Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are the cornerstone of SchoolRP, representing the essence of the server's theme. As the primary point of contact for new players, aswell as new students, they provide essential guidance that shapes a player's initial roleplaying journey. Beyond mentoring, teachers include a variety of engagement by creating dynamic classroom scenarios and providing immersive roleplay that enriches players' roleplaying experiences.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?:
Yes
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?:
Yes
What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?:
My primary motivation for becoming a teacher stems from a desire to step into the shoes of those who originally taught me how to roleplay. After spending so much time on SchoolRP as a student, I am eager to try out the unique challenges and responsibilities that come with being a teacher. A role like this opens up new exciting roleplaying avenues for me, allowing me to experience the server from a fresh perspective. Additionally, obtaining the Teacher tag will allow me to expand my character's story by starting a family ICly.

Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Enzo would approach the struggling student with his calm and patient demeanor. Recognizing that everyone learns differently, he would first break down the material into simpler, more digestible concepts right at the student's desk. If the student still found it difficult to grasp, Enzo would pivot and change his approach entirely, perhaps by using visual aid, a historical timeline, or a relatable ****ogy. He would ensure the explanation moves at a pace that fits the student, offering words of encouragement to build their confidence.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Instead of raising his voice or directly telling the student to shush, Enzo would use a clever and polite tactic. He would calmly pause his lecture, look toward the disruptive student with a patient smile, and say: 'It seems you have a lot of energy today! Would you like to come up and share your joke with the entire class, or perhaps help me explain this next historical event?' This shifts the spotlight onto the student in a positive yet firm way, usually causing them to quiet down out of embarassment without creating any hostility. However, would the student refuse to comply and continously disrupt the classroom environment, Enzo would move on with more disciplinary actions, calmly issuing their first official warning, followed by further escalation if the behaviour continues.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
#1 History Quiz
This concept involves turning traditional lesson teachings into interactive, trivia style competitions. Students are divided into teams to answer curriculum-based history questions, replacing passive reading with active participation and teamwork. This format maintains engagement, learning through minor rewards, and provides a structured environment that keeps students focused on the lesson material.
#2 Historical Theatre (Drama Class Partnership)
This second concept is a cross-subject collaboration between History and Drama where students roleplay significant historical events. Rather than listening to a standard lecture, students portray historical figures to reenact famous debates, trials, or treaties.
