybe I'll add an outdoor area for events, grill, smoking-area, and etc.
Are you sure you'll know how to balance your time as a Dealer on your ALT and own the shop successfully on this account?: Yes, I am 100 percent sure as I said earlier, that I spend most of my time doing nothing as deals are running low, plus I get on everyday so I'm sure that I'm active and open it like Once a day at least when I am on, plus as I said before, restocks wouldn't be something big for me, as I have loads of cash on my ALT and other shop owners and supporters to help deal with restock.
