ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This happened right after I right-clicked an ATM instead of a vending machine. I do not have a photo of the unglitched item, as I had just bought it a few minutes before accidentally glitching it. If there is a further need for confirmation, the shopkeeper of the Donki store might remember selling the backpack to me around the time this thread was posted.
