I have been playing this server for relatively a few months and nearing a year now in about a few months. It's been one hell of an experience with having met individuals from all kinds of factions; being jocks, criminals, school faculty and city staff. In my days of playing this server actively, I'd always been around the criminal part of Karakura, but look forward to venture forward as being someone to contribute to the city. Including the major factor of being surrounded by my friends and always open hearted to creating more.
Otherwise, I am also within the Archdiocese of Karakura and recently got accepted as a Deacon. Meaning on another character I intend on spending my time on being apart of the Christian faith within Karakura City. While I look forward to doing so, I still have lots of time considering it is still summer for another month and during school I am practically always free unless an exam/project is upcoming.
Weekends I often find myself on the server quite a bit, even if it's just being afk or interreacting with friends. Of course, unless I have work which I am a wedding photographer, I would be available whenever I am needed.

In this application, I would love to apply for the role of Governor!
What is your motivation for applying?:
Previously mentioned within my activity, I was always and still am fascinated in the way that Karakura city functions as a on-going city ran by primarily players. Therefore, being able to contribute as a cause; whether it is big or small and with effort is already enormous for me. The role of being a Governor and being able to publicly interview citizens of Karakura about the state or improvement of the city; is most beneficial to me and the improvement of life. I also felt that this would give me more reasons to interact with people, and truly get to meet everyone in the server at least once while giving them a positive impact.

What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
My goals within the Government Faction don't stray too far from other applications as they are stern on improving the city, and enhancing my roleplay capabilities. Although, I am more drawn towards the part that as a member of the government, I'd be able to support the server that I find myself enjoying in some type of way. I want the Government Faction to be seen with greater light, and of course not say it isn't bright enough, but give people their own special experience of encountering the government.
Allowing players to feel they have more of an opinion on decisions that undergo within the city is essential to me because it made my experiencing joining the server ever so special. Of course I would also look forward to being able to promote fairness and realism in my roleplay and while surveying, but primarily ensure to create a deep connection both in-character and out of character with those I meet along the way.

"My name is Alyssa B. Kaiji."
She'd nod her head before reaching her hand out to shake the interviewer; with a warm smile.
Her hands would firmly be placed back onto her lap and set steady for further questions.
Her face set straight to look at them without batting her eye, and laser focus.
Preferred title (Mr., Mrs., etc.): "Okay, Miss.. or what should we call you?"
"Oh, it's no worries, I am more than okay being referred to as Miss."
Her face wouldn't falter at the interviewers mistake, and her hands gestured towards her chest as she said "Miss."
Afterwards, placing it on the table with her palm facing downward, and her breathing could be heard; calm within the dead silence.
Current age: "Okay, just to make sure... How old are you?"
"Oh, Goodness I believe I would be turning 26 by the end of this year. How time flies?"
She answered with a gentle laugh from her light-hearted joke; and eventually cut herself off.
Alyssa would wave her hand and gently bow to apologize for the sudden burst of laughter.
Date of birth: "When was your year of birth?"
"I was born in the year 1999, wasn't it so close to 2000?"
She leaned back slightly in her chair, one leg cross over the other and her hands neatly placed over-top of her knee.
Her tone was relaxed yet deliberate. A faint knowing smile had raised on her lips as she heard this question.
Gender: "What is your gender?"
"I am a female!"
The words come with an easy confidence, accompanied by a slow blink and a small shrug that radiates self-assurance.
Her fingers trace the edge of a document on the table as she continues. Her eyes had raised once again from the following question.
Academic Degree: ".. And what Academic Degrees have you obtained?"
"I held a LL.M, which was a Masters of Law from Bucerius Law School in Germany, Hamburg."
She would swiftly take out her certificates and placed them onto the table; her face smiled warmly.
These would also give her following statements/school achievements, and work experience.

"My Majors were Law & Economics."
"My Minors were English."
She confidently smiled looking down at her degrees, and her hands still firmly placed one over another.
Although, neither were they of overconfidence, but rather proud at her countless nights studying proven to be worthy.
Work experience: "Did you have any past jobs?"
"I previously worked as a teacher at the Karakura Highschool."
Her voice was steady, each word was spoken with quiet clarity, as if recalling her job with a fond feeling.
Though, she would feel a small pang of sadness for a moment, but quickly fix herself.
Nationality & Born Location: "Where were you born? Your nationality?"
"I was born in Germany, Hamburg and my mother was from Germany and my father was Japanese."
She pauses for just a heartbeat, then adds with a composed reassurance.
"Although, I have obtained my nationality from Japan."

"I speak both Japanese and German."
Her gaze shifts momentarily as she heard this question, another smirk would appear on her face.
The way she says it makes it sound less like a statement and more like a quiet display of capability.
Criminal record: "Do you happen to have a criminal record?"
"I do not have a criminal record."
The words are delivered plainly, yet leave no doubt.
What makes you a good candidate for this job?
Alyssa sits with a straight spine, hands resting lightly atop each other on the table. Her gaze is steady, and her breathing unhurried, giving the impression of someone who never lets emotion rush their words.
"I believe I’m a strong candidate because I bring a steady hand and a clear mind to even the most complex situations. My background in law and economics allows me to make decisions grounded in fairness, practicality, and long-term benefit for Karakura. I value diplomacy over conflict, yet I’m unafraid to act decisively when the situation demands it because I've experienced worth in my past."
She speaks evenly, her tone controlled but warm enough to hold attention. Alyssa would slightly shift of her shoulders shows quiet confidence as she continues.
"My approach is to listen first, act with intention, and ensure that every decision serves not just the present, but the future of the community. I’m here to create stability, encourage cooperation, and lead with both strength and composure."
There’s a brief pause before she speaks again, and this time her voice carries a faint, measured weight. She glances down for a moment, as though collecting a memory she doesn’t often share.
"I've lived a past where my own brother had fallen into the hands of crime. I thought I'd move on by teaching kids from being past a delinquent and focus on their studies. Though, the moment I saw my brother once again and this time he was stabbed..
Alyssa's gaze lifts again, sharp yet calm. Her voice trails briefly, and her eyes narrow with controlled emotion before she continues. Her jaw tightens slightly, but she exhales through her nose, keeping her composure.
"I realized that the only way forward to stopping people from ending up like him was involving myself in it. As apart of the government, I wish to stop the harm of those who lose their loved ones. Just like how I did."
Her voice trails briefly, and her eyes narrow with controlled emotion before she continues. Alyssa would lean forward just slightly, her tone resolute.
