Note that this is my general schedule - This is NOT accounting for me going out with friends & family.
GangRP & DetailRP:
Starting off with my journey on SchoolRP, I began my days with learning the rules of SRP, beginning to interact with the community before meeting a special person - who taught me about the rules of the server - simplifying it along with introducing me to GangRP and writing my own actions. If I may add, I still know that person to this day. As I picked up on the server, my speed increased with interacting with others. I met a new friend group - which I started my "Crime Group" with, making me able to learn DetailRP! As the time passed, I grew more and more into different friend groups - making me have a ton of friends! Gosh was that amazing knowing people whilst still new to the server. As the time passed in my gangs I was in, I grew kind of bored of it - making me focus more on the details of my actions instead of the actual competitive side of GangRP. To this day, I still DetailRP and I believe it's amazing having situations with DetailRP in, it's way better than having actions such as "/me smiles 'hi'". Anyways!
FamilyRP:
Onto FamilyRP, I joined a family with a few of my friends - which honestly was an amazing experience to begin with. I learned how to work with lore and create unique situations to actually enjoy, rather than being 'forced' - such as GangRP. Honestly, FamilyRP is one of my favorite parts of SRP, it really is fun in my opinion. In FamilyRP - I was able to show off my DetailRP and have fun with the family members.
FactionRP:
Factions! I was in the school employee faction not too long ago - a few months ago! I joined Chef in December and left in April. As I joined, I hit my quota every single time - not missing a single month. I'm pretty sure I got max quota every single month aswell, I was really passionate in the employee faction. Though the reason of me leaving was that it got really repetitive of doing the same tasks, unlike for example lawyer where you are able to change it up a tad here and there - doing different things. However, a summary of it all - I believe it was really amazing being in the faction, and I believe it'll be even better being in the government faction.
SportRP & JockRP:
Sports and being a jock! I recently joined HS baseball, a couple of months ago. I am really glad I joined baseball as it is a team I really enjoy being in, I do not believe I have had a single negative time in it. I've played against different teams - along with joining in on bondings with different teams, which honestly is amazing being able to socialize with others. Either way, I got to understand how JockRP works, how to actually roleplay within the school without people having to bring things such as GangRP into fights. It's really fun creating situations where DetailRP is involved - drama going on etc.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
What position are you applying for?:
I'm applying for the lawyer position!
What is your motivation for applying?:
The biggest motivation for me applying is to create unique situations within the roleplay that I have yet to experience, since I have yet to try the government faction! Prior, I've been involved with Criminal RP, where I've seen Lawyers and Government workers do their jobs, which seemed like something I could possibly do in the future. Coming to these past few weeks, I've realized that working in the Government faction is something that I would like to take on! Which brings me to where I am now. I believe that working as a lawyer could improve not only mine, but other people's experience within the community!
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
Yes, I do have an understanding of Karakura's laws & Constitutional rights.
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
Like I said in my motivation, I'd love to improve both my and other people's experience within SchoolRP. Adding onto this, I'd love for my character to be able to expand their lore and be able to create unique roleplay situations with different people. I have a connection with a few people working in the government faction already, where they've said positive comments about the faction, also encouraging me to join the faction.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
Governor | Lawyer | Judge | Deputy Mayor | Mayor |
| A governor has multiple different responsibilities within their role. However, there is some tasks they specialize within such as: Fixing ID cards to the citizens of Karakura - Officiate marriages to people who which to get married - Approve adoption paperwork to those who wish to have a child adopted - Shop Inspections to make sure they're up to code and make sure they're not breaking any set rules. The main role of a governor is to overlook the city - in this case Karakura - and make sure everything is right, to make sure everything is going well with minimal issues. | A lawyer has different tasks to complete, just like any other role within the government faction. A few tasks a lawyer may have to complete is: Fixing ID cards to citizens - Answering attorney calls, where they try to help the caller with the best of their ability - Client meetings, where they may discuss possible problems which has occurred - File Restraining orders, where they are able to get a R.O to prevent a specific person to stay away from another person - A lawyer may also create a client list where clients have that specified lawyer as their "go-to" lawyer. | A judge has the most vital tasks within law. A judge has tasks such as: Issuing warrants to officers which may need to access a certain place - Review cases that may get a court summon - Just like a governor the Judge can also officiate marriages and approve adoption paperwork for those who wish to adopt a child - Just like the lawyer, the judge can also file restraining orders for those who wish and have the proper evidence for it - However, the most vital role they have is to attend trials and come to justice for the attending citizens, where they MUST go off the laws of Karakura. | A deputy mayor is the second in command - who comes before the mayor. A deputy mayor may step in whenever the mayor is unavailable along with giving speeches whenever it is suitable - or if the mayor is not able to hold the speech at given moment. The Deputy Mayor can sign documents, attend meetings along with holding such meetings if too small for the mayor to be involved - or if the mayor is unavailable to attend. The deputy mayor is also the one to overlook the "lower" ranking roles within the government faction such as the lawyer, governor and judge. | The mayor has the most power within the government faction. The mayor decides things such as city construction projects, manage the lower-ranking roles within the government faction and has the power to hold speeches - both within the government and public speeches to the citizens of Karakura. The mayor may attend meetings - along with hosting their own meetings if wished to. Along with their variation of duties, the mayor's main task is to make Karakura a better place - along with having Karakura expand and hopefully become a better town - with their given power. |
Do you acknowledge that upon being accepted you can be subject to removal at any given time?:
Yes, I do acknowledge this fact and I believe it is completely fair.
Have you read & agreed to follow the Government Faction rules?:
Yes, I have read and I agree to every single one of the Government faction rules. I do believe every rule is completely reasonable.

IN CHARACTER SECTION
Full name:
Shiyu tilted her head at the question, should they not already know that from her resume?
"My full name is Xi Shiyu."
Preferred title (Mr., Mrs., etc.)
Shiyu once again, directed her gaze towards the interviewer, leaning back onto the chair into a more comfortable position.
"I am not too strict with my preferred title if someone were to call me something else, however I wish for non-known people to address me by Miss Xi"
Current age:
A slight frown appeared on her face, yet quickly got picked up again by a gentle smile.
"I'm starting to lean towards the older side, however I am currently 36 years old. I must say I feel amazing for my age though!"
Date of birth:
Shiyu spoke up almost directly, almost as if the answer was lingering on her tongue before they questioned her.
"I was born the seventeenth of July - 1989."
Academic Background:
Shiyu's finger tapped against the chair, a slight sign of nervousness of the question. However, she knew her academic background was more than enough to get in!
"Oh gosh, my Academic life. . I graduated at the top of my class - due to my families pushes and my brother, quite literally, forcing me to become a better person when it came to studying. Firstly, I have a bachelors degree in criminal justice - where I later on became a legal intern to. . then become an assistant for this one famous lawyer. . Not my best years if I say so. And then later, of course, I became a lawyer until 36. I am now hoping to pick up my career again in Karakura.
Work experience:
Shiyu let out a very faint sigh, almost un-noticeable, she really wished she would have something more to tell the interviewer, but she did not.
"When it comes to work experience, there isn't much I can say about Karakura. I have not really had any work experience here in Karakura - yet there have been places I worked at in China - Shanghai. The reasoning as to why I have yet to list a job in Karakura is because I recently moved here. My brother bought me a plane ticket and allowed me to stay in his place - where I now have moved out into my own place. Anyways, back on topic. In China - Shanghai, I've worked as an assistant for this one, really famous lawyer, yet that was only for a few years. The job that relates to this position I'm being interviewed for right now, is me working as a lawyer in China. I began my. . 'real' journey at 28 years old, where it kept going till. . 36."
Nationality & born location:
The old smile on her cheeks was picked up once again, this time making her cheeks grow even wider. Shiyu really was proud of her childhood.
"I was born in China - Shanghai. Where I got raised and has my entire childhood created. Honestly, it was an amazing place - however I could say that Karakura really is growing in my heart. My mother and father still lives in Shanghai, which makes me visit them occasionally!"
Criminal record:
Shiyu tilted her head, shouldn't this be an obvious no? Yet she spoke up with a confident tone, avoiding her own thoughts for the moment.
"My criminal record is just as clean as it could be, I've never, and I mean never - landed in legal trouble and I am certain it will stay that way in the future. Adding onto this, my entire family is clean from any criminal trouble."
What makes you a good candidate for this job?:
Shiyu gave them a gentle nod as they finished speaking, taking a second to gather the words into their mouth before speaking up.
"I could say there's quite a few reasons as to why I'm the right one for this job. Listing them out one by one, I'll go on by saying that my degree in law and the fact I know how to talk properly and formally with people is a major reason as to why I should be accepted. Having someone who can talk formally with someone is a major positive addon compared to someone who acts childish in front of their clients. Again, adding onto this - Being able to interact and connect with your clients is a big positive side to me. I hate how this sounds, however I can talk about myself as being good to interacting and connecting with other people - I do not really have shame in what must be said to connect with clients or strangers who wishes to talk with me."
Yes, I do acknowledge this fact and I believe it is completely fair.
