Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?): My one and only ban was around 2019 or earlier. It's quite hard to remember, however I was banned for cosmetic abuse. In addition to this I was rather childish and have matured from then.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?: Yes, I fully understand and would not argue any further if this was to happen though I highly doubt this will be the outcome.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: The role of a tutor is to ****yse and recap the concepts taught in class as well as encourage students to solve specific problems. The role of a tutor may also involve a situation where students may suffer from things such as anxiety and can not concentrate in such a large class room and would highly benefit learning one on one with a tutor. As mentioned, a tutor can be someone you go to for help, this includes any safeguarding issues or any mental struggles the student may be coping with.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have been playing SRP (School Roleplay) for over 2-3 years now and have a total play time of 3,821 hours played. I have experience in GangRP, CombatRP, SchoolRP, DelinquentRP and personally i've gotten quite bored of the whole GangRP phase and would like to try TeacherRP.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: My character would politely and calmly ask the student to calm down and to follow him to the tutor room and sit him down for a talk, he would give no reaction or reason for the student to become more aggressive and would ask them if anything has happened to annoy or anger them. If not he would grab them a glass or cup of water and allow them to calm down before returning them to their class room, if there was something that had angered the student he would deal with that depending on the seriousness he would decide if he needed a more senior member of staff and hand out reasonable consequences.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: He would first of all stop the fight either verbally or getting between the two, he would separate them to insure there will be no taunting, name calling or fighting. He’d give them both time to calm down and would proceed to take them both to the principal or dean's office to decide their consequences and take their sides of the situation.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: He would point it out to them and tell them that what they are doing is not appropriate on school grounds and will be reporting it to a more senior member of staff.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?: My character would socialise with the other members of staff, ask them how their classes have been and if there's any students that they think would benefit from having a tutor.

/me He opened the draw to the desk and took out a lined piece of A4 paper and placed it in front of the student and removed a blue biro pen from the desk, also placing it in front of the student.
/me He picked up the chalk and began to draw an equation on the whiteboard. The equation read “Area of a circle = pi x radius²” He then looked at the student to see if they understood.
/me As the student spoke he gave a look of empathy and nodded to them as they spoke, reading their emotions he took a box of tissues from the desk and offered them a tissue.

Backstory
Matteo Hanayama was born in a small town east of Rome named Jenne. Here he grew up as a boy living as a lonely child, his parents did not discipline him at all. This gave the boy a sense of freedom and built him with a sense of self discipline. His family being a member of the working class he began work at a young age. Ironically the italian boy worked in a pizza shop at the cash register exchanging orders and money between customers. Naturally the boy grew an interest in numbers and business work. As he grew to become a teen the young boy wanted to leave home as he often wondered the amount of opportunities he would have in a town more advanced than his own, little did he know this would lead him to an entirely different country, Karakura Japan.
Motivation for Joining KHS: My motivation for joining Karakura High School is that I have a love for numbers and this seems to be rather uncommon amongst the new generation however, I would like to be able to say I have tried to change this as mathematics is a huge part of our daily lives. As well as this school can predict your future if you will have a successful job or not and i would like to share my knowledge of one of the most key subjects in education to solidify the chances of a student passing in this topic.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I take great pride in mathematics and would go so far to say I enjoy working with numbers, I have great communication skills as well as outstanding communication skills, I am calm and understanding when it comes to emotional situations, I have computer skills; Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook. Good Initiative, High level of numeracy skills, good problem solving skills and I am reliable.
