Grade glitch?

I've been playing for a while, enough to level up. I've been waiting a while now and it seems I still haven't 'levelled up' a grade. Here's the picture I took a few hours ago (for verification that it's me+showing that it isn't working

Hey!

It still says you need to wait that small amount of time, but once you do /grade and it says 'You are at the maximum grade' yet you are not Grade-12, you can look at the forums post I'll link below to figure out how to fix the issue!
