Glitched blocks, help.

ISSUE: unbreakable blocks
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Online right now, I have a chest full of things- i dont want that deleted just the blocks that are non stop floating around and unbreakable..
I cannot break blocks
I cannot build on the balcony AT ALL. I did once but now it doesnt work anymore.
