Florence Leia Vasiliev Kaneko Quinzelle Bertelli was born in Sospel, France on March 24th, 2002. She was raised by her single mother in a small cottage at the edge of town. The two didn’t have much money, being her mother was an unsuccessful baker. Florence was bullied by the other kids around town not only because she didn’t have money, but the fact she was born a bastard. Viktor Vasiliev, her father was a married man with two other daughters. While he was in France on a mafia trip, Viktor met Leia and the two bonded over the few days they were there together. Once Viktor heard of her pregnancy he fled back to Russia and made sure Leia could never contact him. Leia never knew who the real father was, she only had suspicion Viktor was the biological father.
Once a man named Ciro Bertelli fell in love with Leia, and supplied the family with funds every week making them richer by the day. He owned a business that made leather handbags and other travel accessories. When Florence was around the age of 6, Leia spent a huge mistake gambling and drinking, losing all their funds. Soon after, Ciro proposed to Leia, the two would be engaged for around 3 years before marrying.
The only outlook that Florence could resort to was her writing. She would write short stories, sometimes fairy tales, other times love stories. She always longed to know who her father was, but her mother would never tell her any information.
When Florence turned 7, she had already become fluent in French and Italian. Although Florence was still curious about her father. She would ask the locals if they knew anything about where her father could be. It wasn’t until she found the wrong crowd to tell her everything, a mafia. They made her exchange her body for information, therefore for 3 years she spent being a slave to a mafia group. When she escaped she ran to Italy, where she learned about the culture and the gorgeous language.
Florence kept the secret of the slavery to her mother for the rest of her life. She saved up euros to move back to Italy under the protection of a boarding school named National Boarding Principe Di Napoli. Florence stayed in Arezzo, Italy learning further languages and writing styles. By the age of 17, Florence had learned Russian, French, and Italian. Florence decided to travel to Russia, because she wanted to finish the exploration she started. There she found the household her father lived in, but she saw two perfectly gowned and ******* teens around her age. Florence felt angry at the fact her father was housing these teens, and yet he couldn’t help nor surround her.
Florence wrote a novel while she stayed on the streets of Russia. The novel featured big impacts on her life, but the ending was happy. That’s what she wished, she wanted her family together. The novel hit big, it was broadcasted across Europe. One of the main reasons she hit big was the different versions her novel came in. She was able to make a copy in Russian, French, Italian, and slight Japanese.
When her mother was diagnosed with lung cancer, she moved and stayed with her aiding her through the illness until 3 months later when she was found dead in their garden. Ciro Bertelli was in sorrow for the death of his true lover, so he gave Florence a huge fund of 2.5 million dollars. When she turned 18, she felt it was her duty to Ciro Bertelli to expand his family, growing it and adopting.
Japan had a town that Florence was interested in moving to, that town was Karakura. She bought a textbook on Japanese, and studied it briefly. When she felt ready, she moved there at the age of 18. She continues to write and learn while uncovering the mystery of her father. She responsibly takes over the Bertelli family for Ciro Bertell until he decides to retire from his job.
