Hello everyone, I’m sure some of you already know who I am since I run… well, ran the Mayumi family and am a cool guy in general. But for the people who don’t, here’s a quick intro:
My name’s Snow, I’m an 18-year-old idiot with nothing better to do than play video games, hang with friends, eat, and sleep. People are always like, “18 and no job?”.. To that I respond; "MEDICAL REASONS MOTHERFUCKERS."
Anyway, enough about me… just kidding, this whole thread is about me and how I’m quitting SRP, but first I wanna talk about how my journey started.
Early January 2020 (I can’t remember the exact date), 12 year old me was obsessed with the highschool MC roleplay series, the ones with the voice acting and overly dramatic stories. Naturally, I was curious and I wanted to find a place where I could roleplay too. Obviously, I didn’t have any friends to record with, nor did I have the equipment or the slightest idea how to write a proper script. So, I went looking for roleplay servers and on January 5th, I stumbled upon one that would change my life. Roleplay Hub, the server we all have a love hate relationship with.
When I first joined, I change my RP Name to Luc and had a random NameMC skin. I kept that name for about a year before deciding to take things a bit more seriously and change the name to 'Luc White'. That’s also around the time I met one of my first friends, @Katniss. My character actually chased hers around for quite a while trying to get a girlfriend, until I decided it was time for a change. I reworked my whole character and renamed him Zachary. Which is when Kat asked me if I wanted Zach to be her characters brother, to which a long journey started with A LOT of new friends along the way, though none of them still play SRP today.
Now, onto this year, one I’ll definitely never forget. I started the Mayumi Family with @sopheey, and in less than a week, we had over 30 family members and more than 100 Discord members in total. I also got into GangRP, thanks to @Nik7R_ , but eventually left after a few months because of the drama that was happening inside of the GangRP and CrimeRP stuff.
Now I wanna move on to mention some of my amazing friends:

blowing into the mic during a steam call was the best boredom activity ever!

nothing short of amazing

I'll always remember you as the guy that goes AFK mid RP to get Ice Cream or to go play a racing game,
but whenever you did RP it was detailed and fun.

and you're always there if I need to talk about something. I'll always be there too!

Even tho the list time we talked was back in June 2024, you're still someone I consider a friend.
You taught me how to detail actions and messages and I'll be forever greatful for that.

and the interactions always long and super fun giving me the opportunity for character development.

little did I know I'd have to find ref images so I could order great tailoring from you.
Which eventually led to me developing a fitting clothing style for me IRL.. Thanks!

without appliaction and taught me how to GangRP, even tho I stopped GangRP. I'll forever be grateful for the knowledge I gained
