School Employee Role you are Applying For: Teacher Assistant
How often do you log onto the server?:
So when I first started playing the server, I played it all day to get to know it. The server is just amazing and I bet it would look good with shaders, everyday now I play minecraft for at least an 1 a day. Its a good way of meeting new people and making new friends. I played on a lot of servers but not for a long time, this server made me play an hour or more, its so addicting playing on the server because you can buy things, its an actual roleplay server and not survival, the map beautiful, and it has shops you can work and buy things in it.
Do you have discord?
I had discord since I suppose 2017, I have been using it to talk to my friends and I would make minecraft videos and post it on youtube, but the video is laggy which sucks. I would also use discord to call my friends to keep in touch with them through summer but since I have some on my phone, I can just call them. Since I am on the server, I joined so many discord servers and they are all really cool. They really make good discord servers better than first of all.
Do you have a microphone? Yes.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: No, I have not.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes, I pretty much log on everyday and play for 1 hour.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A teacher assistant helps the teacher work for example the teacher ask the t.a to do something for them because the teacher can't do it since they are teaching the class. Teacher assistants do lots of things for the teachers like make the homework and grade them while the real teacher is teaching the whole class. I think that teacher assistants are really helpful for teachers, when I was in 5th grade, my teacher had a teacher assistant and she was really nice and helpful. Teacher assistants help grade homework and test papers, teachers may seek feedback from assistants to monitor the students progress. Some teachers and teacher assistants meet regularly to discuss lesson plans and student development. Some teacher assistants work only with special education students. These students often are mainstreamed (attend regular classes), and teacher assistants help them understand the material and adapt the information to their learning style. With students who have more severe disabilities, assistants may work with them both in regular classes and in separate classes. Teacher assistants may help these students with basic needs, such as feeding or personal hygiene. With young adults, they may help students with disabilities learn skills necessary for them to find a job after graduation.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
Yes, I have been playing for about 2 or 1 one month now, I have been learning all the rules and Im trying not to break them. I want to be a school employee for a few months and maybe apply to be a teacher. Right now I am applying for a shop to be added, while I am waiting for that I am applying to be a T.A. I try playing with new people but its hard. I am in a gang with sorta a gang, more like a nice gang with a group of friends just hanging out and teasing each others. If you are talking about out of the server and in the past I have played roblox bloxburg which is a roleplaying game, yes I have been playing past roleplay games or servers.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Well I just normally roleplaying with my friends and I'm trying to get get killed. I try to talk to new people and it's kinda hard for me because I am a shy guy. I talk to my friends while roleplaying, I think that the server is a good way to talk to new people and I am enjoying the server so far. I used to play roblox bloxburg as a roleplaying game but since I found this server somehow I started playing and learning the rules.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Yes, I am like I said, a t.a helps the teacher and makes it less stressful for them. If the teacher is sick I would as a T.A take over he/she class when they come back. Teacher assistants work in public and private schools, child centres, and for religious organization. They work under a teacher's supervision to give students additional attention and instruction. They keep track with how many students are in the class and who are absent. They enforce the class rules to help teach students proper behavior and the reinforce lessons taught by teachers by reviewing materials with students one on one in small groups. Teacher assistants can also be called teacher's aid, instructional aides, paraprofessionals and paraeducators. Generally, teachers introduce new material to students, and the teacher assistant help reinforce the lessons by working with individual students or small group of students.
About 37% of teacher assistants work part time. Some ride the bus with students before and after school. Many do not work during the summer, but some work in year-round schools or assist teachers in summer school.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would tell the student to stop being rude and if they didn't I would call there parents and the principle to deal with the disrespectful child. When kids get angry at you for no reason it makes me mad so when they know Im mad, Im going to calmly tell them to stop it or you will get detention for 2 weeks. It is not my fault you're getting in trouble it's your fault for getting yourself in trouble, you got yourself into this now you gotta learn to be respectful and not rude because when you have children, they are going to be just like, rude and bad so better start acting right in class or you're going to expelled and be beaten by your daddy, so be nice and act right. THANK YOU.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would ask what the job is and what is it about, and if it was dangerous to do then I would back out for my own safety. If it was dangerous I would call my friend to see if he would come to me if it was a dangerous job. If they would fight me or punch me I would try to stop it from happening and if they had a weapon I would call the police asap for everyone's safety and if I didn't people would get seriously injured or can even die. I don't want anyone to get hurt so if the principle ask another employee to do a hazardous job I would warn them about it so that they would bring a friend or 2 to protect them from harm
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
So first if the staff member had a weapon I would try to apprehend him from harming any other staff members and kids. Second, if he was being rude and harassing people, I would tell him to stop doing what he is doing and if continued I would have grabbed the principle to deal with him. And finally 3rd, is being inappropriate, I would quickly ask everyone to leave room and I would tell him to stop doing what he's doing and if he didn't I would call the principle and the police for what he is doing.

Motivation for Joining YHS:
Before I was born, my mom and dad were teachers, they were the most kind and loving teachers anyone could ask for. When they had me, they homeschooled me since I was a teacher, you're probably going to say, "How did your parents homeschool you if they have jobs?", Well they had teacher assistants of course so they would take over the class each time they taught him stuff. I new that I wanted to be a teacher just like my mom and dad. They were so nice to all the people around, they tried to keep calm when something bad was happening, they always keep me protected and loved. When I was bullied for being over weight, I would go home crying because of all the bullying. When my mom sees me, she would always make feel better about myself. As I got older, I worked at a place which is a cafe but they changed the name and store design. I have been working there for 2 years, but I forgot what it was called. I knew that when I was older, I'd be a teacher or a teacher assistant. I have figured that if Im a teacher assistant that I would learn how the teacher handles the kids and how they rake control of the class and stuff, so I knew that I was going to be a teacher for a months or years so that when Im older I can be a teacher in the future.
