Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are important to SchoolRP as they have the ability to pass or fail a student to getting a step closer to college. They share knowledge that they can give to the kids icly to test the kids minds and capability on subjects they've possibly learned throughout their highschool years. Many teachers are usually present on school grounds and are able to help any kid in need of understanding a lesson or any subject needed to guarantee success.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?: Yes
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?: Yes
What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?: I actually was a teacher when I first joined SchoolRP, and it was a lot of fun. I met so many new people and became friends with a lot of the faculty within Teachers and beyond. I worked hard enough until I became the HD of Art, and it pained me to leave at the time cause I was so stressed with my personal life, but I believe I can come back and ready as ever to maybe get that work back. My motivation is to expand my roleplay knowledge even more than it already is by coming back to Teacher Faction and hopefully meeting new people and sharing many new experiences with those new ones in Faculty. I hope to share my roleplay knowledge I have currently and give my knowledge to anyone else that may need it!

Describe your character:
Kazuki is a 5'6 tall Korean male who weighs around 126 lbs. He has long flowing blue hair that fades to a purple ombre that reflects under the sunlight, and is beautifully shining in the moonlight. He's always seen wearing a green cardigan with a white undershirt, with black sweatpants. His eyes a beautiful hazel color that can reflect in any type of light. He's always seen as looking tired or 'unwell' with his pale white skin. He's described as kind and caring to his students and his own children, always having a patient attitude towards anyone and being determined and hard-working at anything he does, he won't rest until it's finished and done. He's not one to give up on his goals, so he hopes to push that mind set to his students, to know that the word impossible is the words 'im possible' meaning anything is possible to do if you put your mind to it. He always smells of a sea salt smell like the ocean.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
In class, Kazuki would be teaching about Color Theory, a simple and easy subject as a beginner artist to learn. He would be explaining the primary colors being Red, Yellow, and Blue. A student who is confused, would raise their hand and ask why are they called primary colors, and Kazuki would simply reply that the three colors mentioned can't be created using any other colors. If the student is still confused, Kazuki would ask the student if it's possible to make the color Blue with any other colors. If the student knows their knowledge, and says no, Kazuki would simply say they are right. Yellow, Blue, and Red can't be created by mixing any other two colors. Then Kazuki would go on and explain the secondary colors being Orange, Green, and Purple. Kazuki would explain how you mix two primary colors to get them. Red and Blue make Purple, Yellow and Blue make Green, and Red and Yellow make Orange. The student who was confused, would slowly understand, and simply follow along with the lesson.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
One day while teaching Kazuki happened to come across a disruptive student in class who keeps making jokes, rude comments, talking out of turns and generally more rude and impolite things. Kazuki would call out the student, and calmly ask them to please stop and follow along with the lesson, as what they are learning about is crucial to the homework being given at the end of class. The student complied for now and settled down. Kazuki hummed and continued his lesson.
Few minutes later, the said student continued misbehaving.. Kazuki stopped his lesson again to simply ask the student to settle down. The student complied once more. Kazuki nodded slowly, and continued on with the lecture he was presenting. Again, the student was misbehaving once more. Kazuki turned around and warned them. "Please stop, otherwise you will be getting detention."
YES: The student continued acting out, and misbehaving.. Kazuki sighed and simply walked over, pulling out his detention slip notebook, wrote one up for the student and replied "Please.. Think better in the future.." Before walking away to continue his lecture.
NO: The student nodded slowly.. and sat back down to let Kazuki finish the lecture.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Visualized Painting:
Kazuki would tell the students to think of something random, just anything without any visually viewable item to paint, and instead to visualize something in their mind, and paint it for it to come to life. It's to test the students creativity, and whatever comes to their mind first, if they can remember it and draw it on a piece of paper, sculpt it with clay, paint it on a easel. If a student needs help thinking of something, Kazuki will give the student a few ideas of his own.
After everyone is done, the students will present to the class on what they visualized in their minds, why did they visualize it, and what does the thing they visualize represent? Does it represent emotions? Anything involving family, friends or just anything that may be important to the person
Memory Statues:
Kazuki would present three items for a few minutes, letting the students visualize and picture them in their minds, and eventually, the items are taken away. The students will be required to remember atleast four things about the objects. What color was it? What was the shape? What was the item specifically? Did it have anything unique to it? The students then would be let out to either sculpt, paint, or draw the items they've seen with a group or by themselves.
Once every group would be done, they would present their project to the class of the three items. The person who got the three objects on point, or close to accurate would be rewarded with a sticker.
