Grade Glitch/Rank Request

WHAT YOU NEED (ROLE/RANK): Grade 9 (I believe I should be around Grade 10-11?)
YOUR CURRENTLY ROLE/RANK (IF ANY): Grade 8
I've been stuck at grade 8 for around 3-4 days (or more) even after reaching "Maximum Grade" each time I play on the server.
