EVIDENCE: I don't know if this is evidence but I hope this helps a bit.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: There was a rollback earlier on November 19th at around 2PM (EST).
I was editing my apartment and the rollback disconnected me, I logged in after the server went back up and my inventory glitched into the apartment tools.
