What's the title of your suggestion?: fix omega+ ooc cooldown

as the title suggests, and the image displays, omega+ is supposed to have a 50% shorter cooldown however you are met with this message while on cooldown. i'm not sure whether omega+ has that 50% shorter cooldown and it just displays this message as if you have omega rank, or if the 50% cooldown was never applied to omega+.
regardless, it would be nice to have fixed!
How will this benefit the server and community?:
implementing this will stop the confusion around players with this rank, as I guarantee almost everyone with the rank has noticed and questioned it. further, its technically a bug that shouldnt be there !!
