Grade Glitch

I've been a Grade 10 since May (Only made an account on the website in June, sorry if it adds suspicion but there's nothing I can do about it), played sub-frequently. My friend said I'm meant to be grade 11?

My friend said I should supply a screenshot, but due to my setup being worse than a 1980s commodore that has been set on fire, I am unable to do so.
