Fixing Karakura Town's #reaction-roles

WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
The Shop Openings and News Reports reaction roles MEE6 message in Karakura Town's #reaction-roles no longer works, and hasn't worked for a while now. I'd like for that to be fixed.

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
By knowing when shops are being opened and when news reports are released while not present on the server itself, players can always stay in the loop and even hop on should there be something to pique their interest. This also leads to Shopkeepers being able to get more customers and news reports being able to get more engagement and readers.

A similar thing has happened on the Karakura Crime Discord server - people were unable to get their Black Market Dealer ping role - and it has since been fixed, so the solution is known by the admins and it just needs to be applied to the Town server, too.​

thats cause mee6 isnt in the server anymore
idk why they didnt fix the reaction roles with another bot tho

Alternative way on making sure you are getting notifications to those channels until they fix it with a new bot, is to turn the notification settings to 'All Messages', yeah you wont get the tag but it will at least notify you for the moment
