Georgia's Shop Application.
IGN: XxGeorgiaX
Previous applications:
Shop Application: Denied.
French language: Accepted.
Hospital staff application: Accepted.
Previous warns/kicks/bans: The odd kick for AFK, nothing else.
Shop wanted: I would like to own the shop 'Happy Goods'.
Why do you want to own a shop?
I want to own a shop because as said in my past applications, yes I have applied for 11/7 before. It's always something that I've wanted to be able to experience throughout SRP. Maybe, yes I did do wrong before in my application, but I'm willing to improve on it to have more chance. I want to own a shop because I believe that it's a great thing to have the opportunity to be able to apply for something like this, as these kind of things aren't everyday. Specifically, I would like a supermarket based shop like Happy Good or as Happy Goods because I feel like I would benefit myself and others more, knowing that most supermarkets aren't open very often anymore in Karakura.. Despite the fact that yes, maybe it might be challenging keeping up with my personal life and in-game life, but I'm willing to take it on as something that I put as one of my priorities as I am online. Shop Owner (personally thinking) should be quite active or it shows that they don't put a lot of effort into the job; I consider myself to be 8/10 active. Yes, I have my up and downs with Minecraft when it decides not to work for a few minutes or so, but you'll find that in other cases, I am mostly always on for 50% of my life if I am not busy.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
What I plan to do with the shop is move it around a bit and if possible, change the name slightly as it sounds a bit like Happy Pills Pharmacy. I would probably think about changing 'Happy' into something else out of mind, or if able, changing the whole name into something else so it's not close to Happy Pills; though this is not a definite and I most likely won't do this as yes, the name is already pretty cute. Personally, I'd say that I'm quite good at tailoring which is why I plan to make my own uniforms for the shop, I will go into greater depth in the next question. In the shop, there'll be some decorations and a bunch of shelves that would contain items with the prices; just like every other shop as this obviously wouldn't change. I plan to make the shop look good both on the inside and outside (again, will go in greater depth in the next question). I plan to set myself a schedule when I'm online for the shop, making sure that I appear active, and feel satisfied myself. Here's a bit of it. Log on, Open store for around 30mins-1 hour depending on the amount of people that arrive, shopping.
How will your shop be unique?:
My shop will be unique (as said before) by adding uniforms. I would consider myself to be quite a good tailor, making myself able to design the uniforms the way I'd like them and to make them amazingly dazzling, so they appeal to customers and the employees themselves. I would do this because I want the employees to feel good about themselves for choosing my specific shop in the working department, and also because I want the customers to feel like they walked into an amazing place, with assigned and hard working workers who don't just wear something out of league and look unorganised. On the other hand, the uniform will be optional to those who have been chosen as worker of the month or week or day etc. Yes, there will be worker of the week/month depending on how hard they had worked. They would have many privileges such as: optional uniform, payed more than usual, being able to be praised by me and others and congratulated as the nice person I am. I would also have a few seats for customers to sit on for reasons including being tired, or just for appreciation or being in a professional looking shop with exceptionally well working workers. Throughout the shop, you'd have amazing looking decorations, along with slightly cheap prices; which is heaven for some people. The prices would drop slightly, but not much; though it'd still make certain products more affordable for some. As said in the previous question, yes I would decorate the outside and inside well, putting a lot of effort into it and making it look incredibly gorgeous and eye-opening (hopefully others will feel that way about it, anyway). Lastly, when I would be releasing, I would ensure that all of the employees that I would be planning to hire would be very professional, and not lazy at all. They would have to have a certain amount of attendance to be able to get paid. As an example of this, they would have to attend at least 2-3 times a week, or maybe even more to be paid; obviously unless they're inactive or unavailable and this was noted and I was dm'ed about this.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
If my application is planning or is accepted, I was thinking about having 4-6 employees. I would prefer them being around 18-19+, depending on how professional and mature they were- they would be both genders as probably guessed as I am not sexist in any shape or form, though I'd have to be able to trust them before I hire them, asking them more than 1 question (4 questions would be my max, just so I know they wouldn't steal from the shop for their own pleasure).
THE UNIFORMS~
The colour scheme is blue and white- uniforms are being made currently by me.
