Trivia
What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?
I have three main reasons for applying :
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?
Yeah. I’ve roleplayed here for a good amount of time, and across other platforms as well (Discord, Amino, etc).
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?
Yes, I’ve read through the handbook.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?
From what I understand, the logs exist to document how many classes you host, and when you host specific classes. It’s important, because it tells the faction lead how active you are as a teacher.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?
I’d discuss it with the VP or the Principal. The discussion would go over things such as where we’d be going, what we’d be learning, how long it would take, and safety guidelines.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?
Summarize your previous RP experiences (both in general and on SchoolRP)
Before I found SRP, I roleplayed with friends in different chat rooms / servers (like discord) or in tabletop RPGs like Pathfinder or D&D. I have roleplayed in minecraft before SRP, mostly on creative servers (some were okay, most were godawful).
I haven’t started seriously roleplaying on SRP until a few months ago. But in the previous months, I can say with confidence that I’ve learned a lot about RPing in MC, and how different it is compared to roleplaying in chat rooms. Pretty good experience, if I have to say.
Describe the ranking system of teachers
Head of Department - HDs have control over the curriculum that’ll be taught to the students. They’re in charge of the NQTs.
Qualified Teacher in Learning Skills - QTLSs are teachers with both skill and experience. In other words, they’re qualified to do their job.
Newly Qualified Teacher - NQTs are new to teaching. They’re often supervised, as they don’t have nearly as much experience as the other teachers.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game.
I believe teachers exist to teach; Not only school subjects, but about life. They guide students along the right path, and help them when they stray from it.
Teachers teach in different ways, each one has their own unique style. The one I feel is the most effective, is when the teacher calls out people at random to answer one thing. For example, a math teacher calls out on different people to explain how to do one aspect of a problem. To me, this has been the best way to learn.
In a teacher’s spare time, they aren’t necessarily off the clock. Just like students have homework, teachers also need to do work outside of teaching. They have to create lessons, go over the material so they understand it themselves, and grade assignments. What’s more, they still have to be a teacher outside of that work too; Interactions with students outside of school can be more casual, but in most cases, teachers should still hold their professionalism. All this aside, they are still human, and have their own lives, families, hobbies, etc.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?
If you read the name “SchoolRP” you’d most likely expect a school roleplay. School without teachers is pretty unrealistic, right? In order for it to be a school RP, it needs to have teachers.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?
MOSCO, or “Must have should have could have.”
Character Knowledge
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs.
was born on March 9th, 1991 (27 years old). He stands at 6”1’, and weighs 178lbs. He’s of the French ethnicity, and with it, he brings a prominent French accent. Despite his pale skin and white hair, he looks like a young adult (around the age of 21). He may seem a bit intimidating, but he tries to come off as kind to those who he has not familiarized himself with.
is a man forged from hard work and dedication; His upbringing in a strict environment is what made him such a cultivated individual. Often times, he is a large thorn in the side of those who misbehave, as he is a huge stickler for the rules. However, everything he does (no matter how harsh) is done with good intentions. Underneath his cold demeanor lies a kind gentleman, who truly wishes to help those in need. This is what makes him stand out from the normal person: his passion for assisting people.
In his mind, there are two different types of students: Students, and Distractions. “Students” are anybody who is willing to learn; These are the students that put forth effort into their studies, and are living a healthy school life. Then, there are “Distractions,” those who do not fall under the “Student” category.
One of 's main reasons for applying at Taketatsu is to perform research; He plans to experiment on “Distractions,” and attempt to reform them into “Students.” To , these students are the main priority (though, he’d always be willing to help out a “Student”). He has many motives for this, but his main one is because he knows what it’s like; Defying authority, refusing to learn, and making life worse for those around him. Just like his mentors before him, he wants to teach these students the wonder of knowledge, and how to achieve good life.
His main goal for the future is to build his own academy from the ground up; Through this, he wants to pass down his ideals, his knowledge of life, and his love for learning. Reforming students at Taketatsu is just a trial run for his ideas, and only one step in his route; He still has a long way to go before he’s able to begin his dream school.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?
I’d command them to disperse. If they refuse, then I’d threaten detentions. If that produces no results, I’d call for assistance; If everything was verbal, I’d just ask for the help of another teacher. If it becomes physical, I’d ask for the assistance of the principal or VP. If there were weapons or anything else illegal involved, I’d call for the police.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?
If nobody was listening, I’d attempt to get their attention through loudly slamming a desk of a student (one I’m sure wouldn’t be too greatly frightened by it). After this, I’d give a brief lecture on classroom etiquette, then continue the lesson I had planned out.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?
He’d be a lot more relaxed, seeing as he doesn’t need to keep up an image for students. Depending on his mood, he’d either make small talk with other teachers, or prepare for classes.
Provide at least 5 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom.
/me He’d attempt to wake “Name” by shaking their shoulders.
/me He would look at “Name”, seemingly pleased with their answer.
/me He’d begin to hand out the papers to the class.
/me I’d pat my hand on “Name’s” shoulder, attempting to get their attention.
/me He’d grab the “Name’s” phone.
Backstory
's family was very well off, they lived glamorously. They had a nice big house, and a great big open backyard. Both of his parents worked great jobs (his father a politician, his mother a classical composer). So due to this, most of the time was babysat by some barely qualified sitter, allowing him to get into all sorts of trouble. He was a very problematic child; He’d create messes for fun, cause trouble because he could, and overall was very bratty.
Once his parent’s began trying for another child, 's father sent him to a boarding school for troubled children- He didn’t have the time to raise the kid himself, and he didn’t want to interfere with the baby’s life, “corrupting” her. And so, at the age of 6, he was sent off to a school, a few miles into the middle of nowhere.
The academy was very strict. He was not allowed to communicate with anybody outside of the campus, excluding his family (which was done through snail mail). They did not tolerate misbehavior; anything seen as inappropriate was punished swiftly, and quite harshly.
In total, 's class had 17 students in it, children ranging from 6-10. While the older ones were polite and proper, the younger ones would often get into trouble. Following their footsteps, would also wreak havoc with the other young ones. However, over time, grew out of such things; All of the lessons of proper behavior had been drilled into his head, transforming him into a well mannered child.
After 5 years of living at this school, was sent home to his family. The once defiant child had become a young gentleman. He met his sister for the first time (who was currently two), and he loved her dearly. His relationship with his family improved to heights greater than it could have ever accomplished before his reformation, which produced happy feelings for everybody involved.
continued his education at a private school, one where he’d be able to live at home. Here, he sharpened his intelligence; Along with the standard classes taught to all French high schoolers, , decided to learn the Spanish language, as well as music theory.
Upon graduation, went straight to university. From the age of 12, he already knew what he’d do with his life: teach. He wanted to bring out the potential in people who needed help, and follow in his previous mentor's footsteps. And so, he took courses in teaching and psychology.
After 6 years of learning at university, had finally become a teacher. However, this was just the beginning of his journey, as his true goal lied further beyond...

Trivia
What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?
I have three main reasons for applying :
- There are some school days where there is never a teacher online (or willing to teach). This is kind of annoying, as the school day is one of my favorite parts of the server. So even if I’m just one person, I feel like at least one teacher at those times when not many people are on would be nice.
- I’m bored of being 18 all the time. I want to experience roleplaying as an adult, and see what it’s like for myself. I know this is possible by going through college, but applications aren’t currently open for students to join.
- I want to see how well I can handle a group of people; Teachers often complain how bad students can get, I want to see for myself how terrible it is to manage it.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?
Yeah. I’ve roleplayed here for a good amount of time, and across other platforms as well (Discord, Amino, etc).
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?

- Do not yell
- No food or drink
- Refrain from any sort of violence
- No private discussions
- Raise your hand if you wish to speak
- Be willing to learn
