I am pretty active on the daily if not, I try to get online every second or third day. I enjoy to participate in events, roleplay and engaging with the community when I can and create meaningful roleplay experience for both parties

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have over 3 years of roleplay experience within the server from being a GangRPer to a Teacher as I am still currently in the Teacher Faction as an HD. I learned professionalism, communication and team work and creating new fun experiences for both old and new players in the server. I have been in gangrp situations where I learned and help me also to adapt to certain situations.
I enjoy long term immersive character growth development then short interactions. I believe these experiences helped and prepared me for responsibilities and expectations that the EMS has for me.
What is your motivation for applying?
I want to take my character and myself journey further in the server, from teaching and mentorship into the medical field. I want new experiences within the server as I was and is going for my second year in the Teacher Faction, as I only want to grow within the Server not as another person that in a faction but a person that is trying to grow, want be a role model for others.
My motivation to join is, I want to grow as a person and as a player. I want to open up more roleplay scenarios and gain more experience as we go

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
(This is to gauge at your current understanding of the faction prior to acceptance)
[D. - D.D -> Director, Deputy Director]
- meaning: While Director is already explained by the word it self foe those who doesn't know. Director is the "only Member" of the faction that is able to handle "Out-of-character" reports. Plus can Accept or deny any choices that are made by anyone that's lower to themselves. The Director is Also responsible for requests within the Faction. They Handle the HU team as well.
The "Deputy Director" can step into place if needed, but is responsible for handling the faction if The director isn't there, they take over. Deputy Director has ACCESS to the CCTV as well the Director. I would just add Deputy Director does do handling reports within the faction.
[C.L - Clinical Lead]
- meaning: They are the bridge between the front lines and hospital leadership. They guide the residents and everyone. They mentor residents and attending physicians and ENSURE the standards in the clinic are upheld. They try to prevent problems instead of solving them and tries to set and example to others so they can learn.
[P. - Paramedics]
- meaning: also explained by the name but if you didn't know, they are on the roads - they are the road doctor basically, they use an truck called the "ambulance" to get from point A to Point B, if let's say by example you can't stand up to walk to the hospital or if the injury is to severe.
[A.D - A.P -> Attending doctors, Attending Psychiatrist]
- meaning: They Guide the residents, being someone to look up to and having Operation skills, They also Oversee the daily tasks. They manage scheduling, approve time off and they sign off on work plans. They Hold final responsibilities for decisions made by the team.
[S.D - S.P -> Senior Doctor, Senior Psychiatrist]
- meaning: After a while being a trainee, as a senior they are able to help train as well and help look after the trainee's that comes and goes to make sure they don't mess up. In other words, they are senior employees/experience trainees that helps supervise new hires to transfer institutional Knowledge.
[R.D - R.P -> Resident Doctor, Resident Psychiatrist]
- meaning: As a resident, you are a qualified medical expert now who is "still" completing their training in the medical field. They are underneath the supervision of the seniors above them, attending other things as well. While residents do provide direct care, prescribe medicine and perform procedures, they have authority but it's restricted to scope of their trainings, and hospital rotations, unlike attendings that likes to work independently.
[D.T - P.T - Doctor Trainee, Psychiatrist Trainee]
- meaning: From the moment they step through the doors they stopped being students and start being the doctors, the physicians, as trainees, they will learn that medicine isn't just about diagnoses or prescriptions... It's about earning the trust, making difficult decisions and continuing to learn every day... That's why they're called the Trainees. It's their beginning of their journey.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
I understand that if you said you'd attend and you will be there, if you didn't shown up I guess to that degree it's punishable.
If you have another situation going on icly or oocly should be discuss.
But for me attending Trainings is my priority.

Her past is steeped in sorrow. At four years old, she was abandoned by her parents and left in the care of an abusive relative. Whenever someone brings up her family or her past, she goes silent, quickly changing the subject as if the words themselves are too heavy to bear.
Years passed and at the age of Eighteen, She walked around the Town of Karakura after returning to it after many years she was a kind and devoted member of her family though she was treated badly. She eventually got away and built her life far away as she could, filled with warmth, love and the joy of thought about starting a family of her own.

As times shifted the found herself drawn not to be herself, but the be there for those who doesn't have a voice. As the years blows by, she kept listening to people, giving them a voice and teaching them to stand up for themselves.
As she kept giving a voice to people, she finds herself that she actually enjoys being someone to lean on. She is now making her mission to keep doing that doesn't matter who is trying to stop her. She wants to take it further and Join the medical side of things so she could help even more.

*She would started to think about her medical specialty as she gave a soft smile* "Psychiatry, as after seeing kids running around me for many years, I found myself listening more to their problems then anything else because they need someone to lean on when they feel like nobody else is there for them. While though education helped to fill their heads with knowledge but they need a healthy mindset to even think in class." *She chuckled softly before folding her arms again* "I just often wish I could do more to help those whose struggling no matter what's the cause because I was too that person struggling"
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
*She would softly chuckled at the questions before her shoulders eased up* "no, I do not have any medical experience in the medical positions as I am new but I do bring years of professional experience working up closely to a person that needed support and Voice" *she tugged her hair behind her ear* "though me talking to people and hearing out their problems doesn't really strengthen my case here but I do have a lot of communication, patience and ton of empathy, let's not also forget conflict resolution and having the ability to remain calm under extreme pressure" *she smiled brightly* "I am very eager to continue learn under the experienced medical professionals. I am happy to learn and to grow"

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
[Sora Kisaragi] a striking person that's impossible to ignore. Her long black hair falls perfectly around her face as her sharp eyes have a way to look like the sea as you stare in them but there is a hint at a quiet intensity beneath the surface. She carries a calm presence, as it notifies that she can take control when its needed, always observing, as she rarely letting her guard down. With her natural confidence, she blends in with elegance and mystery with no effort. She would even without even trying, she has a way of standing out wherever she goes, drawing attention with ease.
How does your character act around the hospital?
*She slightly tilts her head at the question as she tries to remember how she act at school* "I would say I carry myself Professionally to some extent, because a person is my priority. I would treat my patients like I like to be treated, with respect regardless of their situations and with understanding" *she smiled softly* "ones mental health requires patience, not people that thinks they know it all. I do enjoy collaborating with people so I think will enjoy it even better here with the Ems and the other psychiatrists to ensure every patient that comes through the doors receives the best possible care. I will do so while following the hospital policy and rules to maintain the high standards that people have for this hospital"
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
*She blinked rabidly as she raised her eyebrows didn't she just answer this question* "As I stated before and I say it again, I think I will enjoy it here with the Ems and the other Psychiatrists to ensure the best care of our patients that comes through the door" *she sighed deeply as she glanced at the interviewer* "In other words I function better with others, I enjoy the company and we get the work faster. It's just to make sure when we work together we go through stuff and make sure we don't miss something that the other person might've missed."
