Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on the server has been a rollercoaster. I was very active from 2019 to 2023, until I had to quit for personal reasons. When I came back, I assumed I was permanently banned, which made me even more hesitant to return. But trying it out and coming back now in 2026 definitely made me feel like a new player all over again. It’s quite childish, really. I can really see that a lot has changed. (The map and the people, naturally) But it was quite refreshing to see; it made me reminisce about old times and reunite with some individuals who have played longer than most people. In my opinion, the server has become more advanced, and many features have been implemented. I would say that I’m someone who can roleplay efficiently, engaging in different roleplay scenarios to get a better understanding of just how far and beyond roleplay can go. An evident example would be me trying a sports plugin; in my 7 years of playing this server, I was very hesitant to join a team. But when I came back, I had become more confident. I wanted to experience what I couldn’t during all those years. And I’m glad I did, because now I’m working towards building my reputation back up again as a loyal and dedicated player of RoleplayHub.

Unfortunately, I’m now a junior in college. I have classes on Mondays and Thursdays, then Tuesdays and Fridays. But on Wednesdays (depending on the schedule), Saturdays, and Sundays, I am available. I try my best to get on both of my accounts to be more active on the server.

University Schedule

WEDNESDAY
TUESDAY & FRIDAY
I'm available from 5 AM to 10 AM and in the afternoon.
I have classes from 10:30 AM to 4 PM. I get home around 5 PM. More or less.
This day could be either a rest day or another school day that I have to attend. Either way, it's unpredictable.
I have classes starting from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

What position are you applying for?:

I am applying for Governor.

(I would like to use my current adult tag as my Primary character slot if I get accepted.)

What is your motivation for applying?:
This type of role on the server is new to me, and it’s one of the few roles that I have yet to actually experience. (Shrine and Shopkeeper being the top two) And I’ve been interested in joining this type of environment ever since I came back.
-
Not only does being a Government Worker align closely with what I am majoring in right now in college, but it also aligns with what I am passionate about. I find passion in offering my service to the community. I’ve always been a person who loves helping in the community. This experience will also help me gain a better understanding and become someone knowledgeable in this field of work. Another reason for me is that I believe this kind of role is refreshing. It’s not every day you get to experience having an actual work ethic and raw forms of opportunities that involve a lot of legal action. So I believe these reasons are valid enough to be someone who is motivated to apply for this type of role.

Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
Yes, I do.

What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
I believe every one of us has a similar goal that we work towards achieving. We live in a world where corruption and greed are the top contributing factors to an unfair society. For me, the government works towards building a stronger and more equal environment where people can be fair and live peacefully. By doing so, we need individuals who can guarantee fairness and transparency to those who are relying on them to make the system more welcoming and even accessible to everyone. Individuals who do justice by doing right and wrong in a community: Karakura may be a home for all, but some individuals still commit crimes and go against the laws. As an individual working for the government, it’s one of our duties, if not the most important, to ensure that the law is being followed thoroughly, to some extent.
-
Therefore, a main goal of mine for becoming a member of the Government Faction is to bring satisfactory results to those who expect a lot from me and us. Our duty as workers is to work and meet the needs of the people who are seeking our help. That’s why I will always be genuine in helping others, because you can’t help others if you can’t help yourself, and I truly stand by that. Once I can prove I can be of help, I will show consistency not only to my faction but to those who believe in me and recognize my effort.

In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
Mayor:

The one who holds the city in the palm of their hand. The mayor acts as a whole for Karakura. As the representative for the town, they encourage a safe and welcoming environment for the citizens.
Responsibilities:
Keeping track of the city’s constant development and watching out for decisions that can help improve Karakura and even contribute to the community by listening to the concerns of the citizens and workers.

Deputy-Mayor:
The deputy mayor is second-in-command to the Commander, in this case, the Mayor. An individual who holds the same amount of responsibility and authority. Acting as a representative to Karakura, keeping things in check while the Mayor is unavailable or unable to attend to the duties personally.
Responsibilities:
A deputy’s responsibility lies in their ability to work alongside the highest person in authority. Being able to make efficient yet powerful decisions that can make big changes in a very small way. Also, checking up on their own workers and making sure all is well between peers.

Governor:
Governors are individuals who help the citizens with their needs. They ensure that the community is taken care of, and it’s their responsibility to tend to the needs of the people. A governor is also just below the Deputy Mayor, positioned in a higher role now that Governors are highly in demand in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Governors are tasked with their presence during court trials. Playing an important role during trials, as they are often given the role of Bailiff: A role that announces the judge’s entrance and maintains order in the court. Other duties given to the Governor are handling National Identification Cards, Marriages and/or Divorces, and Adoptions. They may also tend to Desk Duty.

Judge:
A judge is an individual who decides what is fair and what is not. Specifically, in court. An outcome that solely relies on their word alone isn’t to be taken lightly. They are people who can change the course of your life in an instant, good or bad, right or wrong. The courtroom is their territory.
Responsibilities:
Judges are tasked with normal duties such as managing and filing restraining orders, marriages/divorces, and adoptions. They are also able to do Desk Duty. On more Specific tasks for Judges, they are responsible for reviewing cases and making responsible yet neutral decisions. Attending court trials, ensuring that the law is not being abused and is being followed accordingly. They also have the authority to issue search warrants, cooperating with the Police Department to conduct these warrants.

Lawyer:
A lawyer is a person who represents their client, a citizen of the community. They are individuals who help with legal issues, making sure that the law is being followed.
Responsibilities:
Lawyers are individuals who represent their clients, who are citizens. They are helpers in terms of legal issues, making sure that the law is being followed. More specific responsibilities for Lawyers are handling National Identification Cards. They may or may not tend to Desk Duty. They also review specific cases and issue or file restraining orders for their clients. Lawyers are able to create and schedule meetings with said clients. Of course, they attend trials and observe trials.

Do you acknowledge that upon being accepted you can be subject to removal at any given time?:
Yes, of course.

Have you read & agreed to follow the Government Faction rules?:
Yes, quite thoroughly, if I may.

IN-CHARACTER SECTION

Full name:

A deep, raspy voice would echo through the room, although it was unintentional. This would continue for the entirety of the interview.
“My name is Chunsoo Wi.”

Preferred title (Mr., Mrs., etc.):
“Mister Wi is fine.”

Current age:
The man hesitated for a moment, but eventually spoke. “I’m twenty-five.”

Date of birth:
His throat seemed dry. “January 1st, 2001.”

Academic Background:
He spoke with enthusiasm. What a switch-up. “I graduated with a major in Social Work and a master’s degree in Law from Yonsei University.”

Work experience:
A convincing yet passionate tone of voice would leave that of a lasting impression. “I would say I have great work experience. I work for the justice and service of people, and I’ve opened my heart up to helping others. I used to be a tutor back in Law school, and I worked part-time as a caretaker at a small nursing home back in Daegu. So this gave me an understanding of what people need. Naturally, I developed a mindset with a goal in mind, focusing on my duties as a servant of the people as well as a helper. Even in my personal endeavours, I’ve tried not to affect my work ethic, but my experiences have taught me several lessons in my life. My future journey with the government will surely shape me as a person even more, and I believe in myself to uphold the duties that will be given to me. As they often say, "For the people.” Right?”

Nationality & born location:
A hum followed. “I was born and raised in Daegu, South Korea.”

Criminal record:
He would chuckle softly. “As far as I know, I don’t have a criminal record.”

What makes you a good candidate for this job?:
Ending this interview off with a strong and convincing tone. “I believe I’m a great candidate for this job because I am determined to be a servant for the people. I am responsible, passionate, and confident in my abilities to do this job well. Personally, I’m a friendly and open-minded guy, so it wouldn’t be hard for me to get along with others. I am a person who devotes himself to his duties, going all out with my utmost efforts as well as my capability to prove to others that I can be the role model they’re seeking. I believe this job shouldn’t be taken lightly, as it holds the responsibility and needs of the citizens of Karakura. And I am prepared to take on that responsibility. Thank you.”
