Glitched grade

I have been in grade 8 for a few months now, I thought that it just took a while to grade, but a mod told me that my grade was glitched, and I did /grade and it said that I had reached the maximum grade. please help. I have a screenshot of it but I cant post it on here because its too large, any mods who are going to help, please dm me here LadenTrack#7612 on discord

when I post my screen shot it says that it is too large for it
