Describe your activity on SchoolRP:
I recently came back from a break due to my exams. Beforehand I was an active member of the SRP Community, I am staying dedicated to SRP from now on. I have been back for around a month now, playing after my college lectures and work, which gives me a wide range of hours since I only do Part-Time Shifts, leaving a lot of time for me to fill in quotas and do my best as a professor!
Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:
I have been roleplaying on other networks and SRP for 7 years, so as you can tell by now I would say I'm pretty advanced with vocabulary and I know all the definitions like metagaming, and minging. etc. This could prove to be useful due to the fact a step up from a teacher a professor has to prepare their students for an exam, and vice versa to a teacher who also prepares their students for an exam however it's mainly new students who are accustomed to high school classes. You have to display a level of maturity that I have and can utilize to expand amongst students (other rpers) in helping them also learn how to roleplay better. I am excited about this application and I have much anticipation for my future on the server!
What are your current roles on SchoolRP:
[Grade-12][Footballer] Iwai Izumi
Played on the account Bahami.
[Adult] Litzy Achterhof
The account florasen, (Applying account)
What is the subject you want to teach?:
Environmental Science.
✿
TRIVIA SECTION
What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:
After delving into the experience of SRP, I had applied sometime last year to become an employee within SRP, during my 7 months on the job I have to say it was one of the best positions I had on the server, I met so many good people and some even became my friend out of the schoolrp matrix, which helped me get along with the community. I had students who were very nice to me and I want to help college students in passing exams to advance into either becoming Masters, Ph.D., or even Adults! This is a big step and I am hoping to utilize the abilities I possess in Environmental Science while doing this as a course at my local college to help others improve their roleplays, I want people to feel enlightened, and happy to come to my classes and I am ready to spend as much time as possible to help them.

Create a Sustainable City.
✿
The objective of this interactive class is to teach college students the complexities of creating a sustainable society by taking on multiple tasks and battling their way through the lessons as if they were making their own city!
- Firstly, introducing the students to the lesson we would go over certain criteria and a definition course, I'd explain what the words 'sustainability community' meant and their significant values to environmental science!
- After the students would need to band together into general groups depending on the class amount, each one being 4-5 people (this varies on how many people show!)
- Each group of students will be given an area of Karakura to study, along with pictures and a set brief (prepared by myself) to pinpoint factors such as water flow, animal inhabitants, bugs, and flowers and how that all benefits the ecosystems of that area, create scenarios on what can harm its complexity and sustainability making challenges and opportunities for the students to find what's sustainable!
- Each group will develop a plan for creating a sustainable city in their assigned location such as the Karakura beach, the park, or even the mountains which I'm very happy to be doing! The plan should address issues like energy (renewable and non), green spaces (grass, plants, trees, bugs, animals), public transportation, waste management, and how to save water conservation.
- Each group will then create posters and books which will be graded by studying their areas, and then presented to the class by showing them their findings, they'll debate and show off what they have learned from the lesson all from the classroom itself! (this can also be a fun field trip.)
Assessment Portion (Teachers grading:)
I shall grade based on the quality of the plan presented by the groups such as renewable use of resources, biodiversity, accessibility, and convenience through sustainable modes of transportation, etc.
The aim is to teach them what makes a sustainable society!

Carbon Footprint Challenge!
✿
The objective of this interactive class is to teach college students about their impact on the environment and how they can reduce their carbon footprint to save the earth!
Firstly, I will introduce the concept of a carbon footprint and explain how human activities such as transportation, energy use, and consumption of goods and services contribute to it.
- Each student will obtain a carbon footprint calculator (this can be sourced for free ONLINE, in which I will provide an efficient link that I use in my studies.) It will be itemrped.
- Students will discover their OWN carbon footprint, and write it down in a book, I will then generate a spreadsheet displaying everybody's current Carbon Footprints.
- Then, students will be DIVIDED into teams depending on how many students show up to the lesson. This will reduce their overall carbon footprint, over the next week, slowly utilizing their calculators to limit their footprint.
- Students will be given resources such as educational books, documentaries, and articles they can refer to all over the week.
- After a week, each team will report their new carbon footprint on the stage among their peers and the team which does the most reduction in c02 levels shall be CROWNED the winners of the Carbon Footprint Challenge!
Assessment Portion (Teachers Grading:)
I teacher will evaluate the student based on the level of reduction in carbon footprint, time management efforts, and creative ideas to reduce the overall environmental impact. Class participation in group discussion also will be considered during the assessment, it also promotes meeting new people and bonding.

BEACH DAY!!
✿
A field trip to the beach how fun! Smell that salty air, feel the sand in between your toes, and most importantly bring your notebooks! Because we will be studying ecosystems!
During this field trip, there are multiple objectives, including the following; Examine different elements of the beach ecosystem (Test waters, sea life, coral, etc.) we will also learn about the environmental issues concerning the beach ecosystem (Littering.) by studying about flora and fauna and finally to develop an appreciation for marine biodiversity and most important! ecological conservation.
The materials needed!: (I will prepare them for each student!)
1. notes (Book and quill)
2. Clipboards
3. Pens and pencils
4. Field guidebooks (personally made by me.)
1. Firstly, before we begin I will go over the brief of the class, explaining definitions of words and telling my students their objectives.
2. Then, I will give my students a 5-minute grace period to explore the beach and take notes on wildlife and coral they see including flowers and shrubs (moss, etc.) They will also pay attention to different natural habitats such as the inter-tidal zone
3. Students will participate in a guided activity that involves exploring the biodiversity of marine life at Karakura Beach! They will learn all about fish and how they've done evolution to survive where they are at the beach. They will observe and identify different species of plants and animals found in the tide pools. The instructor will provide the students with field guides to help them identify marine organisms.

Field trips to the beach offer a great opportunity for students to study environmental science in a natural setting such as the beach, although this can be carried out anywhere in Karakura.. The activities, such as exploring the beach environment and marine biodiversity, lectures, group discussion, and reflection exercises, are designed to engage students in environmental conservation and sustainability. By the end of the trip, students will have developed an appreciation for the beach ecosystem and will be empowered to take practical measures to protect and conserve it.
SCENARIO SECTION
Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?
Litzy would be trailing among the school's premises, looking at the surrounding plants, a puzzled look as to why they were wilting, her eyes set among a group of babbling children in a deserted area, the lingers nearby in which she hopes to catch anything that may be wrong, her eyes don't deceive her as she sees 5-6 blue jackets and a flimsy run-down red jacket, the female would linger nearby checking to see if they were friends in a rare case, and if any hostility were to occur, Litzy would spring into action, saving the poor bobcat she'd scare off the Spartans with those old aunt remarks "What would you mother think.", "James? Is that you, I know your father." Litzy will always help a poor soul in need.
Your character would be supervising detention, and one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
Litzy hushes the rude child, pointing toward the front of the classroom in which the rules are displayed, if the child needs help reading the rules she will repeat them to the child. It isn't a matter of being nice if they're being disrespectful SLT will be called, or they can repeat the detention every day until they learn to behave, if SLT were unavailable at the time she would mark down the name of the student and report the mishap when she caught them having free-time.
Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?
Litzy slowly approached the table of cheerleaders, she'd politely ask them to keep them down and place their phones in their pockets, this is because it would be disrupting the class and unfair to others, if they have refused I would simply take their phones and confiscate them until the end of the class, retaliation really just means fate didn't want them in the class and they would be asked to leave, the further disruption would lead to SLT being involved.
Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
If the situation was escalating and Litzy was unable to stop the fight, they would immediately call for help from other school staff or council members using a radio before the situation were to get out of hand. If the situation was not too serious, Litzy would try to de-escalate the situation by calming down the students and trying to understand what caused the fight. Litzy would emphasize the importance of resolving conflicts peacefully and encourage the students to seek help if they needed it. If necessary, my character would also document this encounter if the students were to meet up again and fight, in this moment I would report them to SLT, there are school rules for a reason..

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. What do they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What is their plan for the future?
(she spin)
Litzy is a Texan woman, she originates from America, her outlook on life is that of a cool auntie and she is passionate about her garden and her children.
She is the average height of 5'6 and weighs 136 lbs, she always seems to smell like dirt and is always wearing some fragment of greenery on herself. Litzys hair is permed up to the brim, a fluffy Afro surrounds the females face, and a honeyish-brown hair color clots up a random strand of grey which she hides because she "isn't old" She's up to the times and wears younger generation clothes while remaining modest and having a clear outlook on life, she skips down the roads with an extra step in her skip. She's pretty exhilarating and can boost anyone's mood.
Litzys intentions for the future are unclear as she's one of those grandmas who loves screaming YOLO, at random parties, she's always there for the vibe but if it were up to her, she'd spend the rest of her life enlightening random children about properties of the sea and flora around them. She intends to teach for a while, after all.. she has nothing better to do.
Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and their previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended.
Meet Litzy, a 40-year-old who has always had a passion for teaching about flora and marine biology. Since she was a child, Litzy has had the resilience and dedication to educate others. She loved helping her younger siblings with their homework, volunteered as a tutor in several organizations, and even started her own informal classroom in her neighborhood, she grew up in a not-well-off area in which school was too expensive, Litzy learned multiple subjects and taught many children the basics, enough to try and apply for scholarships. After finishing high school, Litzy enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Education. However, life had other plans for her. Her parents lost their jobs, and Litzy had to drop out from college to help her family financially. She had to work several jobs to make ends meet. Although Litzys passion for teaching was still there, she had to put her dreams on hold to take care of her loved ones. Litzy kept going from one job to another, never feeling fulfilled with her work. However, when she turned 30, Litzy decided it was time to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a teacher. She had saved enough money and even more for her parents, and her parents were back on their feet. So, Litzy returned to college to finish her degree in Environmental Science, throughout her experiences, Litzy learned so much about the subject and found it was her lifelong passion and she wanted to stick to it.
It was not an easy journey for Litzy. She had to balance her classes, homework, and job all at the same time, this was to support her family to the highest she could, she loved her family dearly and didn't want to see anybody become homeless or even be in serious trouble. She would sometimes spend sleepless nights preparing lesson plans and studying for exams all to pursue her dream career of being a teacher. Despite the challenges, Litzy never gave up on her dream. After five years of hard work, Litzy graduated with a PH.D. She was ecstatic, but it was just the beginning. Litzy knew that being a teacher was more than just having a degree; it was about caring for her student's education and well-being.
In her first year of teaching, Litzy struggled with classroom management and adapting to her new role. However, Litzy's dedication to her students, creativity, and patience made her stand out from other teachers. Her students recognized her passion for teaching and respected her for it. Litzy quickly made a name for herself. Finally, after years of struggle, Litzy was where she had always wanted to be – in front of a classroom, teaching her students. Although her journey from Texas to Japan, to becoming a teacher was not an easy one, Lizty wouldn't have it any other way. Her struggles and hurdles gave her the strength and courage to pursue her lifelong dream and become a teacher who will inspire and motivate her students for years to come.
