Certain watches aren't currently fixed to be worn on the offhand correctly.
HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
Fixing the watches that do this (such as the Quartz Black Watch) will encourage more players to use these items as they used to. These used to be popular!
