Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are so important in School Roleplay for many factors due to the fact that they have commited to maintaining the servers legitimacy of the server them. They are the most important faction its because They make school roleplay school roleplay as a whole. they are the most important due to many factions That I'm about to explain. Leadership is one of the reasons why teachers are so important they guide students to make the students make the right decissions and it adds extreme detail to that of the School roleplay community.
They lead students through classes and make sure everything turns out good for the community. They make sure everything is alright for the students and even engage in discipline to that of deliquents to make sure the students behave as a whole in general. Well leadership can be a good reason Teachers also allow character development to happen that of students and themselves to let characters learn from their mistakes as a whole. They make sure students can learn in general how to do the right thing and they make sure they can help students learn as a whole and make them a better person in society as a whole Realism is one of the reasons that is because they also influence the realism of this server.
It wouldn't be as realistic to not have teachers and call ourselves school roleplay it makes them a heavily important faction to School roleplays values as a whole so that anything can go right for the server and making it a fun place Teachers also have a heavy influence on what goes on for most of the server. Most of the server is grade-12s and that makes them a influencial faction and they can do about anything at all times to make sure they can influence the server in a positive light as a whole in general.
Teachers make School Roleplay, School Roleplay and with out them It would be just a city roleplay and that isnt what school roleplay is despite having a few town roleplay factors In school roleplay. Teachers have a lot of motivation to make sure everything can happen and a lot of stuff to do and even spend hours on lesson plans for each and every student and they heavily make sure they can keep the class hooked up with learning as a whole in general. They are one of the most important factions on the server and they have a positive light on most people within the community.
They also have skill in roleplay for the most part. Every person in the server has some sort of skill in roleplay as long as they played and learned for long enough. Though sometimes Teachers can roleplay in detail advanced just like any gang role player or anybody in a faction if they tried hard enough. Teachers Have skills to do anything to their imagination to make the server better for all teachers and students alike.

Describe your character:
Aurora Katz looks distinct standing as high as 5'2" she looks very short to the average male . She looks like a tough cookie weighing 125 pounds as she goes to the gym frequently a visible tattoo on her arms would be shown while she walked giving her hair one playful swing. long luscious pink bangs with strawbery pink hair with a blonish tint making her stand out being more distractive to other sometimes due to her hair color. She often wears make up to make her face beautiful to bystandards Making sure she wears lipstick blush and other make up products She wears dark magenta pants a black tank top and mainly black gloves looking stylish to the eye. She looked like she standed out from her coworkers.
Aurora started to talk to you showing her personality for being super nice and welcoming to hide her traumatic past in a bloody war she fought in the American Army. She sometimes has aggressive outbursts such as ptsd episodes but she looks like she is extremely nice besides that. You noticed her negative and positive attitude at times smiling as a greeting as she saw you as she gave you a hand shake. She seemed very neutral when it comes to emotions or her actions but her good actions balance it out making her a welcoming person around all.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
She has positive outlooks on her co-workers in general making sure everyone is safe and sound. She makes sure all students have a place for all in the entire school. She makes sure everything is right and she is helpful to both her co-workers and students alike. She Makes sure she Is nice to everyone as she has a positive and caring outlook to all students in the community as well as her co-workers.
She makes sure even her family is safe and sound in a caring manner hoping to keep everybody safe in the community though it seems possible she wants to make sure she can make sure as many people are safe and sound as she can. She also can be strict act times rather because she cares about her students but she isnt too strict on them.
She makes sure her reputation as a indivisual and a teacher is high for both co-workers and students alike though it seems impossible for her to be liked by every student imaginable in general she helps students get through class and makes sure she can pass her class and high school in general.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Money isn't the only true Reason however I will admit Is am slightly joining for the money in general to benifit herself but It'd be a shame if it was my only reason. I have multiple reasons to Join for my characters motivations she wants to teach to get herself on her feet through money. She needed a job for awhile now after serving in the United States Military in the war she has been jobless and trying to adjust into civilian life in a foreign country. She needs the money to support herself and make sure everything can be bought such as food on the table rent and other essentials for her well being
She Wants to Join to help The Nation learn creativity through art. Though She previously wanted to be a science teacher which her application failed. She got a idea to Apply for a art teacher so she went back to school for it with the Motivation of becoming a art teacher so that she can express her creativity to other students and help teach that to the students of karakura. She also wants to Join To protect other children from harm and let them have somebody to come up to incase if they wanted to Have assistance with their problems such as a aggressive student or a bully and that she could help take care of that indivisual make sure they get the discipline they deserve for their actions.
She also Wants to join to do the thing that she loves art. She always loved art even back in High school she drew on her assignment papers she truely didn't understand. She didn't have the best grades in highschool but they slowly improved which helped her graduate. She drew in college as well when she was going to college for science education after college she served in a war and she had a personal diary at the time drawing things and expressing her feelings within the diary. She Drew about her entire life which is why she wants to be a art teacher to do the things that she loves.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
As she was teaching the class about art as she said "This is how you shade these paintings perfectly making sure everything has a lot of small details in it." as she painted the painting it would be a grass landscape with a sun filling a lot of the painting adding a lot of detail to it. There would also be a few mountains in the landscape as well as flowers and grazing cows in the painting. She made sure that every detail in the painting looked nice and large. Ms Katz could not but notice that something was up about on of the students not understanding the conted as she walked up to the student Ms Katz said "Why are you not paying attention to the subject." The Student said "I don't understand the content you are explaining." Ms Katz said "We are talking about shading it makes art in general really unique and good to make sure every student can create the art they desire." The student said "Can you please explain shading." Ms Katz gladly said "Shading is a illusion of light or shadow in a painting or drawing." She made sure the student understood everything as she went back to teaching the class.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Ms Katz was explaining the assignment today as she said "We will be drawing a nice castle and make sure to use good shading to make sure the drawing looks nice. I will hand you a sheet of paper and you will use supplies to draw any castle detail to your li-" As she noticed there was a class clown saying "Thats a shitty castle am I right I can do better than that student'" as the class laughed at the situation the class clown said "Look at that thug looking teacher she looks like she has no knowlege in this subject." as the students errupt in laughter once again. Ms Katz said "Stop disrupting class now its not the time to be disrupting class you are interupting my lesson." The class clown said "yeah you are a pretty shit teacher not gonna lie." Ms Katz said "follow me You can not be disrupting my class you are not allowed back in for the remainder of this period." as she let the class clown out and kicked them out of the class she continued teaching her subject.

Self Potrait in Historical Settings.
Self potrait but in a historical setting. Students will be expected to have 2 partners to work with as they draw each other on a canvas they got to draw themselves in a historical setting that is deemed appropiate for school. For example they draw themselves in 1800s America or they draw themselves next to the construction of a monument anything historical moment can be drawn as long as the setting is not offensive or inappropiate for school in general. They will be spending the entire class painting this work of art for a perticipation grade of 100.
Color Wheel
color wheel, The students will be expected to know the warm and dark colors of the color wheel and which colors can go together to make sure each and every color looks perfect and not dirty within the class enviroment. The color wheel will be important to learn in art class to make sure you blend the right colors together which is why believe it would be a good lesson to teach.
